Not happy with the service I got. Went to purchase a part and was told it was not available. Then I was asked if I prefer to order it and was told that it will arrive on Saturday, 18th December 2021. I agreed to do so (this was on Friday, 17th December 2021). When I got there on Saturday, the part was not there. I was told to wait at least 30 mins but when I went back to check they said it still was not there. The ordered part was not included in the shipment that came in on Saturday.

They do not wear masks and ignore customers. We stood around waiting for help until we eventually gave up and left. All stock is behind a chain so you can't even check if they have what you need.

No service. Customers being ignored. Not the first time this happened. Will not support them ever again.

Although friendly and helpful, service time tends to be a bit slow, irigardless whether you are the only customer in the shop or one of many, Prices are very reasonable and staff have excellent product knowledge.

Good and friendly service but does not always have what I am looking for

We bought a new turbo for almost R5000 from them and from the first start up the vehicle was making a strange noise and it was using oil which it never did.. we took the turbo back to Christo and he sent it back to their suppliers , after weeks of struggling and constantly having to phone Autozone to get an update , they finally returned the faulty turbo and basically said that it was our fault.. the owner was very rude to us so we decided to phone the Area Manager and he did not seem to know anything about an engine either so we ended up buying a reconditioned turbo from Bloemfontein and all our turbo problems came to an end.. Autozone will be the last place that we will be looking at to buy new parts as this was a horrible experience..
