On arrival we did not have a speed point machine. My experience there was not upto standard. Jojo's tanks did not have water. 2 days without water. Infrastructure is beautiful however, the building are not well maintained, the swimming pools are dirty. There wood doors are corroded, blinds curtains are not clean- you can see that the dirt is from a long time ago. There place is gorgeous however, it needs maintenance and service. The walls are cracked in addition where the security area was it is now a storage facility."When you take things for granted, the things you are granted get taken"....

Not happy with the service. We booked and received confirmation for our booking a month ago. When we went to check in and make payment we were told it's fully booked. So we traveled all the way from Pretoria only to find we have no place to sleep. The worst thing is when we got to reception there was no one, we looked around and found someone. Told the lady we booked and she told us the whole place is fully booked. Asked for our phone to make a call to her boss but the outcome was still same. Time waisted, petrol, airtime...

We were a group of 15 and stayed for 6 days of unhappiness because the people were so unprofessional. Firstly there was no speed point and there was no soaps and towels. The breakfast was a mess and their reason was that they did not have the chef. The pool was dirty they did not have dstv aswell. WiFi was not there. For a 4 star Lodge it doesn't even meet the requirements. I was bathing with cold water for the rest of the time I was there there air-conditioner is not working . When there's load shedding there is no backup but they say they are a 4 star Lodge. I've been in too many places which were 4 star rated and below and were no were near this unprofessional.

We had no electricity and water for most of our 6 day stay at R730.00 per day we had sandwiches for breakfast and sausages that was sour the place was dirty not well maintained and no wifi or dstv and the staff needs to be properly trained. All 14 of us are still traumatized

The accommodation is not up to standard, they take advantage of the customers, and when you are not happy they refuse to refund the balance,the breakfast is limited and there is always an excuse, water and electricity are constantly not working, the pools are not clean, the rooms are ants infested, the air-conditioners are not working,they need to sell the business to people who are serious about hospitality

They should rather sell the business to someone who's passionate about the hospitality industry! No professionalism at all, the receptionist is rude and condescending! The rooms are filthy and smell like something had died there a million years ago! I would never recommend them to anyone! Bottom of the barrel...

Stayed 4 nights. The room was really cold. Electric heater was not enough. The power was down many times especially in the evening and night. The breakfast was very limited. They serve a kind of dinner, but just consider it if you do not have any other option. The internet was poor or usually not available.

My wife has booked into this lodge and the feedback was poor standard. Electricity is poses a potential hazard. Place advertises 4 star but it is not worth a 1 one star. We would not recommend this place to anybody, at this stage.

I have waited at the reception for 30 minutes without attended, the staff there must undergo customer service training, the picture on the internet is totally different from the actual place in fact it should be rated as 1 star guest house, they can even great customers. the place is very dirty their breakfast is left overs . i was a guest for 3 days,upon my check out i requested a copy of invoice on the 2nd November and i was told it will be forwarded,guess what till to date no one borders to send it. i will not recommend anyone to go the an experience what i have experience on my stay last week.

Rooms are good and the price is affordable. Enjoyed their breakfast

I wish I could give them 0, the receptionists and owners are rude, the house was dirty, they cancelled our booking at the last minute and made us pay for a day hangout for half of what we paid, no cutlery unless you pay R400 for cultery😂pool was dirty, they double booked the lapa area for our braai so we had to take some random shade on the yard to braai. I wish I had listened to the locals about this place because it was as bad as everyone said it is.
