Excellent place. I had been here for the restaurant. Loved the food. Specially the days special menu. They served the best Seek kebab. Sea food came out to be surprise to me. Great place to hangout. It's in mid of paddy fields. Their rooms are symbol of luxury. Other luxury cottages are under construction and they would be highlight for this property. Kudos to management

Hotel ambiance is good but property is not completely ready. We stayed at the Cottage but found multiple things missing or not properly planned. Room not properly lit, AC water outlet drained and kept the bathroom floor completely wet, no shelf or provision to keep towels or cloths in bathroom, tiny mirror provided at very odd place… Hotel restaurant has a toy train delivering food which is nice concept. Less food options and taste not that great.

I visited the train themed restaurant where a small toy train delivers the food to your table. Talking about food- taste was good, a little costly but the ambience and taste is worth it. I ordered Harabhara kebab, Vegetable biriyani and a glass of sweet and salt lime soda. The staff were courteous. Ample of parking space available. The property seems to be very beautifully built. Situated on the outskirts of Gangavati.

1-No privacy due to large window without one-way mirror glass. 2-During my stay i asked staffs many time for some North India channel on TV. Although they said yes but never provided any. And during our check out i asked why, they replied their target customer are basically from south that why they dont have any north india channels. 3-Staff are kind of rude one have to ask multiple times for any things. 4-Breakfast was not in time but it was good 5-Train theme is fun to watch but they might have spent more with food. 6-They gave us upgraded room without notice and charged extra for it. 7-They must give some value for North India customer's. 8-Bathroom is more stylish then room😂😂

Cottage rooms are pathetic and work in progress .. no exhaust fan in washrooms hence rooms are always stinking like public toilets… not well maintained at all … they need to improve a lot.. Train themed restaurant, decor of which is really good , but train system does not work.. service is super slow.. takes one hour for a order of even curd rice… however the only good part is food is tasty but it’s not worth killing the appetite for one hour… After we asked to cancel the order , food came immediately.

VERY ARROGANT STAFF and TRUELY NOT RECOMMENDED. Don't go on false reviews. 1. Standard room check in service is 12PM to 12PM (We booked online)before we go there we requested to MADAM for early check in and they agreed upon and we visited early morning 7:30 they asked us to wait till 12 PM and very arrogant way they treat and greet people as if we came there to stay for FREE. After hot discussion they gave rooms but it spoiled my plans for that day. 2. They gave me random Delux room in which AC and freeze was not working and they took whole day(Night 10pm they came to fix)to correct that in spite of many requests, pathetic service.Stayed whole day without AC they didn't bothered about the service. 3. Power failures are very frequent, it failed every 10 minutes in the evening which i experienced(Your running resort RICHLY?). 4. FOOD IS GOOD(Break fast/Dinner) but again STAFF will behind you till you won't pay even for single water bottle, they cant manage small small things in final bill? of course they are charging NICELY. 5. Rooms are clean and neatly maintained. PROMPT feedback.

Great food! The butter chicken was awesome. The property is new and therefore the amenities are spanking new too. The staff is really courteous and helpful. Rooms are well appointed. Had a pleasant stay overall - complete with a dip in the pool!

Hotel loots good only from the outside.once we look at the bathrooms then we would know the reality.balcony and doors were full of bird poops and the washroom smells so bad felt like throwing up

Nice hotel an hour away from Hampi, you can stop here while coming from Hyderabad and take a break and go to see Hampi refreshed. They have a very good restraunt with good food options.

The place is located approximately 30mts to Hampi. The resort is well equipped for entertainment,like swimming pool and media games for children. It’s got a good bar.They need to give better service and the rooms need to be kept clean.

Its one of my worst experience lunch. They don't how to respond to customer and first of all they don't region language evening English also..only person knows English and he busy outside..they don't have proper menu and very disturbed ambience...staff are inexperienced they don't know what to do actually..they simply running here and there.. I haily recommend don't waste your time here for lunch or dinner. Food also not great and you don't get much options in veg and only few options in veg.

stayed in cottage which is in the backside of the actual hotel. The service was not good. The price of 2500 per night was on the higher side. Good thing was there is swimming pool and the attached restaurant was good with a train theme and food comes in tracks set in the tables.

An excellent and awesome stay in ROYAL RICH COUNTY. A place worth to stay. Among the senior staff on front desk Mr Madhur and Ms Vijaya Lakshmi have a wonderful & cheerful disposition. They are very cooperative and their understanding is commend able. Ms Subbi in House keeping department is one of the best in her work. Her work is highly appreciated and one can make out from the cleaning and layout of your room once you are back to room.after days work. She has initiative and high skills and will do extremely well in future. God bless her high positions in days ahead. The hotel premises are worth visiting be it rooms, restaurant, bar, mini swimming pool, lawns , banquet halls etc. Long LIVE ROYAL RICH COUNTY, GANGAVATHI

Building is good. It is far away from Hampi but in Google it is showing near to Hampi. Hotel doesn't keeps it's word honored. Before booking to, always get in writing otherwise you will be in trouble. Will share my bitter experience where they charged higher tariffs against agreed. All bills are E&OE. Errors and omissions excepted. But they keeps their mouth shuts only for Rs 800 charged extra by mistake. I have WhatsApp chat with their desk officer. Would try to contact the owner of hotel and request. Will see what happens.

Worst service . There is no commitment or assurance to proper service here. We booked stay here for a family trip nearby, also total amount got debited from our account but upon reaching the place they made us to wait for more than half & hour and said rooms are blocked by other marriage group. We felt embarrassed waited their with family & luggage asking for room. So please don't think of staying or planning a vacation with family from this place. Worst people with no commitment & genuinity of service.

Stayed here for a day, Great Property.. Madhur is the man for whom I’m writing this review … he’s manager, you will find him in reception handling all the operations… He understands the guests and their needs and acts accordingly… Though no one is perfect ; there were some flaws and delays in service ; but that can be ignored … Rest all a great experience… Thanks Madhur for your services 👍🏻 One star less in the review because of Pritam (house keeping department ) The most arrogant one in the whole team 👎

Located a little away from Hampi (35 km) near a Toll Plaza, it looks beautiful. Rooms are good but room services unsatisfactory. One has to ask many times to get basic items like towels, soaps, water bottles etc. Restaurant is good but prices are high. Overall, a nice stay.

Nice property with excellent staff. They serve you with a smile which makes your day fresh after a hectic day schedule. Kudos to the management for such a great team. Keep up the good work. Will definitely visit again.

Great experience. Beautiful location. Calm and peaceful. Resort is located in a vast premise. Very neat and clean. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are beautiful, well maintained, clean and comfortable, with all required amenities, like TV, mini refrigerator, sofa, balcony. Clean and modern bathrooms. It's very much kid-friendly because of the vast peaceful area. My little daughter enjoyed a lot, playing around. Swimming pool and parking facilities are there. Overall, highly recommended for people travelling to Hampi and surroundings, even for long stays.

The property is new and they're growing. The staff is very much courteous and they're putting efforts to serve clients in best ways they can. Best part is The Train Based theme restaurant which has toy train utilized to serve your order. The bar is also good in terms of service and food plus the ambience. Things can be improved Cottage Room service Amenities within the rooms like Luggage shelf, electricity lights etc. and time taken room service delivery. Rest great place for family and friends. I am sure they'll improve as staff accepts your feedback positivitly. Things they can improve on

The staff were very attentive, accommodating and delightful. Everyone was very nice. The room was perfect, everything was as advertised. The only downside was I was not able to pay for my stay with my international VISA card, and we had to find another solution. Everything worked out in the end and I had a great stay, would recommend (and recommend checking if you card works on their machines).

Excellent brand new business class hotel offering premium service comprising classy spacious rooms, a novel train themed restaurant and competent staff led by Madhur. Cons include its location from Hampi (quite far at almost an hour's drive), expensive restaurant menu thats hard to justify, lack of resort amenities like spa, liquor serving bar, activity area, etc.

All hotels have a smattering of sameness to them..luxurious rooms..aesthetic lobbies .good food etc. What really is a game changer is when you have managers like madhur who go out of the way to meet unpredictable needs of guests..at that point the value of the hotel and its services goes multi folds up!!! My daughter had a sudden need for a classical dance briefing right in the middle of a holiday...and madhur made it happen by providing a quiet corner of the hotel...he was quiet pleasant..cheerful..helpful abd courteous..in fact a quintessential hospitality manager..a rare breed these days. On the feedback side..the train restaurant has very limited choice...and is overpriced..almost like they are charging a fortune just to cover that capex..essentially the train is only a side accroument..the main piece has to be the menu itself ..also with good service being outsourced to the mechanical train on wheels..the waiters could tend to become lethargic..😂 so maybe some more training to make them add value to guests ..the rooms are good and all staff are courteous. I would suggest a daily shuttle ride to hampy at an extra cost...as that could be the bulk of your target market. Overall lovely place ..the bf buffet does have some limitations...not the least is to provide disposable paper cups for cornflakes..🙃..also the other restaurants ..pool..gym etc have to open soon so guests find enough of an ambience within to not look for options outside ..

Good rooms, friendly staff and food was also very tasty. Little far from hampi but stay is very comfortable. The rooms in cottage are okayish but hotel standard & deluxe rooms are quite good. Some parts of the resort is still under construction .

No swimming pool. When enquired at the reception, the in-charge person ensured that the pool will be ready in one day. When checked, the pool was under construction. Fake assurance and fake facility description No indoor game facilities Average food Nothing to do inside the property Late service. Had to wait for 2 hours for a cup of tea for room service Had to request for complementary goodies (whatever was mentioned in the package not given in the beginning) Overall, avoid.
