Tasty Food Good Service Less Quantity but Tasty Is Excellent Disciplined Hotel

Quantity was too less as compared to price, taste was poor . But the service is good . Overall experience is not good . We ordered 3 starter 1main course and 3 butter naan and soft drinks (Not enough for 3 people) . Their serving glasses are small in size not even fill entire 300ml cold drink in one glass. The remaining cold drink they will throw in the wastage bucket. This overall my personal experience.. U can go n get your own experience.

Service was pathetic . The server was unpolite and spoke rudely. Complaint about the same to the owner but no action was taken . Wont recommend their hospitality .

Simply awesome place near Belgavi Railway Station. Very clean and well maintained hotel. The food was fresh and tasty while we ordered Tea, late lunch and a sandwich and sheera post 4pm. The staff is helpful and the Manager Imran Khan is FANTASTIC

Food was not tasty at all. Compared to the price quantity was too less. Serving was not proper. Even after ordering prior we didn't get additional roti even after repeated asking also. Finally we had to cancel extra orders. There were not many customers also still they delayed service. V were suggested one vegetable platter. It was supposed to be served to 6 plates by cutting each veg menu into half(platter had such big cubes of paneer n big pieces of broccoli which was not at all edible). But it was served unevenly leaving one plate half served. Tastewise, it was not justifying the name of the dish.We all forcefully ate a bit n left all food. Sad. Overall it was a disappointment. I hope it happened only that day would not repeat.

Hotel was on the way so stopped n tried it's food. And as per it's star rating we got the best food in area. The area which was new for us.

The food in average in taste. The dessert served called “umali “ is very disappointing for a price of 110 rs… the biryani has too much masala… it is not light in taste… flavour balance is missing…

1. Overall the taste was good but quantity was very less compared to price. Not worth it. 2. Price of Roti is 31 Rs. But size is very small. Not even of palm size✋️ 3. When we asked manager, He arrogantly replied and compared their food and service with Marriott. 4. Overall the experience was not worth for the money Spent.

Very good ambience. Nice food. Courteous staff. I am a regular visitor to this restaurant, with family and friends, and suggest to my friends too. So far, the quality and taste is being maintained. Hope they don't reduce the standard like most such restaurants do, over a period of time. Only drawback is, the less number of staff resulting in delay in service when the customers are more. e. g., there is only one 'Captain' to collect orders for both floors!
