If you’re ever looking for a chill night with laid back, cool post-Malone vibes, this is definitely a place you need to check out , love the ambiance, and the light food options. The staff are extremely nice . There’s not too many shisha flavours to choose from but pretty decent. Your first time here, you may have to pay for the pipe, but you get to keep it and bring it whenever you visit again, so as to not spend again for a new pipe. Otherwise, love coming here. Definitely a must try 🤍

I’ve been here a couple of times over the years and I understand the concept of no “outside food and drinks allowed”. I came to shelter with a drink from my own home (apple juice) in a Starbucks tumbler. Does that count as an outside drink? Discuss. It’s not that I’m sitting here for free and drinking my homemade drink either. I’m a paying customer who paid for shisha so i should be allowed to keep my tumbler with me at least. The first guy came and told us no outside drinks allowed and after I explained that I brought it from home and it wasn’t bought elsewhere he said ok and asked me to put it under the table. The second guy however came and snatched it from me despite telling him that I didn’t buy the drink from outside. Is a drink from my home considered an outside drink? Isn’t it the same as a bottle of water? If I brought a starbucks tumbler with water in it would it be snatched away as well? Horrible attitude despite me not openly drinking my drink. Never coming back again.

Best place in SS15 to chill with your mates, shisha a little bit and play some board games. They have a small variety of board games and they only charge rm25 per table which is an amazing deal :) However service could be improved. Will be back soon.

Shisha and chill. Food and drinks are both delicious. Free and available board games and cards to play with friends. Seating is on the floor with a floor chair makes it feel really relaxing

Min spending is rm150 per table. Great shisha, prob best shisha in PJ area and delicious snacks n drinks. Got alot of board games, mahjong, etc. Food : 4.5/5 Shisha : 4.8/5 Atmosphere : 4.9/5

My third time here for the shisha and drinks. All three times I was chased out before 11.30pm when you have clearly stated the place closes at 12am. So my question here is why aren’t u changing the operating hours if its not closing at sharp 12am ,I asked for charcoal change at 11.15pm and I was told they are closing and they cant change my charcoal? Seriously? We are not coming here to spend ‘nothing’ the local guy who works here is clearly lacking some real customer service and have been sulking at all customers almost every time and in my every visit he is just plain cold. Nice hangout spot with poor customer service. I will never recommend this place to anyone as it is truly disappointing.

It's a perfect place to just chill and relax with your bunch of friends. They offer varieties of shisha flavours, snacks and drinks. They also have main course menu and the best is the aglio oglio and Briyani Rice with Ayam Masak Merah. They also have board/card games to play while you're enjoying your time here. Ali, the waiter here is also very friendly and helpful. Look for him when you're here.

Unfortunately, I came with my friends. We were 5 people from the KLCC area to visit the store, but unfortunately they told us that we had to ask for the least amount of 150 for everyone, and when I told them the reason, because I had come more than once to this place, he told me that the president had told them about this system, but only two of us were smokers. . We are back to where we were. (And I want to tell the president that he will not win customers if you impose trivial conditions like this on them.)

Good place to relax. Although I'm not a fan of their furniture. Seating is uncomfortable after a while (foldable floor chairs) but they're not your typical cafe/restaurant. Overall, I'd consider this place to be average tbh.

A place that feels like home, with friendly service from the staff and a vibe that got me wanting to return already. A huge variety of fun and games and snacks along with a convenient food stall right by the footsteps is definitely the new place to be. And ya store manager is quite handsome, but got a very pretty gf already!

It is a great place to chill and complete your assignments, work & etc. the board games are a great addition. Staffs are friendly and polite. Only concern is the finger food are quite expensive especially in an area beside a university. I myself am a student. So it will be great if they could review the price. But the taste is awesome.

Been coming to shelter for sometime. Good environment to work, chill with your friends and also spend your me time here. The shisha here is good and the staff Ali is great. Prepares good shisha and service. In conclusion recommended place to come over. No regrets.
