    2 hours to sit and wait for your turn to renew your license, then they don't even tell you when they take your picture, your eyes are closed on the picture, I don't even know how that is legal or acceptable from the staff to not retake the picture, then you wait another hour in line to pay for your license. Call their number and no one answers, you have to physically go in to follow up on progress on where your things are, stand in line again forever, and even then they cant seem to assist you with any information. Not even to get started at how dirty and run down the place is. Even the blinders are falling apart and no one seem to make an effort to even make it look more pleasant, weeds and trash everywhere. Old cars that seems to be standing there for months if not years all over the place, making it look more like a scrap yard than anything else. I've been too much more rural areas with much better and prompt services. Shame.

    Lots of broken cars occupying the parking inside. Premises could be neater and flowers could be planted to brighten up the place. Only 2 cashiers, however, amid systems going off and on, the cashier that assisted me was professional, fast, and she really tried her best, regardless of having a frustrating workday herself. Thank you so much. To the bitter people complaining in the qeue, please try to find something positive to say.or keep quiet.

    Poor service ever.... Such a big department with lots of people going there but they use only 2 cashiers of which they chat with other colleagues most of the time instead of assisting people who are in need of their service....

    It's really a challenge as there is no fast line for those on duty and the aged,we have asked to be released at work and we are in the line.May I suggest and ask the system and service be upgraded please.

    I would like to know. There is this one specific officer as you enter kroonstad that directs the trucks to the weigh bridge. He just sits inside his car indicating with his hand up and down as if he shows that there is a rough sea ahead and boats must be careful of the waves. He does this all the time. Are you guys gonna adress this guy?? Or should i post the video from my truck 's dash cam on social media and let the the community and the other road user's decide whether hes doing his job right or not?? Im sure not all the people understands his kind of sign language.

    Went for drivers license Renewal, was assisted by Thabo Pieters at the gate then from there on I received the best and fast service, long story short...in 2 hours I was done. Thank you so much bra Thabo. System and cashier service needs a huge upgrade though. 🤝

    Moderate service from the officials,eye test queue was not bad but the payment one was very long.Atleast there were four cashiers on duty so it was moving fast.My advice to everyone,is to arrive early especially if one has other commitments,even if you arrive early and find a long queue,please be patient,the officials are doing the best they can.

    Well the moment I arrived at 07,30 waited in the rain till 08,00 went in sat down in the passage for testing to be done the women that was there wasn't very friendly while waiting to be tested she hulp other 2 men which I found was wrong service I received out of 10 was 5 very bad service

    Went to renew our vehicle licence, lady was very unfriendly and did not give me a chance to enquire as to which documents I need. Went to enquiries, man there was just as unhelpful.....tried to explain my problem, just rolled his eyes and gave a blue form, which I later found out is the wrong form, as he did not even listen to my enquiry....very dissappointing as this was no service at all
