pool

I
went
there
because
of
the
pool
but
the
pool
very
very
dirty...
when
complain
to
the
manager
he
excused
1-they
clean
the
pool
every
few
days
(which
one
you
can
see
the
side
of
the
pool
already
have
green
colour
which
1
not
every
few
days
they
will
clean
look
like
never
clean
for
few
months)..he
told
me
next
days
the
people
will
come
and
clean...
untill
we
want
to
check
out
(12pm)
still
nobody
come
and
clean...
2-
the
manager
told
me
the
kids
not
supposed
to
play
at
the
pool
but
they
not
informed
us
before
we
booked
the
room
&
I
told
the
guy
manager
why
your
reception
didn't
informed
me
earlier
and
I
already
told
them
I
want
to
bring
my
kids
to
the
pool
they
said
can
&
open
24
hours
but
after
we
complain
become
cannot
bring????
3-
the
fork
and
rubbish
not
been
cleaning
since
I
enter
the
hotel
until
we
checked
out
saw
the
cleaning
people
clean
outside
our
door
but
we
not
sure
why
she
didn't
clean
up
every!
they
reception

want
to
check
out
I
ask
them
is

true
what
the
manager
said
about
the
pool
they
said
they
didn't
know
anything
about
this
(cannot
bring
the
kids)
so
far
they
didn't
have
any
info
about
the
kids
cannot
playing
the
pool...
which

we
can
say
that
manager
is
lying....
they
food...

nice
but
very
cold...we
requested
to
eat
inside
the
room
because
we
really
no
mood
(we
promise
to
kids
will
find
hotel
with
pool
endup????)
lucky
we
order
sunny
side
egg
&
the
egg
help
to
"heat
up"
food
make
a
bit
hot.
.
wifi-
so
far
good
(not
really
play)
my
experience...first
and
last
we
will
stay
like
this
hotel...the
only
hotel
ask
to
swab
kids..we
force
them
and
swab
but
very
very
disappointed!
my
advice
stop
playing
phone
during
work
start
to
find
out
the
problem
of
customer
and
upgrade
the
service....
