Skynet service sucks big time!! You should improve your service (answer the phone, speedy delivery service) but none is practiced. I suggest you hire someone who is responsible enough to manage Kuala Terengganu branch. The things I ordered reached KT branch on the March 30th, but up until today (4/4/2017), no delivery made. Very very upsetting!! Worst courier service ever!!!

The worst courier service ever! lazy, rude, irresponsible, & the list goes on. they're too lazy to update your item tracking status, never pick up any call. We pay for the goods to be sent to our home, but instead they'll ask you to pick the item at their office. Please improve your service. They don't deserve any star.

parcel suppose to be delivered on 28/4/2018 but fail. unfortunately, they never make attempt to deliver my parcel. almost a month and still didnot receive the parcel. such a very bad service. guys, please choose other courier if you dont want your item to delay like me.

2 parcels sent out from KL went missing in 2 months handled by Skynet Terengganu branch. The company needs to look into the staff issues. The service deteriorating, called many times to branch n no one seems to pick up the phone.
