The food were superb although the servings are a bit slow, the only good thing is you have to know what you will need to order first, typical in a resto, i am not bothered because we where only invited to eat with the group and we were fully entertained so i guess that is the advantage among the other diners other than that everything is fine. There are a lot of menus to choose and i enjoyed eating the ones that have been serve. To be able to get a fast serving is that you need to pre-book earlier and have it ready before hand especially for a group dinner. The down side is if you're just a newbie better not to, you will be disappointed and that is the concern that the management should bear in mind to attract more customers. Food is two thumbs up.

A mix of Western and Asian food. Serves Dim Sum for breakfast, and if you're lucky you might get some left during lunch. Servers are polite and efficient. And after all that food, there must be some shopping to do.

I cannot really match this name to a Chinese restaurant, but if you enter into the restaurant (which is located at upstairs), you will be surprised with it. Fantastic food and good service. They also offered vegetarian dishes. You may ask for dishes which is not mentioned in the menu, if you have something in your mind.

Long waiting time, staff are not friendly nor professional (even the manager), I waved at them & order 2-3 times and but they ignored & chit chat with one another & some others younger boy waiters were watching TV while working.. After for waiting for about 25-30 mins my drinks weren’t served.. So I just paid my bills (in full) and leave the restaurant.. Very disappointed service... Not recommended this restaurant to anyone...

After the dishes start being put on to the table, another dish was replaced cause it is also out of stock. Drinks called were milk tea and watermelon juice. Very bland. Had an elderly waiting for food as well. Horrible experience.

I have had sushi at countless restaurants and some is good....some not so much. This is the only sushi I tried in Brunei and I was surprised how good it was. The rice is key and theirs was very good! Great service too. Don't judge it by the way it looks from the street....go inside.

Glad that the quality was quite consistent. No qualms there. Kaizen is and remains the gold standard for sushi in Brunei IMHO. However staff quality is questionable. They seems a tad impatient and less courteous compared to their Bandar colleagues. Edited: Our second trip to Kaizen was a bit more disappointing. They overbooked the place and made us wait while they cleared a table. I do have to acknowledge that they were on their feet to make it work quickly.

Service fast and good. Food taste, quality and portions are well maintained. Always make an appointment before you go over.

Walked in to the restaurant because the one which we were initially planning to visit was full. Looked nice from outside and was not crowded. It turned out to be quite a good experience. The decor is very nice and modern. The menu is not huge but covers quite a decent variety. Between three of us, we had the lamb pie and a steak. Great choice, the meat perfectly cooked and succulent. Found the amount of cheese a bit of overkill. It's a bit pricey as compared to what you come across here, but worth the visit.
