Visited 2nd time here. But it was a very bad experience. Ordered Masala Papad, Gobi 65, wheat Roti & Mix Veg Gravy along with Dal Fry. Gobi 65 was very Good in Taste but at the end we saw a horrible thing in the plate cant say it here. Then first time in my life time i saw lot of bhendi in Mix Veg. It was tasting horrible. Please don't include bhendi in Mix Veg. Dal Fry was average. Thank you.

Located conveniently, prices are slightly expensive. Food is decent when compared to other options in the city. Desserts are limited. Staff is quite polite and helpful.

Good environment with good taste of food. And the waiters are really good I have seen many times each of them serving with big smile on the face. After all these years I really appreciate the way they serve. This is not my first time to the restro. I have only 1 query regarding the quantity of the food is less. Please management take care of this. Next time when I visit hopefully you people worked on this suggestion.

Food is good here. One of the best hotels in belgaum. Fish masala is good here. We tried veg tulip something new and liked it

I have dined in here like many times and I was never disappointed. It's worth for the cost we pay. Their kebabs like Delhi wala murgha, reshmi kebab and one more red kabab is just too tasty with the chutney they give. Chicken gongba and other Chinese starters are also good. Rice is average but gravy and naan is too good. It is a bit crowdy if you go during later hours. Also nice ambiance and a great staff and their service. Overall a good experience and perfact for family dine in.

They made us WAIT FOR AN ENTIRE HOUR just to serve our food (that too only 3 dishes were ordered) !!! Visited this place for lunch after a high recommendation from our relative and we were beyond disappointed! It was just me & my mother. We sat down and placed our order (just 3 Items) at 2:05-10. We witnessed the tables around us get their food delivered even though they came 15-20 mins after we placed our order. Then another group of ladies sat next to us and the waiter who had a straight face, went there all gleefully chatting. Later I had to raise my hand, call our waiter, instruct another waiter to ask our waiter why the food was taking so long, etc. Even the ladies that sat beside us after 30 mins from our arrival received their food but ours didn't arrive. Finally at 3:00, after 55 mins of me being angry and raising my voice they brought in our order! If it was just delayed by 5 mins I would've got up & walked out Service was terrible! Only one of the waiter was nice, the other 2 I interacted with weren't! They need to hire people who know to interact and treat customers nicely. He didn't even want to show his face and instead sent someone else afterwards. No one even apologised for making us wait an HOUR! The management can look up the cameras to see how their service was provided as we literally sat directly below a camera in the corner seat! Food was good. The Garlic rice & Paneer dish were delicious. The hakka noodles felt like it was made in a hurry, was ok. Atmosphere & ambience isn't that great. We sat on the 2nd floor and it was ok-ok. Overall the service left a very bad impression

A place that has Been reputed since a long time. Visited with family, had a good time. The staff was very cordial and well versed with the menu. The host was very well mannered, helped us with bespoke dishes according to our likings. The food in itself was very well prepared and was well worth the wait. No complaints regarding the food, well cooked and not very spicy. The ambiance was also enjoyable, open air terrace seating. Although it's situated on a street filled with many newer restaurants, i suggest that you visit this hotel atleast once.

This place is located 500 mtr away from Indian oil petrol pump . I had asked for Paneer Ghee roast but was served with Paneer butter garlic fry ( which i was disappointed with ) but the taste was good Also then ordered Cheese stuffed garlic naan which was good in taste Since i was the only person for dine in ( they offered me the upper deck to sit where usually young people are not there Ambience was good

Good ambience. A bit crowded after 8 pm. Have to improvise on naan and friedrice. Naan was a bit thick and fried rice was too oily.

One the best places in town to grab a beer & then a have leisurely dinner , the food's decent , generous quantity , reasonably pricing , the staff is very courteous , check it out if you're out with the family looking for the right place :)

Friendly staff and decent place. Looks like it's been serving people from many years. We had our lunch while traveling to goa. Doesn't seem like a odd bar & restaurant, They have a cozy family space in 1st floor. We tried both veg and non veg dishes,among them mustard chicken and paneer kabab starters are scrumptuous & tasty.

Great place, though a bit crowded. The food tastes very good. They can improve on the eye contact with the customers a little more. Many a time one needs to wave their hands vigorously to draw attention of the captain's, as the captains do not glance around. Service once one is successful in placing, is fast then on.

Overall a best place to visit for dinner. Sea food here is best and the service is also too good. The staff was very friendly and suggested us the best options to try. Starters are too tasty, specially the tandoori items. We tried mainly the seafood didn't expect that it will turn out to so tasty and yummy.

Very good vibe for dinner and drinking in pleasure. Customer service was very good and attentive. The Nonveg starter dishes are very good and one of the best dishes is Lamb slice chillie very tasty. Only con i found was there's cushioning chair on wall side and fiber chairs for the opposite dining please make them comfortable as well.

Good restaurant. Try with starters and rice items. The taste is mind-blowing. They have a bar on top which does not disturb the family area. It's clean and good maintained.

The food is good. However, you need to take care of hospitality being in this industry. The people who serve are only trying to shoo the customers away so that they can wind up soon. It is better not to take customers if you are going to hurry and speak ill for them. We have been going to this place since childhood and seeing this place get deteriorated like this, makes us feel bad. Need to buck up.

Small and compact place but have a good ambience. Speciality of this place is it's family friendly as well as friend friendly 😜. You can access to vast variety of vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian food. Also, you have the options of opting for cocktail, mocktail, wine, beer, scotch, whisky and rum. Food is good and so as the support staff. Quick service and benign behaviour. Would recommend every age of person to have a visit and unlock to the enjoyment in Belgaum.

Reasonable and decent place to dine ! The food is tasty and not as expensive as some of the newer restaurants opened in Belgaum - parking is a nuisance, there is absolutely no valet parking or parking space for cars - opposite side they charge 40₹ for 3 hours - which is also hard to find day time! There exists no lift for elderly people and this is on the first floor !

Good quality food available veg and non veg since 15 years myself family members and office staff are offenly visiting the restaurant

I have always been a loyal customer of Sun and sand and love their non veg food . But recently placed order for Mutton Biryani and Tulip starter, I must say these two dishes were worst , the biryani has literally no taste , I would never recommend biryani from this place . My order ID from their deliver partner OD-07-15-QJD4-JYRYP5D3P I would like a refund of Rs 599 as I’m completely dissatisfied. If my review comes at your management attention please issue refund .
