Very low prices, good quality fruits and veggies. Very overcrowded at times. Cashiers need attitude adjustments as they will give you a eerie stare and a shun when greeted with a smile.

Customer service is on point, busy store, still keeping up with the covid rules, the store always has fresh fruits.

Customer service really bad, at the parcel counter consultant just answered because she is at work, she didn't care about customers feelings. Queues are always long, cashiers closing tills whilst the is still queues. During the month they open up many tills but come month end lots of tills are not opened. Managers must learn to schedule according to business need. Cashiers are old and slow. BAD EXPERIECE FOR PAYING YOUR MONEY

Today I had the worst experience at shoprite in Kroonstad town... After my mother and wife finished buying grocery, they went out, and were stopped at the door outside and told that they will have to carry all which they bought by hand to the car which was less than 20 meters from the door. And this was not the first time this happened.. .. I unfortunately had no time to go and query it, because my wife had a doctor's appointment....

It was great seeing all the people during the festive season

Place is well stocked and clean , parking a bit limited and the beggars outside the entrance and in the parking area are a total nightmare ... non stop harassment.
