I had an exciting visit last week at the Elizabeth guest house. It was an amazing experience. The staff are very very accommodating and they served me with respect. The wifi connection is strong, the food was great and on time. Save and secure parking was offered to me. It was really nice. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean i must say.i would visit the guest house over and over again.

The room was very nice, clean and comfy! Unfortunatly I can't say that of the breakfast. No butter and jam for the bread, we had to ask for it. No coffee, also had to ask. Nobody in the dining area, I had to go to the kitchen for somebody to help us, no menu of what is available. For R120 per person for breakfast, that is realy not good service.

I am always feeling welcome it's home away from home

A beautiful tranquil get away place in the heart of Kroonstad. This Guesthouse is very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and they really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a great stay in the cold winter night with a comfy electric blanket and air conditioner. Thanks for a nice breakfast I will always come back here.

The executive room was stunningly furnished & equipped. It was extremely clean and linen smelled fresh. Thank you Susan for the warm welcome. The food was excellent. I recommend this guest house for anyone needing to stay over in Kroonstad.

Day 7 at Elizabeth house, much improvement since Monday 31Sept 2020. Had new soft luscious towels enjoyed my bath. Dinner perfect not too salty. Would recommend this to my friends and colleagues

Location is a problem since there's no taxify

The receptionist is very professional. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Good service.

The place is excellent the rooms, the service, it's clean and neat. I'm giving 4 star because of the food. I think they should opt for vouchers.

Everything was great but dinner was not. Better to eat at the Tennessee Spur.

Currently residing here, highly satisfied with the services received. Would definitely suggest it to friends passing through Free State. Rooms are always Neat and Tidy, Air-conditioned, Beds are the best! And towels are always clean. What more can a person ask for?
