What an amazing place to visit! Very clean, organized and full of energy! So many people bring their dogs for a walk here. The amount of different flowers and trees is remarkable! I fell in love with this place on my first visit The best thing of all, is that it’s completely free for everyone, and is easily accessible by the MRT. Just brilliant!

Assumed this would be my least favourite thing to do in Singapore actually turned out to maybe be the best. The gardens are stunning, full of amazing trees, plants and wildlife. We saw turtles, several monitor lizards. Fantastic morning.

What can I say about Botanic Gardens? It’s one of our favorite places to visit and we go there quite frequently. It’s a reasonably large park with a lot to see over a range of different landscapes and themes. You can go there again and again and keep finding something new and engaging. It’s also a great place for a leisurely walk or a challenging run, as it’s fairly hilly. It’s only around 4km in circumference but if you learn the paths through the park itself (the signs can be confusing since the paths tend to twist and turn a lot), you can get in even 15 or 20km with little repetition. In addition to the plants and flowers, there is also a wide variety of wildlife: birds, insects, reptiles, and even otters and monkeys. There are also places to eat, drink, and just take a rest. There is also the National Orchid Garden inside, as well as a variety of museums. If you’ve never been or if you’ve been but haven’t fully explored all the park has to offer, please go and see all that it has to offer. You can even watch the robots go over the lawn at night.

Gorgeous gardens, beautifully kept and maintained. Plenty of path ways throughout. Gardens have many different spaces with a wide variety of plant and tree types, a lot of wildlife scattered around too. Just a shame we couldn't spend longer there. Loved the orchid gardens the most, absolutely massive variety in orchids

Really beautiful location. I cannot believe this whole park is free. Such a gem. We loved spending a few hours here. Lots of monitor lizards, a few swans, and many turtles. There is just about every plant imaginable, and the orchids and flowers are beyond amazing.

During the Public Holiday visited Botanical Gardens which is a UNESCO sites. A wonderful place and must visit in Singapore. If one a passion for nature to see new trees, flowers, leaves, please visit. There is an Orchid Gardens, which has a nominal entry fee from $3-$15 depends on some categories. It is worth the money. There are 100s of Orchids and many varieties of other flowers. Air plants, mist house and many. Orchid Gardens has great collection, when prominent people from across world like Presidents, Prime Minsters visited Singapore, a new variety which is created will be named after them. There is a huge collection from 1953. Then we walked out and saw a Bonsai tress collection.

Whole day is not enough to explore these vast and stunning gardens. I was fortunate with the weather, it was raining heavily which made the scenery look like I’m in a real rain forest. Make sure you visit the Orchid Gardens as that’s definitely the highlight of the whole gardens. (Entry fee $15 but absolutely worth it). I have no words to describe how beautifully built and maintained these gardens are.

Singapore Botanic Gardens is a large area with lush green trees. There are several sub-gardens inside it. Orchid Garden is definitely the prime focal attraction among them. It has various types of orchids in the garden. In addition, prominent personalities who visit Singapore and go the Botanic garden as well, specific orchids/flowers are named after them. Its amazing to view and explore this area.

What a park! Lots of plants are seen their. The attracted things are their that the plants are maintain properly and classified them based on their medicinal properties. Even the name of the specific site is different. It was really a very charming and recommended place. If you have time please go their and enjoy the beauty of nature.

I didn’t get to see the whole garden but it was beautiful! I loved the lakes and amazing flowers all around. They were celebrating Christmas by planting 100 trees and that was amazing ! There are these beautiful vintage lamps that I just couldn’t get over. It’s a Great Walk and the park is detailed with little graphics of information and signage is very helpful. One of the free attractions of the city! I recommend going for a picnic and chilling in the gazebos after taking short walks all around :)

Magnificent gardens! We had a great walk through the gardens and also through the orchid section. There is good bird life here. It is very warm during the middle of the day, and most people looked like they were suffering a bit. So bring a hat, and some suncream. At the end of the National orchid gallery, there is an air-conditioned area and that was a welcome relief after walking around for awhile.

The best Botanical Gardens I've ever been in. This slice of paradise was most welcome to visit on a day with temperatures of mid 30°s, that felt like mid 40°s, with the many shaded areas. This place was so lush and full of colour. Lots of wildlife to see also. It's so quiet and calm there, you wouldn't think you are near a major hub city. Its a stop on the hop on hop off bus, so I had only 3 hours. You would need a full day to see everything. Everything is in pristine condition and it is free to go in. Brilliant

Must visit if you are going to Singapore! Few parts of the park is paid but rest is completely free. It’s really well maintained. You can spot different birds and insects inside the park. Few food points inside the garden. You will spot lots of dogs 🐕 Washroom is also available.

Tropical botanic garden within the city. Great walking trails to enjoy nature. Swan Lake with waterfront pavilions showcase a historic lake (Main Lake or First Lake), it is the oldest ornamental water feature in Singapore, >155 years. Leisurely 10-minute walk along the looping lake path, enjoy the morning or evening ambience best by relaxing under the waterfront pavilions. Awesome way to spend your morning or afternoon away with your love ones.

Amazing place to picnic, jog and have fresh air. There are many parts in the botanic garden like restaurants, kids garden, live music at the stage in the center of the garden, many entrance to the garden. What I like is the ease from the mrt to access the garden and have many chance to encounter different types of animals like monkeys, monitor lizard, various birds etc. Best to check the weather before going to botanic garden cause there is no rain shelter for most places, so best to have an umbrella for rain and really hot blazing sun.

The Singapore Botanic Gardens is a true horticultural gem. With its lush greenery, meticulously maintained landscapes, and a remarkable collection of flora, it's a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The National Orchid Garden within is a particular highlight, showcasing an extraordinary array of orchid species. It's not just a garden but a testament to Singapore's commitment to preserving its natural beauty. Whether you're a nature enthusiast, a casual visitor, or a photographer seeking inspiration, the Botanic Gardens offers an enchanting experience that's both educational and relaxing. A must-visit for anyone in Singapore.

This was a really beautiful experience. The gardens are superb. I wish I had my sneakers on to go for a run like so many others. A nice mix of sun and shade and there was some respite from the humidity in the orchid coolroom which was Devine🌺free to enter except if you want to go in the orchid exhibit.

I was pleasantly surprised, this is a huge and well maintained park with lush gardens, stunning plants and flowers and very comprehensive explanations and directions. And all for free! I would recommend to spend some dollars and also visit the orchid gardens, which is biggest of the world and has much to offer. The only feedback I would like to give is the absurd pricing of the 'Privé' restaurant, which is 5x more expensive than average Singapore prices.

A little green sanctuary if you need to escape the concrete jungle/ hustle bustle of the city. The orchid garden is absolutely stunning and the Forest trail provides the best shade if you need a break from the blistering heat. Look out for the diverse wildlife within the gardens - monitor lizards, swans (both white and black), chickens, the occasional monkeys and even the otters have made numerous appearances over the CB period.

Came on a Friday afternoon and was absolutely serene, hardly any visitors at all and it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Spent around 2hrs walking around at a leisurely pace and didn’t get time to see everything but at same time don’t think the aim is to tick every box in this place as it’s just a pleasant place to walk around in general. If you’re expecting a “Kew garden” type experience then it does have aspects of this although on a smaller scale (also not any conservatories that I know of although would be less point in this climate...) will find time to come back and explore again. Would recommend the gift shop ^_^ Conveniently placed close to and on downtown line....

It's a great place to escape from the bustle of the city right at the heart of the main shopping district. It is best to spend half a day to relax an unwind. Best to just come down with water and some snacks and roam around aimlessly along the many paths here.

Great place to spend a quite morning. Even better when it is cloudy and right after the rain has stopped. The entire place feels fresh and the aroma of the wet earth is very uplifting to the senses. Lots of nice exhibits within the gardens are a good way to spend time. Nice location to picnic during non rainy days and well connected to public transport.

Singapore Botanic Garden is an awesome place for tree lovers and people of all ages. It's a wonderful place for bringing kids and friends. It's also a great place for walking and running. It'll be wise to wear light and white or light colour cloths to seek comfort in humid and high temperature weather. There are a sufficient number of seating arrangements. Along with a large variety of plants, you'll also be able to see turtles, fishes, and birds.

This is the best botanical garden I’ve been to! It’s a huge garden and it’s free to enter although the Orchid Garden was an extra cost ($15 for non residents) The orchid garden is the world’s largest display of tropical orchids! Saw some orchids that I’ve never seen before. The celebrity exhibit was really neat too. The mist/cool dome was a perfect place to hide out from the humidity. Highly recommend to do if you’re a nature lover!

I visited Gardens By The Bay and Singapore Botanical Gardens as well and both these places offer unique experiences on their own. These gardens are huge and the entry is free. There is a rainforest inside the garden as well. The National Orchid Garden is beautiful though it has a separate ticket. I was mesmerized by the beauty of this place and I would love to explore this place again.

Really nice garden to visit. They have wild chickens and lizards running around. We stumbled across a school of turtles and it was a magical experience. Very interactive and fun to see all the animals roaming free. They even have a little museum discussing the history of the gardens and they have a delicious food shop near by as well. We only bought a few juices from there. Highly recommend this activity. Just hydrate and keep cool. Singapore is very hot outside.

Such a beautiful place. Really enjoyed my walk in the different gardens. Although it gets quite hot after 11am, there’s lots of tree shade which helps. Bring water and a cap. There are a few water coolers but they are difficult to find.

I wish there were buses that would drop you off nearer to the entrance coz it was more than a km walk to the bus station. Other than that, this place is worth going to if you want to meditate or have a picnic with friends, family especially children. Bathrooms are also nice and clean and the park is definitely less crowded than other parks.

It’s pretty awesome that these botanical gardens are free. Lots of different winding paths and different areas. I particularly liked the one that took you back in time and through thé evolution of plants, but they were all nice. If I lived here I can imagine this would be a good place to exercise (minus the humidity). It was so vast and the paths so winding that I found myself getting lost at times, well just reaching the road that borders the park when I intended to stay inside. Still it was worth seeing and definitely helps that it’s free which makes it an invaluable activity to do in Singapore.

A UNESCO site. A beautiful place with lots of open spaces and lots of different botany to look at. The main gate area is more interesting, which I have visited a few times. This year I tried via the Built Timah Gate and found some interesting botany too. Like all parks in Singapore, there is always wild chicken running around. There is a bamboo botany area with different types of bamboo. There is a lake called eco-lake which is small but has a pair of black swan that entertain visitors. There is also turtles and fish at the lake. We spotted lots of squirrels in this area and have a great time taking photos of them. There is birds in this area too, do look out for them. There is dragonflies and butterflies roaming around the flowers. Do visit the different gate of this gardens as they are different. So expect to spend a day just walking around the whole place and take time to enjoy the beauty of nature.

What do you call the largest garden of a city of gardens and one of the three World Heritage Site garden and the only tropical one? It's big and it's beautiful. It's huge with so many things and photo ops, you need at least 2-3 hours to explore it. Entry to garden is free but entry fees of $5 applies to Orchid garden, which is the must visit part. If you have some spare time, walk around the garden and relax along the lake and watch children playing and running non stop. Several gates, arches, artificial ponds and waterfall etc. We saw a huge monitor lizard crossing the way in a jiffy.

The Singapore Botanic Gardens was successfully inscribed as Singapore's first UNESCO World Heritage Site on 4 July 2015. WOW! What a beautiful site. Luckily, my sister was my local guide and we managed to cover lots of ground in the couple of hours. It’s easily accessible by MRT. Do go there early or late in the afternoon to avoid the hot tropical sun. There are restaurants and cafes around too so you can relax after walking around. My favorites are the National Orchid Garden and the Swings Garden!!! The garden is huge and I’ll definitely check it out for that places I missed next time round. 👍👍

If you like nature, this place is a must visit. It has an abundance of green spaces, and a ton of different types of landscapes. There are marshes, rolling green fields, forestry and even canals, and more. It's easy to get to from local train (MRT) stations. The closest two being Napier, and Botanic Garden stations, both of which are a fairly close. Less than ten minutes walk away. There are lots is buses too that stop nearby. They have clean restrooms, and the staff are helpful. There's also a really nice waterfall. And a lot of spaces that are great for picnic. There are sign posts spread frequently throughout the gardens, which makes getting around the (vast) place quite easy. Best of all... it's free! All in all, the Botanic Gardens is a fantastic place, easy to get to (thanks to the great transport links), and it gives you access to a ton of serene spaces and nature right in the heart of the city. Highly recommended 👍👍👍

Singapore Botanical Gardens is an absolute must visit. A huge beautiful area full of as much flora & fauna as you can imagine. Strolling through these well manicured gardens provide a calming environment amongst the hustle and bustle of a cosmopolitan city. There are huge green grassy areas perfect to play sports or have family time or even a picnic. Tons of trees of all species, many different kinds of flowers and there is also a large body of water which usually has ducks and other wildlife. Access is free and easy to get to my MRT ( Botanic Gardens station). There are a few cafes inside dotted around if you need a break.

A must visit place for any plant lover. If there's a place in Singapore where nature truly unfolds its grandeur, it is the Singapore Botanical Gardens. Please be ready to walk a lot! This garden boasts an impressive collection of lush tropical flora. The garden is very well maintained. The entry is free but, tickets are required for the orchid garden. The National Orchid garden has numerous varieties of orchid and one can view orchids in multiple colours. the trails lead to various beautiful views like the eco lake, the various plant types and mainly the orchid. The green house room trial was very beautiful. We were lucky to go on a cloudy day and was able to experience this with a beautiful weather. This garden is a UNESCO world heritage centre. This place is a must-visit for locals and tourists and, it truly is Singapore's green gem.

So well arranged and so well kept. All the vegetation provided "soothing" oxygen to help people endure the searing heat in Singapore. Spare a lot of time and wear a quality pair of comfortable walking footwear... Lots of ground to cover. This a beautiful park worth returning to.

Make sure you have some good walking shoes on because there is so much to see you’ll be walking for a while. It’s hard to believe you’re in a busy city as it’s a tranquil, peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. This place is gorgeous, it was particularly humid day and it was quite difficult for my partner to walk (permanently on crutches) so the very helpful staff lent us a wheelchair making the whole experience much easier. It was only mildly hilly so the pushing of a wheelchair / trolley wouldn’t be an issue. I would allow a good half a day to full day here and the best part? Free entry! It’s a must see on your Singapore visit.

The gardens need repeat visits. Each time there's something new to discover. Explore all the nooks, the special areas like the Healing Gardens, Swan lake, the Orchid garden. Take plenty of water. It can get hot. The Cluny Road exit has some cafes and a supermarket. Accessible by public transport, close to Orchard Road

These are excellent botanic gardens. There are also ample spaces to have a picnic or hang out with friends in the open grassy areas. There are numerous trails and plenty of wildlife to see including monkeys, lizards, and swans (at the swan lake). I went during phase 2, and people seemed to be social distancing. Of course you have to scan the SafeEntry QR code when you enter the gardens. The entrance is very conveniently located right outside the Botanic Gardens MRT, which is on the circle and downtown lines. I would recommend going on a cloudy day because Singapore is so hot and you will sweat walking around if it is not cloudy.

Gorgeous gardens at the edge of Singapore's shopping district - you can have a gambol around the Learning Forest for both adults and children or a great and scenic run/jog surrounded by lush greenery. Small concerts are also held here on occasion which are always a joy to attend - hopefully they will revive these concerts after the Covid-19 situation settles. Highly recommended for families for a weekend but remember to wear your mask and to practise social distancing! :)

Always a pleasant place to spend the day in Singapore. Brimming with animals (otters, monkeys, chickens, squirrels, turtles, swans, and other birds), flowers and butterflies, its hard not to enjoy a trip here. Some cafes and restaurants as well if you need to escape the heat or wait out a storm.

  • 5/5 Angie L. 3 years ago on Google
Not bad of a visit if you enjoy the sight of Orchids. Some portions were under construction when I visited hence that area was closed. Entrance fee was SGD 5 but I'm not sure due to what reason it is temporarily free till further notice.

Most beautiful garden in Singapore. Full with life, history, well organised, a great place for a decent long walk and exercise with pet dogs. One of the best-reserved places in Singapore. It's very well maintained and one can spend hours roaming around or just relaxing. The place is vast and probably will take you more than half a day to fully explore it.

The flowers blooming, full Greenery and birds, bees too. Our disappointment is toilets. The location are very far away right behind the beautiful garden. Hopefully those who was and wanted to ease themselves would definitely taken back, most of the cubicle were soiled and stanched. Please improve the quality of our life, stay Hygiene and Clean too. Especially during peak of Covid-19 Pendamic. We can be a proud Ambassador for our Clean and tidy toilet, always. Please keep up the good work.Airport toilets is so wonderfully clean, nevertheless the toilet at garden can do as good. "It's not going to be Easy but it worthy"

Was at the Jacob Ballas park. Used to be an amazing park to bring young children to, for the water play and sand pit areas. To our disappointment, water play area is closed for renovations. The sand play area stays open which is well kept and maintained. My 2 cents worth to folks who bring kids to this area, please do not feed your children in the sand play area. Food spills will attract ants and other bugs and you want to keep this area clean. Singapore does not need any more signboards to tell adults not to feed your children in the sand play area. There are plenty of other areas where you can feed your little ones. Its a play area and lets keep it as such. As with other wooded areas in Singapore, mosquitoes are present here too. So be prepared with a repellant.

A super nice place to spend an afternoon with friends and family. The orchids are lovely. The design of the Orchid garden is good in a sense that we did not need to walk the same path again, and could go all the way down and saw almost everything. We had a great time there. Highly recommend.

Great place to visit and have a walk around. Near orchard so you can have a meal there before heading over. Favourites are: swan lake, bonsai garden and sun garden. The frangipani garden is a very nice place to sit down and relax as well. Do check in advanced if there are performances happening at the stage in symphony lake. Cater a whole day if you intend to walk around the whole garden. If not a picnic at symphony lake is a great activity!

Botanic Gardens is one of the best gardens in Singapore! It's a wonderful place to be in nature and to explore and understand the world of plants. Botanic Gardens have many different gardens along the routes such as the Evolution Garden, Healing Garden, Fragrant Garden and more! Each garden showcase a different set of plants catered specifically to the theme. You will not only gain a better understanding about the plants in each garden but also enjoy the sights and smells of each one. Do remember to bring along your insect repellent and a water bottle. Recommended to visit at least twice because this is a huge place. Overall a very relaxing place to take a walk and be with nature!

The Botanic Gardens definitely has a special place in every true Singaporean as well as its historical place in the World. Unlike the Gardens by the Bay, a modernistic attempt, Botanic Gardens is a repository of our nation's journey and milestones as a Garden City. This is where the first rubber trees and award winning orchids thrived. For everyday Singaporeans, it is a place etched into our childhood, adult and senior years. Free entry was a factor. But the all natural flora and fauna (yes there are) is a balm for City-wearied visitors. Best time to visit is early mornings or late evenings. Try to visit the library too.

An award rightly deserved for being a UNESCO heritage park! It's always a joy to be there soaking in the nature - & the blend of nature with flora, fauna, animal & water seemed to just blend in cohesively. A great place for dog watching & just admiring their antics. Love the fact that there is a fair choice of restaurants & cafes to just sit & relax the weary feet & mind. Best of all some cafes are pet friendly & we can bring our furkid in...will be back soon!

There are many other orchids in the Sembcorp cool house.

A truly stunning place to find in such a bustling modern city! A vast and peaceful gardens with a variety of areas to explore and relax in. The gardens are also well served with a good selection of places to eat and refresh yourself with a cooling drink. Two tips, take plenty to drink and make sure you have a camera or a phone with a camera built in it as you'll want to take plenty of beautiful pictures.

Botanic gardens that is quite large and they are various garden in it, more interesting is the orchid garden the flowers all fresh and the colors are very beautiful that I have never seen, this place is suitable for exercise, jogging, brisk walk relaxing or picnic.

This is a huge place with many areas suitable for different crowd. You'll find families and couples having picnic, joggers and plenty of beautiful scenery for you to explore and take photos. We went to the Swan Lake and we were fortunate enough to see one swan floating gracefully on the water. There were many kinds of fishes in the lake as well, and also large terrapins. On the other side is the large grass patch in front of the amphitheatre where they held various kinds of performances. That is one of the best spots for picnic because of the vast open space for your kids and pets to run around. Admission is free, carpark fees applies.

Absolutely fantastic and we couldn't recommend it more highly if you love a garden and wildlife!!! Just the Singapore weather you need to negotiate! 😉 The gardens are huge. We visited for a few hours each on a couple of days! Free entry (but have to pay for the Orchid Gardens if you want to go there), public toilets and also a nice place to eat and lovely gift shop. Ideally situated on Hop on Hop off bus, yellow line too!

A must go for any fauna or botany-lover. Enjoyable experience starts from sightseeing, native chickens, plants, gardening, etc. Easy to spend 1-2 hours alone or a half-day with family; stop by the orchard garden (S$15) to take a look - you won't regret it! Wonderful place to take a hike!

During my recent visit to Singapore, I explored the serene beauty of the Singapore Botanic Garden. The garden showcased a rich variety of captivating plants and flowers. A standout feature was the expansive picnic area. Undoubtedly, it was the most eye-catching spot, providing the ideal setting to unwind and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. As I continued my walk, I stumbled upon small waterfalls gracing the garden's landscape. The coolness in the air near these waterfalls added an extra layer of tranquility. Tips: For those seeking an extra treat, the orchid garden is accessible for a small fee. Conveniently, a nearby metro station facilitates the access to the Singapore Botanic Garden.

At 203 acres the Singapore National Botanical Gardens are immense. The must-see National Orchid Gardens alone (which are within the botanical gardens) are 7.4 acres. I never saw a single mosquito while there in January, so dress lightly. You will be drenched in sweat from always wanting to see more. One full day will not cover even half of what there is to see. These have to be the most spectacular botanical gardens in the world.

  • 5/5 Zarina Madelaine B. 9 months ago on Google
A MUST visit in Singapore. I even recommend the Gardens more than the Zoo. The place is gorgeous. They hold a massive variety of plants, many which I hadn’t seen before and it is a quiet place too. The ticketed part of the gardens is even better. The cool garden where they hold worldwide species of orchids is absolutely stunning, and it provides a nice cool break from the intense heat. Spent more than three hours here (lunch included). Lovely place

Visiting Singapore Botanic Gardens was an enchanting experience that left me in awe of nature's beauty. As I wandered through the lush greenery and vibrant blooms, I felt a sense of tranquillity and connection with the natural world. The gardens' well-maintained landscapes and picturesque settings make it a perfect escape from the bustling city. Orchid lovers will be amazed by the National Orchid Garden's diverse collection. The swan-filled lakes and majestic heritage trees create a serene atmosphere. It's a haven for families, couples, and solo travellers alike. Singapore Botanic Gardens is an oasis of serenity that should not be missed.

Singapore Botanic Gardens is a must visit, a UNESCO World Heritage Site reputed for preserving outstanding universal value. We can visit the gardens every week for years and never grow tired. There is always something new to discover. Unpretentious. A diverse collection of botany collections.

Had a great stroll through the gardens. So many unique plants, trees and flowers. You can tell the place is maintained with a sense of pride as everything feels presented cleanly and pridefully. I especially enjoyed the rainforest walk where i kept hearing bird calls and ground creatures rustling in the leaves. I will be back! I went on a scorching day, thankfully there plenty of shade but make sure you bring enough water to drink especially if you are not used to the climate.

Unforgettable Visit. One of best memory in Singapore. We entered at around 8.00 am from Tangling gate. So many localities were there for morning walk, exercise, family trips, etc. Due to limited time availability, we could cover only 1/4 portion of the garden. Near Orchid park, small food outlet is present if one gets hungry while walking.

  • 5/5 Helder Rodrigues de A. 7 months ago on Google
Really liked walking through the botanical gardens and the best bit about it all is that 90% of the gardens are free, the only bit which you need to pay for is the orchid garden, but I found there was so much to see in the botanical that there wasn’t an urgent need to go to the orchid gardens. Will definitely be back to see orchid gardens another time, but really nice overall. The food places within are a bit of a tourist trap and preferred to eat/drink off premise as there are food halls located at each end of the park near the MRT stations.

Catching up with an old friend. What is the best of both worlds when we can chat while exercise at such a beautiful garden which is our pride - UNESCO World Heritage Site! This garden is easily accessible by buses, trains and taxi. There are plenty of carparks. They have a special garden for little children. Entry for adults is only allowed if you bring little children and it’s free. Did I mention about the beautiful orchid garden. Some special occasions, the entry is free for Singaporeans. They are a few cafes and restaurants available. Usually in the mornings, you will see many people exercise in groups or some will bring their dogs for morning walks. They have also some groups of residence chicken roaming around. Oh also monitor lizards and snakes.

Very nice walking experience on a cloudy and cooler Saturday. Been more than 20 years since my last visit here. However the signage needs some improvement, as my friends and I were walking round and round following the road signs. In the end, we had to ask around for the way to get to the place we wanted to visit.

Did a maternity photo shoot here recently and the backdrop of the gardens greatly contributed to the look and feel of the images. There were various locations within the gardens that served as beautiful photo spots. Some of my personal favourites are the Bandstand, the orchid garden behind the Bandstand, and the Swan Lake. Will definitely be back soon for more shoots :)

It's a lovely park with a lot of interesting flora. Also, you may encounter animals like various lizards, birds, and squirrels.
