Hotel is in nice location.. But, hospitality is not their strong suite.. staff is always giving cold vibes.. as if they wish we hadn't booked this hotel.. they took 30mins to get room ready even when we checked in a bit late in the day.. basic amenities like tea, coffee werent available in room.. they did provide when asked, but it shudnt have been required.. breakfast takes approx an hour as there is only 1 cook.. though the cook Mr Inder Soni is a nice person.. reception staff created hue and cry when we asked for matches/lighter for b'day candles.. saying they dont have or provide matches in rooms.. i went downstairs to request again and it was right besides him which i took.. seems untrained staff has been hired..

Extremely good hotel quality but equally pathetic staff. Stayed here for two nights with family. By far, this hotel has the most rude workforce in the 100s of hotels I have been to, I think 80% of them has to be fired to make sure that the guests have good experience. Factors: 1. Checking in We went to see the room before checking in. After seeing the room and approving, my father was staying in the room and I was going down with the manager to do the check in process. This rude fellow took out the keycard, the gate closed and my father was there in the dark. He said that he will give the card only after I sign. This was frustrating as I was already going down with him to do the process, however instead of informing, he was rude and loud and locked my father in that room. I fought with him and then put the keycard in the room and then went to checkin. 2. Sleeping We were two guests and we asked for two extra pillows in the room as the room had only two. At first they said that the room has pillows, when pressured, they said that they can give only one pillow, when the boy gave one pillow, we requested 2-3 times again to get the 2nd pillow. I mean, this is the first hotel I have been to where I have been refused for something as basic as a pillow. 3. Cleaning We called for over 6-7 times and requested to send housekeeping for cleaning the room, but, everytime they would say, that the team is in your floor only and is cleaning other rooms, we will come to your room soon. Morning 10AM to evening around 6 or 7PM, they didn't. Finally after some rough talking the work was completed. 4. Extreme rudeness to guests My aunt had come to visit us with an event guy to have a meeting in the room. The manager/receptionist came and started scolding and behaving rough with a very loud voice saying "You come down right now, I dont know, first checkin and then go". This was extreme. Finally we had to scream back at him saying that visiting guests dont need to checkin. This has been my worst hotel stay experience. I hope the owners take the review seriously and teach their staff the basics of hospitality, afterall, the industry is all about hospitality. Hotel Rating - 5 Star Staff and Experience - 0 Star Since zero is not available, I have given 1 Star rating.

One word review- DISAPPOINTING Parking - 1/2 star ( worst experience, had to park on road side footpath) Rooms - 3 star Food - 2.5 star Room amenities- 2 star ***go for other hotel, In this price range of per room, you will get far far far better hotels in Jaipur*** Will start from parking, WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE their parking area is this small that only 3 cars can be parked as their parking was full with 3 cars so they had my car parked on road side footpath. Room- we booked 2 rooms of same category and one was with one chair and table and other did not. Bathroom was good for one room and another one was not good. Bathroom had shampoo but shower gel dispenser was empty. Handwash dispenser was not working. There were no fridge in the room. I ordered food, and requested some changes but they sent without considering the change. Like i ask do not include green coriander in my food but they did not considered. In this price range of 2000+ per room, you will get far far far better hotels in Jaipur

Rooms do not have basic amenities. Service is highly poor, we waited for lunch for 1 hour and it was not served and we had to cancel the order. TV was not working, rooms didn't have the required 2 water bottles for double occupancy, fridge was not working. In short nothing good with this property. Will highly recommend to consider other options if you want to book any place in this price

We had a very bad experience with the services & hotel staff commitments during our stay, The staff proposed us the package breakfast at the time of booking for Rs 250 per person, However we have been charged as 'Al a carte' without even showing us the menu & with defined options available for breakfast package. If we were to be charged as 'Al a carte' then Ideally they should have showed us the menu & asked us to order the items of our choice. When went to the reception they refused to keep the promise & moved on a heated argument. The staff wasn't behaving well it was like they are on some cloud 9.

I won't hesitate to give 5 stars to the hotel.. A very nice hotel at a perfect location as various tourist spots such as Hawa Mahal, pink city, Amber fort, Jal Mahal are in its vicinity. The cafe "Riders Cafe the PitStop" in coalition with lodge is amazing. Don't miss out on Omlet Bread for breakfast. The staff there is punctual and they do their job flawlessly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ratangarh Palace, located in the charming town of Ratangarh, Rajasthan. My experience at this hotel was truly exceptional, and I can't help but share my thoughts on this hidden gem. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality. The staff was not only courteous but also went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The check-in process was swift, and I was escorted to my room, which was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness immediately caught my eye. One of the highlights of this hotel is its stunning architecture and historical charm. The Ratangarh Palace is a beautifully restored heritage property, and every corner of the hotel exudes a sense of history and elegance. The courtyards, frescoes, and intricate designs on the walls make you feel like you've stepped back in time while still enjoying modern amenities. The hotel's dining experience was a delight. I savored local Rajasthani cuisine at the on-site restaurant, and the flavors were nothing short of incredible. The staff was more than willing to cater to my dietary preferences and provided excellent recommendations. Dining in the open courtyard under the starlit sky added to the enchanting ambiance. Moreover, the hotel offers a range of activities and excursions. I took a guided tour of the surrounding area and learned about the rich history of Ratangarh, which was a unique and enriching experience. The hotel's swimming pool and spa facilities were also well-maintained, offering a perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploration. What truly sets Hotel Ratangarh Palace apart is the staff's commitment to guest satisfaction. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries, and their warm smiles and personal attention made me feel like an honored guest. In conclusion, my stay at Hotel Ratangarh Palace was an unforgettable experience. The hotel seamlessly combines heritage, luxury, and warmth. If you're looking for a unique and charming retreat in Rajasthan, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Ratangarh Palace. It's a place where history and hospitality come together to create an extraordinary stay.
