Love sending my furry family member here, she has grown attached to the groomers here and the groomers manage to calm her anxiety. Been going for 3 sessions already to date. As for the pawrents, love the chill sitting area with glass panel in front to check out your fur babies getting groomed with full transparency. All with some netflix and a coffee/matcha in hand by Soulmanja next door.

Brought my poodles in for grooming and showed them how I wanted it to be done. The result was just so different. Your typical round face poodle cut. Understand that's a common look but was there to specifically tell them what I wanted but the end result was just so bad. The cut was uneven. Paid for the wash and cut package but two ticks were left on the body on one of my dog!

The location is so convenient, perfect for checking in pets when planning to go to Miri. The staffs are so friendly and helpful, they send detailed update of my babies’ condition every morning so i worry less knowing my pets are well taken care of. They also did a great job grooming my babies- i asked for a summer cut and round face, one of my pets doesnt like grooming but the groomer still managed to deliver and both my babies look so adorable after their service 🥰
