    {"0":"I expect more for the price. The Deluxe room is pretty standard. There are only few selection of breakfast. Check out is until 11am. I'm staying here because of the good Google reviews but honestly dose not meet my expectations because I can get better room deals with bigger room and android tv for cheaper rate.","2":["0","313"]}

    One of the nicest hotels in kuala belait. Has a fantastic riverfront view of the belait River and being one of the tallest buildings has a beautiful panoramic view of the kuala belait skyline which can be enjoyed from their open air rooftop restaurant. Staff is super friendly and helpful always. They also have a attached sports restaurant and ballroom which can be hired out for weddings and functions. Great facilities avaliable in a modern hotel. Have been to their rooftop restaurant once and many times to the sports restaurant. They are dim sum specialist however have a vast menu to choose from and some tantalizing juices and shakes. Rooms from what I hear are nice from the manager who always stays in this hotel and swears by it. Overall a good choice for stay on a business trip or during travel to kuala belait and I will highly recomend it. Facilities 5/5 Location 5/5 Parking 5/5 Ambience 5/5

    The food and stay was excellent. Unfortunately as every guest at the hotel would be relying on solid internet connection or at least a decent internet connectivity, it was not available. It was a daily battle to even be able to scrape scarce internet where crucial internet required work was even merely possible. Kept on reverting to hotel management for support but to no avail. Hence, I would recommend the worst connectivity in this hotel if you’re hoping to get any work done but just to have a bit of rest with a view of a polluted river.

    {"0":"It\u2019s old design hotel but the room was spacious. The breakfast options and food taste were just okay. Good thing is this hotel located by the river and you can enjoy the sunset view.","2":["0","182"]}

    {"0":"Hotel: Best hotel in KB hands down. Price not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.\nRestaurant: Love this for their dim sums and river view. And the biggest indoor big screen TV in Belait! It does have some tacky decor (in my opinion). Lose the plastic plants and bring in a few of the living plants\/flowers from outside. It'll do wonders. Good value overall.\nBallroom catering: Exceptional quality and the team managing this. If you're planning on having a function or wedding here, it's a good choice","2":["0","168"]}

    Great hotel. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, which was much bigger than we anticipated. The apartment was great as we still benefitted from all the hotel services. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very much at home. It is definitely a great hotel to stay if you visit Kuala Belait.

    Great dim sum - salad prawn, wantan. The fried kway teow is very delicious and I could taste the wok hay.

    Absolutely dismal when it comes to refunding payments to its clients. No responsibility for its customer accounts and zero attention.

    During my stay in Brunei for over 4 years, I had heard a lot of complaints about V Plaza. However, it was quite a pleasant experience even during Covid times. Excellent room, pleasant and attentive staff, good food. Marvelous views from the riverside room. The only issue was the air-conditioning in the bedroom and the temperature.

    Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Booked a 3 room apartment. Pillow had ripped and yellow covers. Washing machine and balcony was not cleaned. One of the toilet flush was not working. Food was average, dry, does not justify the price. Food at rooftop cafe almost everything out of stock.

    Well.. I had booked a conference room for 3 days for private meetings. It was very well arranged and organized. The staff was very polite and helpful. I made the presentation without any disruptions. Will highly recommend to everyone.

😠 Disappointed in this hotel. Stayed in the 2 bedrooms apartment, room are full of dust & the toilets have a lot hair and spiders. We have breakfast for 2 and it didn't delivered to us. 😐 The hotel is new & clean. But the room and toilet is very small like can only fit 2 people in it. The room just to compact tight squeezy feel. Also, it has a musty moldy smell coming from the vent. The lighting is a bit too dim. Nevertheless, breakfast was great & located exactly at kuala bela...
