1.
Standard
room
check
in
service
is
12PM
to
12PM
(We
booked
online)before
we
go
there
we
requested
to
MADAM
for
early
check
in
and
they
agreed
upon
and
we
visited
early
morning
7:30
they
asked
us
to
wait
till
12
PM
and
very
arrogant
way
they
treat
and
greet
people
as
if
we
came
there
to
stay
for
FREE.
After
hot
discussion
they
gave
rooms
but
it
spoiled
my
plans
for
that
day.
2.
They
gave
me
random
Delux
room
in
which
AC
and
freeze
was
not
working
and
they
took
whole
day(Night
10pm
they
came
to
fix)to
correct
that
in
spite
of
many
requests,
pathetic
service.Stayed
whole
day
without
AC
they
didn't
bothered
about
the
service.
3.
Power
failures
are
very
frequent,
it
failed
every
10
minutes
in
the
evening
which
i
experienced(Your
running
resort
RICHLY?).
4.
FOOD
IS
GOOD(Break
fast/Dinner)
but
again
STAFF
will
behind
you
till
you
won't
pay
even
for
single
water
bottle,
they
cant
manage
small
small
things
in
final
bill?
of
course
they
are
charging
NICELY.
5.
Rooms
are
clean
and
neatly
maintained.
