Easily the most aesthetic hotel in Belgaum. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cute-looking work desk. The decor was stylish and modern, and everything felt clean and un touched. I would rate it 10/10. Overall, I would say that this hotel easily falls under the 3-star category. However, there were a few things that I felt could be improved upon. For one, it seemed like the owner was more accustomed to running lodges. There was a bit of a disconnect between the overall aesthetic of the place and the staff who ran this. While everyone was perfectly polite, sweet and helpful, there was a sense that the staff culture was more like that of a lodge than a hotel. It felt a bit like they were just doing their job, rather than going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish place to stay in Belgaum. With a few tweaks to the staff culture, it could easily be one of the best hotels in the area. Hope this will be taken positively

I stayed at another Pai Resort and had amazing experience there but this time they were sold out and staff there suggested me this Landmark by Pai, Met Mr Vinay Pai the owner of the hotel he was down to earth and was there for his guests, the rooms were clean and aesthetically beautiful, the staff were amazing always ready to help, the breakfast was yummy. Value for money and definitely will visit again

Landmark definitely lives up to it's name...a shiny star among the many establishments in Belgaum... A blend of rustic and modern technology... Well designed boutique rooms... Luxurious and welcoming... The food is delicious and the menu is both visual treat and a celebration on the taste buds... The staff is friendly and you will always be greeted with a smile... Parking can be a little tough... But other than that it's a 5 star on all counts...

The ambiance was warm and inviting, while the attentive staff made our dining experience comfortable. The starters and soup provided a bit of a spicy kick that might not suit everyone's taste, but the main course was an absolute winner, boasting well-balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients.

I have tried this hotel as a restaurant but it fails very badly. The rates are too much high and even the taste is not at all good. They provide the water bottles without asking and while doing bill the cost of water is more than its MRP. This really very bad going against the MRP. I think they should learn English terms and government rules.

Worst experience I had today. Thinking that it's Pai's, we went for lunch. First we ordered Sprite, it was served after a long wait. When asked why so much delay, we were told it was out of stock,had to be bought. It was served with two cubes of ice which I hate very much (without asking us). When asked why, we were told it was brought warm so added ice. We had ordered two chicken starters and main course food. The first starter was bakwas and the second starter was even worst. We cancelled our further order, paid for what we had and walked out. Had food in some other restaurant. Such a worst experience I have never had so far in Belgaum. Your response I think you deleted your previous reply(which I didn't like at all) and posted this "We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not up to your expectations. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and we take all of our reviews seriously. We will use this information to improve our menu and services. We hope that you will give us another chance in the future to make it right. Now my reply to your response " Mr.Pai, inspite of the fact that the hotel right opposite to your is our own blood relatives, we visited your hotel. But I regret very much to tell you that we are terribly disappointed and wow not to visit your "Landmark " in anytime in future because first experience is the best experience."

Had been here for dinner, nice decent food taste, though the menu is a bit difficult to handle and navigate through pages, but taste wise it is recommendable. Had ordered the following: Three coconut milk soup (didn't get the exact name 🤣) Mushroom caps Lasoni Palak Masala Kulcha Note: the stuffing is same for mushroom caps, masala Kulcha and momos, which was a down point. Food: 4/5 Taste:4/5 Ambience: 5/5

Food was excellent as pai is known for the hospitality and the goodwill they earned throughout the city and Mr Akash was very polite while booking the room

Had a visit for a day the food was excellent and room were the best loved the service and sandeep served us best

Lol owner is saying I didn't visit the place as if they are tracking with Aadhar authentication. I wrote clearly i went for breakfast NOT stay. If you want to live in your cocoon, feel free to by closing eyes to feedback🤣
