Quality is good.

There is no "Service with a smile" . Only "Service with a frown" from the cashier to the drinks maker to the manager. The vanilla frappuccino is watered down. Horrible compared to other Asean starbucks. The favourite doughnut in the photo is clumpy. Horrible. I would not recommend wasting $14 for the above and wasting time at this place.

I love this coffee shop. It is a great place to hangout on weekends as it is usually busy till 12 am. ample amount of space with both inside and outside sitting facility. They usually have offers on weekdays for one get one free or 50% on second drink till 7pm.

Tried the new banana split frap with coffee....Very tasty. Staff nice and friendly, but could be more productive when clearing tables and restocking toilets.

Really love the vibe, very comfortable and spacious coffee house. During my night visit might not have a lot of customer. You can enjoy your drink with quite and calm.

The service is worse than any other star bucks. Some guys are good, but most of the time service is really bad. Behaviour is like they are giving away everything for free.

This Starbucks cafe is pretty standard and doesn’t offer anything unique or innovative. It’s a suitable spot for both business meetings and hanging out with friends. However, the cafe’s internet connection is subpar, often running slowly or even disconnecting altogether making it difficult to reconnect for extended periods.

The worst service I ever gotten from a Starbucks branch. A couple of times I tried to go there again and again, yet they always disappoint me. Ordered for a iced drink, came to me a watered down lukewarm drink. This happened when I used my Starbucks tumbler for my orders. I went back to them telling them about my drink and they just do not look concerned about it and just add on additional ice. The customer service is just bad as compare to other branches in Brunei. What a let down. Truly disappointing to the brand name itself.

Same as what we have in Malaysia Starbucks. Cleanliness is perfect, ambience is cozy. Staff is friendly, just a tad expensive than malaysia

Always friendly staff making orders right! Wish they had the world famous chocolate chip cookies and the old fashion buttermilk donuts. But I am still going!

Man I love Starbucks but I get disappointed each time I went there . However ntg disappoint me more than what happened today . Went to Starbucks asking whether we get to customise our drinks , the female staff looked at me n nod with a frown face. She manage to upset us without saying a word . We felt so unwelcome because of her . We decided to chill outside Starbucks to enjoy our drinks. But I be hving trouble with cat jumping onto on our table and m feeling very uncomfortable . however there’s 3 staff in total 2 female 1 male . Pretty sure one of em was the manager there . Instead of helping out jus so we can enjoy our meal , they decided to look at us as if we are some kind of clowns jumping up n down, as if we r some kind of joke n definetely not helpful at ALL . I don’t think I will ever come to Starbucks again with such irresponsible and rude staff .
