Family member who needed to be admitted to icu for pneumonia was sent back to Parys because they refused to admit him. Apparently the Hippocratic oath means nothing. Shame on you, your sins will be punished.

ONE OF MY FRIENDS DIED BECAUSE YOU IGNORED HER WHEN SHE WAS THERE, NO ONE HELPED HER AND NOW SHE IS DEAD!!! YOU CAUSED HER DEATH BECAUSE OF YOUR CARLESSNESS IT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTENTED! A big thank you to the wonderful staff at the maternity ward...I am certain that without their professional attitude and great care, my son and me would've been in a very dark place yoday oraybe not even here at all! What a fantastic and professional service these people offer! I am extremely grateful for for them helping me and my baba.

Firstly the staff is ok, but the doctors are rude and propper patient care in casualties are horrible. The doctor gave a slight interest in a patient and left. Maybe it was his golf day, I do not know. He came back after two and did not even look at the patient again, but signed her of. No medical care for the poor. You will die there and afterwards they will charge your family for taking up space, that's how bad poor people are treated there. The old lady sat there the whole day and when we left, she was still waiting to hear from her husbands doctor. We might as well die at home, where our family's at least love and care about us.

This hospital does not even deserve one star been here the whole day today we are being called to be next but they keep on skipping us this hospital is becoming like the haunted hospital in Kempton park

Good day The service I have received today or since I have been here is nonsense..the sisters who are supposed to assist you are sitting in a room gossiping not caring about the sick I hate this hospital I am very livid with this hospital.

I had an excellent experience in 2022 at the hospital. 2023 Today I was there from 13h00 to 22h30 both shifts were on boycott we were left to hang in casualty. The situation is bad, one white doctor assisted the 1 white patient at 14h30 who came after me. Worst hospital experience of my life, patients are sick and vomiting at casualty while they play politics.

My experience at the hospital was first class. Friendly and helpful staff. I went to provincial hospitals in Sasolburg and Bloemfontein and this is by far the best. Thank you for treating us with love and respect.

Service at this hospital is very poor and unprofessional. It is said the patients must be here early (before 07:00) yet the patients only get poor service around the afternoon (past 12:00) sitting the entire morning with no guidance of what is the next step or procedure. The staff just let you sit and must wonder when the you will be helped. If you dont confront them on a regular basis then you will not be helped. Driving from Sasolburg three times just to be told a different story every time. When you confront the staff then they just pull up there shoulders and cannot give a straight answer to any questions asked. They keep on passing the file to the next person and each person dont want to except responsibility to help the patients. Someone needs to check into the qualifications of these Staff cause as things stand this is just a job to get their wages at the end of the month. From everyone that ever posted a review to this hospital (THAT SPEAKS THE TRUTH) thank you and hope one day someone will do something about the poor service performance they are delivering.

My first experience there was fantastic, the nurses and doctors were excellent and their service was fantastic. I got transferred there from another hospital and was skeptical at first but my mind was put to ease. So when they told me that I'd have to deliver the babies there I was not nervous at all. The whole reason this hospital was made my birth hospital is because they said I needed to deliver my twins via c section. My babies were also not in the right position, with this knowledge they still tried to force me to push out my babies. Knowing that one of them were not in the right position. I struggled for 2 hours and in so much pain before they sent me in for an emergency c section. I struggled with my breast milk, and instead of helping you the nurses shame you, not all women are the same. I spent three weeks in that hospital with my son's in the NICU, I only got to bring one home with me. The cold heartedness of the nurses and doctors is appalling. Especially when you've lost a child, the doctor gave me grief for sitting in her chair in the NICU. My mind was so confused after hearing my child had died and I'm getting attitude for sitting down in a chair? I will never forget that. Terrible. Absolutely will never ever go back there again.

Service is terrible. Don't even deserve 1 star. Personnel abusive and unfriendly towards patients. Patient gets injured inside the hospital whilst staff is suppose to take care of the health of the patient. Food? Been submitted the Sunday, left on Wednesday, no food. Drips? Forced into arms leaving blue, purple, yellow marks. Staff even abusive towards patients, mishandlung pantient. Women nurses forces man to undress in front of them. So this hosputal, i will honestly say: Stay the hell away from it!!!!! My view on Boitumelo hospital Kroonstad.

Service is terrible. Many patients died in this hospital. The standards are appalling. No doctors during the day. What kind of a hospital is this? The patients are not visited regularly by their respective doctors. I spoke to a few people at this hospital. Why is it that there are a lot of deaths on Mondays? There is a reason for this. Someone must investigate this hospital and it's staff. There is a lot of unqualified staff. To them it is just another job. Not a service. No passion, no compassion. Just a job. If it is not done today it can be done tomorrow. It is obviously not your relatives that stay in this hospital so why care? Do yourself a favour. Check out this hospital. The entrance doors were faulty. The passages are full of dirt and feathers from the outside. Broken tiles all over. This place is relatively new. Yet they don't maintain it. As long as it still looks new it will seem to be all good. Don't be fooled by the new look...

Very rude night shift nurse. I’m not a prophet how was I suppose to know that my gran will get worse at night. Thank you to the other staff who was kind and assisted. Please kindly install camera in the casualty area that also record voices.

I had a c section.... in a teatre where the temp was 32C, aircons didnt work, a was high risk and placed in ICU, i was there 10 min the I was removed because i didnt want to breast feed, and i told them that. They left my in my own pool of blood . I reported these people. I got infection and sepsis after i signed myself out....due to a theater of 32C... I wil never ever recommend these people to any mother
