I'm from Belarus and my husband is not so according to the policy of the hotel we had to pay extra per night because he's a foreigner! Unbelievable. I've travelled so many countries and stayed in different hotels but first time see such discrimination. Spa also was closed during our stay because they switched off the water for some reason. Gym needs some extension, extremely basic. When we tried to talk to a manager about what happened she was rude and negligent and looked like she didn't care at all. Reception also said if you don't like conditions you can change the hotel. No comments. The positive thing was the location of the hotel and the room was nice and cosy, cleaning staff was amazing, the lady cleaned and replaced amenities every day. I enjoyed breakfast buffet as well, since a lot of Belarussian style dishes, but my husband didn't really like because was a new taste for him so if you are picky and not into trying new things you might not like it

Very decent - modern & clean rooms, very nice pool. Could be closer to the center but Uber is inexpensive (don't use cabs, they probably scam you), the bar could be better... But there are better choices in the city anyways, room service and minibar is very reasonably priced as well - I have stayed already twice.

Good hotel, reception speaks English. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Heaters were good especially it was -15 outside. Beds are Ok but pillows are the worst. The breakfast is Ok, most of what is served doesn't seem fresh. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Price is a bit more compared to what is served.
