The area affected by the so-called pathodeveloper's disease. A huge number of apartments and a very small amount of infrastructure necessary for decent functioning, such as parking lots, roads, green areas, sports and recreation. Every day there are huge traffic jams and problems with getting to the main road. Respect and admiration for people who decided to live in such a place. The skyscrapers look relatively nice, but everything is glazed, I don't envy the windows that block the sun.

Probably the tallest building in Kielce. In the Polish People's Republic, apparently no buildings higher than 11 stories were built because there were no such high fireman's ladders in the city. The only minus, and a huge one, is that it is ugly at night with such sparse lighting. This is a bit too small for such a representative building. It's good, however, that it's not just another three-story building, but a skyscraper that is breaking Kielce's record. I hope there will be one even higher.

Beautiful apartments

An apartment building and some commercial and service premises. Tight parking and access from one direction does not encourage frequent visits.

The plaza is still in its infancy. A plus for the location, everything is right under your nose. The apartments themselves require designer equipment. And it's not cheap.

A beautiful and high apartment, located in the center of Kielce, near the Kielce Reservoir, Galeria Echo and the Obi construction store. There are also bicycle paths nearby, which can take you to the Silnica Valley 👍

A very nice place for a long or short stay, quite close to the center, perfect equipment and the whole place 😁 there's nothing to complain about 😁😁

Complete lack of parking spaces for visitors. It's easy to get a ticket.

Yes, I hope it will be built, because when they leave the countryside, they have to live farther from the land because they are allergic to greenery and nature. We have to go to concrete. Delight over some lock. Medieval as always. All over the world, they build housing estates with small houses and promote greenery.

A pleasant and clean apartment in a newly built skyscraper on the 5th floor, spacious elevators, good access, and an underground parking space. I recommend this place :)
