I recently had the pleasure of staying here where the hospitality was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine kindness from the staff. Overall, my experience at this hotel was outstanding. The attention to detail and level of hospitality exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Cleanliness is the biggest issue. The toilet seats weren't clean. The linens were dirty. The TV won't turn off neither would the volume change.

Property is still under construction. Bathroom very compact not suitable for old people. No hot water in shower. Breakfast buffet was denied as not adequate guests were booked. They had charged 800 per head for 3 people for breakfast though. We thought they will compensate but they didn't care. Specially wanted to share about a gentleman named Suhas. He manages the gym . He forced us to remove our shoes before entering. He was also doing weight with no shoes on. So, we preferred not to go. Other staffs were well mannered.

Asad Khan & Mustakim & the entire team at presidency Belgaum were very good during the birthday event. The food was fabulous & the staff courtesy was beyond awesome….

Very good stay. Rooms are clean and specious. Occupied for 3 people. Food was good. Loaction is next to highway. Convenient for traveller. Recommended for family.

We had our children’s religious program on 09.07.2023 . It was wonderful experience with the hotel. The arrangements done were up to the mark. Banquet hall is very big & accommodative.The food provided was very tasty. The staff was very friendly & supportive. I would like to thank Asad Khan, Heena Haji & Jaydeb for their overall support & making the program a magnificent one. The hotel is worth recommendable.

Stayed here while coming back from Kancheepuram but experience was not so good as there were ants in the room & on bed linen…also there were long hairs lying on floor & pubic hairs on bed linen…but then staff changed the room and also housekeeping staff cleaned it within minutes…but got the lesson good & big looking rooms in pictures always not that good. Specially when your tired of journey. Food was passable. Ps- Reception staff was only looking to sell rooms without checking cleanliness of the room..management does not care about the overall experience.

Located at city center, very easily accessible.. big rooms and cleanly maintained.. front desk staff very polite and helping.. lawn & banquet spacious for marriage functions.. board room is nicely maintained for conferences.. good food at restaurant. Nice pool view.

Service is not good at lodge. While check in no will come with us to room. No one will check what is in room and what is not in room and basic things. Today I'm very upset with hotel staff. Coz no one will come to check room while check in. While check out time came checked room and came with us small tavel missing at room and they have checked our bags and asked us to come counter from car. This very big shameful. If we spend around 4k rupees for four hours sleep. How should I take the same and why they haven't checked before check in??? And we have to beg for basic things at room shaving kit. Dental kit. Slippers and comb and water

Very good response from hotel management hands down currently the cleanest hotel I have been to! A bit pricey so I was expecting the rooms to be in perfect condition, which I was impressed with, not a stain or dirt in sight! And a big thanks for ur staff members and two important persons om & raju this guys really good listeners thank you so much guys

Located on the national highway near to tallest flagpost of country, this hotel is one of the best place I stopped by while traveling to Bangalore by car. Rooms are very good and they have good service. The thing I most enjoyed during my one day stop is food. The food is really good. Also swimming pool side restaurant gives nice ambience during night time for dinner.

We had a wonderful experience with the hotel . All the staff personnel from the desk to including room services, were all helpful and warm . Food is excellent. I will recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in belgaum. Hope to visit again in the future.
