My girlfriend and I chose this hotel to celebrate our joint birthday, and it was a truly amazing experience. Arguably the best hotel in the city, it boasts an ideal location, breathtaking views, and outstanding services. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, indulging in the pool, unwinding in the sauna, and experiencing a deeply relaxing couple's massage at their SPA. Dinner was delightful, adding to our memorable stay. However, our experience was slightly marred by the unexpected closure of the Skybar - a venue I had been eagerly anticipating for months. Discovering it was closed only on our check-in day was quite frustrating. Despite this, our overall experience was exceptional, making our birthday celebration truly special.

Beautiful design hotel in a former factory, retaining its original features. Rooms are huge and stylish with high ceilings and heated floors in the bathroom. Beds are large and comfy. The indoor rooftop pool is stunning with knockout views of Lodz. The hotel is right next to the shopping mall and art gallery. There's parking in an underground car park.

A fantastic hotel with an amazing architecture. It's a brand new hotel, constructed onto an old textile factory. Everything is new with a great design. The rooms incl. the bathroom a very spacious, comfortable and quiet. You're hearing only limited noise from your neighbours. Especially the A/C is perfectly noise-less. The hotel offers an enormous breakfast buffet. Even for just enjoying it it's worth the stay. I've never seen a larger buffet. Really perfect! Price is mir than acceptable. Unfortunately beside the former factory area which has been nicely transformed into a nice place with a huge shopping mal and some restaurants, there is nothing else special around.

What an amazing experience! Everything was great from the beginning till the end. Very nice hotel, atmosphere, pool and saunas! Breakfast was also great. Room - quiet, comfy beds and awesome bathroom with a huge bathtub One recommendation - better signs in the underground parking (it's not clear where to go) and elevator is a bit confusing, doesn't work on the first try/press :)

We stayed at the hotel during Christmas time. The hotel was clean and had a very nice pool and 2 saunas. The breakfast buffet was quite large with items for people with gluten and lactose sensitivities. Breakfast is included in a suite but not in a regular room. Breakfast and hotel parking are 60 zloty each. I was surprised that the hotel didn’t have any shampoo and conditioner . They had a whole body/soap shampoo combination. Also the suite even though it had a cook top it didn’t have any utensils or plates or pots so I am sure why they have it. Maybe if you ask for it they may be able to provide it. The location of the hotel is excellent , next to the huge mall and piotrkowska.

Very welcoming, spacious hotel, with wonderful view from the pool at the top, fabulous breakfast, high celling that gives you a great sleep boost and it’s one of the most tolerant hotels for late check-outs! They also managed to give me the company invoice immediately after check-in as requested! That’s rare in poland! Thank you! PS.: Miss Ania, Miss Ola and Mr Stanislaw are the best!

The hotel is perfectly situated in an interesting area of Lodz. Parking is available and made it easy to arrive. Staff were friendly at reception, in the Wellness Centre and during breakfast and most were willing to speak English when my Polish failed me :) The room was cosy, quiet and well furnished and the generous bathroom compensated for the smaller bedroom space. The Wellness Centre (free for guests) is packed with great facilities including a well-equipped gym, sauna and steam room and amazing rooftop pool. I recommend Vienna House in Lodz for your next stay.

A converted factor building which is now an oversized hotel with large open spaces. The building is fascinating and the conversion has been done beautifully. Indoor climate was very comfortable, room felt very spacious. Slept surprisingly well and the breakfast was generous with more to choose from than you can eat. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Fabulous architecture, relatively large and well designed rooms with beautiful interior, good neighborhood (the best in Łódź I believe), friendly staff, amazing service, breakfast was tasty and diverse. Highly recommended.

The ex textile factory has been beautifully transformed in a very welcoming hotel. The spirit of the place has been nicely preserved while updating it to a very comfortable hotel. Rooms are not huge but with a strong character with the original ceiling and the large windows. Very nice facilities starting from the gym and spa on the last floor and the modern swimming pool on the roof. A nice place to spend a few days!

Perfect! This hotel is an unexpected treasure on the long list of hotels, I already visited. Great architecture implemented in old factory. Good service. Nice rooms by size, environment, furniture and cleanness. The breakfast buffet is challenging. You real not know, what to eat from this giant choice you have. Quality of food as well high. I have a new benchmark now for hotels! The hotel is part of "manufactura" area, where they rebuil an old factory with shopping center, restaurants, bars, cinema, small shops etc. You find there all you can need. In summer must be even better, when you can sit outside and events and sports activities held. The very best place for your stay in Lodz!

best- the room and cleaning staff were good. breakfast buffet was decent. not good- the pool without a dedicated swimmers lane. This pool is really terrible for mixing families/kids and serious swimmers who basically slam into you if you are in their "lane" which of course is not a lane at all.The were glaring at me and the kids who were trying our best to stay out of their way but kids being kids, this wasn't always possible. They acted like it was a lap pool and nobody else was welcome there. you should do something to rectify this if possible. the guy standing in the lobby was helpful and nice to have someone stationed there to ask random questions. the guy at the breakfast on our last day was very nice and helpful. got us a carafe of apple juice as they didn't have any available at the buffet. The receptionist did not welcome us. I walked up and she said nothing so I said, "Hi I have a reservation." and her response was "Can I see your ID?" no please even. And then she said "Sign this document" again no "please." She was the receptionist the afternoon of wednesday Feb 22 and I believe it was the same receptionist on the morning of Saturday Feb 25. she was at the middle spot of the desk. She didn't offer any info about anything when we arrived. I asked her questions and she was very short with her answers. just basic info. i didn't even know i needed to use my key to use the elevator. she is not an appropriate ambassador for a great hotel.

Great hotel in a wonderful spot. Directly adjacent to ample restaurant choices, shopping and nightlife. Would recommend and stay here any time we are in Lodz. Building is very interesting and the room was comfortable.

  • 5/5 Carlos C. 1 year ago on Google
100% recommended. Clean and modern style combined with a historical building. The breakfast is the best, all the personal very friendly. But for me the restaurant could be better.

  • 2/5 Bartłomiej Z. 1 year ago on Google
Great breakfast can't overshine weak spa, where basically you can't spend time with two sunbeds on the pool and 2 in the sauna rest room (always taken). That'd would be okay, but charging twice and refusing to refund the money is too much. Now we have to ask, write mails and basically wait with locked account for their manager to come back from days off. Definitely not recommended.

It’s an old-style building, fully renovated internally that combines cement and brick walls with metal construction, amazing from architectural standpoint. Extremely big-size rooms, good quality of breakfast! But I would say it is a bit expensive..

Hotel rooms are fine. After paying the invoice and heading to breakfast area, the staff informed that breakfast is not included and that I have to pay 80 pln in the breakfast area. So no local currency in my pocket, went out of the hotel hungry. Why do they not ask the guests if they want to include breakfast during check in or before issuing the invoice? Poor service

Gorgeous hotel! Huge, comfy, clean, and quiet room. It is located right in the heart of the city. Underground parking. The staff was nice, friendly, and very professional. Overall we had a great stay.

In my previous note I detailed a quite overwhelming opinion on a so called five star superior hotel in Debrecen, Hungary. As a comparison this is a four star one but easily qualifies as five. Pro frontend staff, great food, fantastic atmosphere and amenities. Try it if you are in Lódz.

Wonderfull industrial hotel restored from Manufactura, industry complex. Spacial interior and modern art surrounding all your steps. The spa with pool on the very top of the builkding gives you nice overview on the city.

Brilliant hotel, spacious, modern clean rooms, very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a lively district full of great restaurants and occupies a very old building which has been preserved to a large (if not full) degree. Highly recommended

Very nice designed hotel, comfy mattresses and bedding sets. We like the most the swimming pool area with its spectacular view and impressive design. Testy breakfast and perfect coffee.

The stay in this hotel was good. The room clean, the breakfest was with a wide range of choice with local products. The people working here are a totally good team and try to help whenever they can. Keep it like that! :D

My family still talks about our experience here 3 years after our short stay - the honeycomb from the yard, and the gym were particular highlights on top of an amazing artsy ambience and great service. Just unforgettable

Clean, pleasant, high ceiling rooms and friendly staff. I advise to buy the breakfast... Lots of variety and of great quality. And the location is just outstanding, since you are close to the most important places in the city

Nice place, tasty breakfast a lot of fruits, excellent crousans )) ŕather comfortable rooms, however there are bigger and smaller size. Good approach to sustainability (some complements for skipping everyday cleaning) gym, fit classes and of course the pool on the last floor with a city view. Spent more than 2 months here. Like this place!

Very nice place I will recomend it to my friends. Lovely building, awesome pool on the roof. Nice restaurant and drink bar. Helpful staff. If I would have to pointed out anything, maybe an available small tube of toothpaste in the bathroom would complete my personal needs during my stay.

Fantastic hotel. Very big hall at the entrance. Clean and modern rooms. I think one of the best fitness with many different equipments and outstanding in-door swimming pool on the roof. Breakfast, well you have so many options. There is an underground parking. So my recommendations!! I wish to come here again.

Excellent place to stay. Heard that they got a beautiful warm pool but did not visit. Awesome location, close to the main town area. Spacious rooms. Well spread breakfast. Good value for money. Have not tried food at their restaurants. Got a cozy bar at the lobby.

The hotel is a wonderful place, well designed, with lovely amenities, meant to soothe the soul of the weary traveller. The staff is fantastic, helpful, professional, and kind. They make Andel's Lodz feel like home. I was born in the city, but now I live half a world away, and every time I visit Lodz, which is at least once a year, I stay at the hotel, and I love every day there. Ms. Kamila at the Spa is an amazing professional as is Ms. Marta. They both work at the front desk and also offer incredible massages. I tried the peeling/massage combo and the shea butter massage. Both were sensational.

Very nice hotel built in a former factory. Perfect mix of old and new, feels very special. Bathrooms with floor heating and room with high brick arch ceiling

Beautiful hotel in the very center. Very nice location. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Room service is every day. The breakfast are amazing. Only two tiny things I did not like. 1. There are only shampoo and a shower gel in the bathrooms. That's not enough for this high class hotel. You need to put also a hair conditioner, body cream and/or toothpaste. And would be nice if the smells of the cosmetics would not scream "I am a cheap hotel shampoo" 2. I had obviously a high body temperature but the hotel staff could not really check it. Their thermometer was clearly broken, showing 36,1 while I was having 39. No rapid covid tests, no blood pressure measurement gadgets. Unfortunately I had a covid but there was really nothing in the hotel to recognize it with The hotel staff is very helpful though

Beautiful space - but perhaps too much of it (old textile factory converted into hotel). Service was good but could use some friendliness. Especially at the bar. A smile would go a long way.

Overall very good experience, from Reception to Housekeeping, Bar and Restaurant. Everyone was polite and welcomed us with smile. Hotel is in great location, well maintained, food is great. Will be back that is for sure :)

Fantastic architecture of a hotel and stunning interior design. Beautiful stylish rooms. Staff kind and professional at every step. Swimming pool at the top adds to atmosphere of this hotel. Good food and plenty of restaurant choices nearby. Museums and children fun at the doorstep!

First time I stayed in a suite and the room was lovely, maybe a bit too big. There were big bottles of shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom with the note of EUR 20 charge - which I didn't understand and had to ask at the reception if they are free to use (they were - but I would appreciate changing the message to be a clearer one). Second time I stayed in a standard room, which was tiny, and toiletries were a disappointment as they didn't have a hair conditioner. The room was clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast was good.

Everything is simply great! This isn't our first time in the hotel and it has become our 1st choice whenever we decide to visit Lodz or surroundings. We tried the large suites and apartments which were spotless, modernized and well equipped and furnished with delicious welcoming fruits and chocolate mixes waiting for us after checking-in. Staff are really polite, helpful and welcoming! Food is delicious, fresh and well prepared and presented. We visit the hotel with kids and I have to admit that it is super kids friendly, so families won't be disappointed.

I've spent the last 2 decades traveling the globe for business and pleasure, and have stayed in hotels in most major cities in the world. Vienna House Andels ranks among the very best; the location, style, decor, and service were exemplary, and I would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone. Thank you all for a brilliant visit!

😐 We waited in line for 1 hour to get in, and after finally entering the venue, we waited 45 minutes to take our orders. When we first sat down at the table, they said we would wait 45 minutes - 1 hour for orders, that's good to know but we already waited a long time outside in the cold 🤷🏻‍♀️ There...
