I
recently
stayed
at
the
Urban
Hive
Hotel
and
overall
had
a
positive
experience.
The
cleanliness
was
excellent,
and
the
staff
were
very
polite
and
welcoming,
which
was
a
great
start
to
our
stay.
However,
there
were
a
couple
of
issues
that
disappointed
me.
When
I
initially
booked
the
hotel
15
days
in
advance,
it
was
advertised
as
having
a
free
cancellation
policy
up
until
the
day
of
check-in.
I
booked
a
family
room
with
a
queen-size
bed
and
a
single
bed,
which
seemed
suitable
for
our
group
of
three
adults
and
two
kids.
I
even
called
the
hotel
to
confirm
that
if
we
needed
an
extra
bed,
we
could
arrange
it
upon
arrival,
and
they
agreed.
However,
to
my
dismay,
just
a
day
after
booking,
the
reservation
was
changed
to
a
non-refundable
one.
This
change
was
unexpected
and
frustrating.
Despite
these
setbacks,
we
managed
to
enjoy
our
stay,
thanks
to
the
friendly
staff
and
the
comfortable
room.
However,
these
unexpected
changes
in
the
booking
policy
and
the
lack
of
prior
information
about
the
road
closures
did
affect
our
overall
experience
negatively.
