Just got back from Krivoy Rog Last week, I stayed at Park Hotel for a week. I thought the staff were very friendly the rooms are clean and very good sized, The breakfast in the morning is awesome. I could not believe all the food to pick from and it was all very tasty, I felt I got more than my moneys worth. I would stay there again in a minute.

Exceptional hotel, definitely #1 to stay in Kryvyi Rih. Breakfast is awesome. Restaurant is very good too, but you have to book the table a little bit in advance, otherwise you have to either go out (nothing is in walkable reachability) or have the dinner in your room.

Accomodation is very nice, beds comfortable, very clean. We were in room 216 and it was very nice. Restaurant have a great potential, very good menu but service is bad. Nobody is pouring you wine, nobody is checking if you are happy with the meal, courses are not served together but when they are ready, worse coffee I have ever had. In general, average experience.

i booked super junoir suite . it is very bad service . no change linean as i request . even i ask to pay money !. window broken . i ask for fix all this at morning . no change i get frozen at my stay in room very bad experience . i will not come again in this hotel . no help no

a nice place to stay. small but comfortable and charming rooms. mind the location as Kryvyi Rih is very stretched.

The rooms were very clean, the staff are very helpful and courteous and the morning buffet was excellent. I have stayed here two different times and will continue to plan to remain every time I visit the city in the future.

Update 3-25-21: This is the third time I've stayed here, and it just gets worse every time. I arrived to Kryvyi Rih after a 12 hour flight then a 7 hour drive from Kyiv, only to arrive at 4pm (2 hours after the check in time) and find out my room was not available. Due to my intense travel schedule, I forgot my own advice to buy water ahead of time and again paid a dear cost in a crippling hangover that required a 10 minute walk from my room to the noisy, crowded bar to buy 600ml of water for 110 UAH. Please someone else build another decent hotel in this city so I can stay there. [Original Post] Pros : New facilities, decent hotel gym, reasonably priced, beer is cold, beautiful terrace and property. Cons: Typical lost in the sauce waiters, clueless reception, they turn off the hot water during non-peak showering times so don't get dirty in the afternoon/ early evening. Food is often pre-prepared and microwaved then topped with micro greens to give the appearance of fancy. I was served cold dumplings and they ran the same exact meal with my one half bit dumpling back into the microwave. Only this time it had been attacked by flies in the meantime, which I had to pick off before eating. ***biggest draw back*** They will not give you water outside of expensive little bottles in the restaurant. I can't stress this enough, if you ask for water to be sent to your room they'll say no. If you ask for a glass of water with dinner or your prepaid breakfast they'll again tell you to take a walk. The only option is purchase expensive little bottles so please stop at a supermarket before you arrive.

Cozy hotel, suitable best for business travelers. Rooms are clean and breakfast is ok, and it is fine for this city :) Green territory outside (partly under construction), free parking. A modest swimming pool and gym available. Staff is friendly

Great hotel, the breakfast is very good, the rooms are big and cleaned! They do not speak English very well, but with a translator app you can communicate well if you don't speak Russian.
