The restaurant is located near the Banglore Mumbai highway and is one of the better options available in the vicinity. The quality of food and service is quite good. The staff is polite and courteous. Slightly on the pricy side but worth it. Plenty of parking available for two and four wheelers.

Very pleasant stay from 8 - 10 June 2022. Very neat. Beds are comfortable and cozy. Warmful reception and impressive hospitality. Food is extremely tasteful. Being a person from Chennai I loved the preparation. The kind person of senior age with Indian traditional attire of Dhoti and kurta really welcomes you Warm and with sweet heart and takes care of you during morning breakfast buffet.

Rooms are good, some old rooms need to be renovated tho. No complaints on the food tho, all the food items we ordered were really good quality and very tasty (Loved It). Service was also very quick and responsive. All in all had a great experience here. This hotel lives upto the saying Old is Gold.

Regular hotel where I stay when ever I am in Belagavi. But utter disappointment. Rooms are comfy but maintenance like, dusting and stinking bathrooms. Breakfast is the only plus point here, may be the owner himself will be available there. But they my dinner miserable. Ordered some veg food after an hour they said it's not available. And it's not once it happened repeatedly. Just wandering how about changing the preference to some other good hotel next time.

The rooms are decent . The biggest plus of the Hotel is however the morning breakfast. The food is so authentic and subtle in taste that you can not simply overstuff yourself. The attitude of the staff at breakfast area is very positive and cheerful. Many a times the owner himself sees to it that the guests do have everything directly from stove to plate. Room service is one area that can be inproved but overall it is a place which provides very positive , calm and peaceful stay. Sight of Serene Belagavi rain through the room window is a bonus.

Beware of the front desk staff. Despite having MAP plan they tried charging separately for a dinner. They never bothered to inform the guest that only a limited menu is available under MAP. After guest has ordered food of his/her choice, at the time of billing they'll blame guest for not informing restaurant about MAP plan (so that they can limit his food options). When you confront Hotel manager about it, he'll boast of his resume (not less than Taj and Ritz) and will ask you not to behave like you're in a dhaba. This treatment was meted out for a corporate booking of a reputed national level institution. Good luck to lesser mortals!

There are set of things that happened from the day one of the stay. 1. I was disturbed at 7:20 AM for laundry while I didn’t ask for one. The person rang the doorbell twice just to wake me up for something I didn’t ask for and when i said I didn’t ask for the service, he closed the door. 2. Without my permission the cleaning people entered inside the room while i was out, on returning to the hotel room i see two people inside my room, the room service was never asked by me. On asking they say its something they do often. As a solo female after what i saw i felt unsafe. Even after speaking to the concerned person I didn’t get any answer to why this happened. 3. No cutlery was provided in the room, while they allowed swiggy orders they said they wont provide the cutlery. I was given a statement that “this time i am giving it to you but next time I won’t” and the executive director started arguing apon asking why. Zero hospitality. Zero manners. Haven’t paid more than 3000 bucks to receive this kind of hospitality. 4. No proper service during breakfast. Booked the stay for 23rd feb to 26th feb based on the reviews but it was completely opposite to what was shown in the reviews. Note: The executive director who is getting salaries due to the guests has no hospitality or manners to talk to the guest. Any guest wouldn’t like to be lectured while the fault is from the staff side. Every information and rules and regulations are to be told to the guest while checking in and rather than some executive director lecturing a guest.

Rooms were really nice and clean, good enough for 3 of us, very near to highway, breakfast was too good, idli was wow with curry leaves chuttney. Omlette was also good.

Hotel Sankam Residency is located in Belgavi with the heart of the city. We are on the way to Goa. We stayed for night stay. Ambient and pleasant stay and stomach full of awesome breakfast 😋 buffet. I recommend this place for stay. Enough parking is provided for cars.

Have been to this hotel after almost 4 years. Unlike other hotels, this one has improvised. Got to feel the same aura of quality in all aspects as it was long back. Kudo's to the management and particularly the owner who like earlier was available on hand supervising everything thing minutely despite his age.

Located outside the city, making it difficult to reach. Nothing exciting about the arrangements, food quality is average, service staff is disinterested. Can opt for this property only the remaining venues in the city are not available.

Cleanliness and location are good in this hotel. Room and furniture design is not good. The table legs are projected and was disturbing to move around. Broken wash basin is something I wouldn’t expect in such hotels. One of the lights flickering. All these made me think they don’t do due diligence for the guest comfort right from the interior design to routine checking of functionality. To top up all these, as a nature loving person I try to reduce the plastic usage in my lifestyle. So I don’t consume bottled water. (Seriously it is not the only clean water). But when I asked they denied me regular water in the room. Luckily I carried my own water so I didn’t have to compromise with my policy. Food taste is good. If they can focus on nuances it would have been a great stay for me.

It's an excellent place for Veg and Non Veg Indian food. The ambiance is good. The service is fast. The staff are courteous. Adequate parking available. A must visit place.

Great stay option on the national highway! Clean modern rooms, comfy bed, clean bathrooms with toiletries.. Fast check in and check out.. Very nice breakfast spread.. The owner was so kind to personally supervise and recommend dishes to us. We felt very welcomed. The staff was very polite too.

We booked 3 rooms at this place through a phone call. The rooms are spacious and neat, but the AC in one of the rooms wasn't working properly. In all the 3 washrooms there was foul smell coming out of the drains. We pointed it out to the management and they took a look but the smell was back after a few hours. Additionally while booking we had asked about the gym and pool. We were told pictures are on their website (which is non functional) and on Google. After visiting we realised the gym was very basic but okay for a day and the pool was completely non functional due to maintenance. Nobody mentioned this while booking even after having asked. The breakfast spread was included in the stay and was delicious. The property is really good and has great potential to be an amazing space for families to stay, just needs more attention to detail

Good place to stay in. Good ambience and good food. I got a bad headache, I was surprised to know that such premium hotels don't have basic emergency medicine. As a lot of people come here to stay for business and such instances are very common. Having such basic medicines would be a great help.

We had a function recently here, the ambience is very good, good place to keep small functions, the only concern was as the roof is made up of sheet, it tends to get hotter, but they provided us air cooler when asked, without any extra charges. Another thing was that they do not provide any room if you book a hall, they charge extra for the room. Food was delicious, ideally the taste gets neglected but here they maintained the taste.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is good and the facility is well maintained. In case you are booking the rooms , don’t use their website. It doesn’t support any changes in booking. One annoying aspect is that the room service personnel knock the door any anytime for clearing or for just checking whether the room . I am experienced this twice , checking at 11 pm. The rooms are good but the external noise from banquets is a disturbance. The USP of this hotel is their food at Rochak restaurant and the buffet served . The staff needs to be trained for hospitality.

Good and clean rooms. Excellent food. Costlier than other restaurants in Belgaum but the quality of food is good. Their continental section is pretty good.

The breakfast options of a dosa counter, Maharashtrian dishes and eggs, all deliver tasty breakfasts. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is top notch. Only complaint : lack of hot water on tap (a problem with our room) and the towels could do with a rehaul.

Tasted breakfast. Good rooms but not worth for the amount you pay. It was better they renovate the Celing in the rooms and the walls in the corridors which is fungus on the Sketing level which look odd.

A good pit stop hotel for long trips. It's very close to the Mumbai - Bangalore highway. Couldn't have breakfast.. but many recommended to have the breakfast here

We stayed in this hotel for a night on 18 Nov 2022. We had booked an executive deluxe double room without breakfast. # Location is on the Pune Bangalore highway. But one needs to take a service road to reach this place . # Ample parking is avalable. # Rooms size is very good and very well renovated recently. # Bathrooms are very impressive with modern fittings. Hot water is available round the clock. # Check in and check out is fast. # We did not opt for breakfast so I am not commenting on the servings. # Overall the hotel is clean and hygenic. # Staff is courteous.

These guys inspite of me telling them no brekky, charged me refused to take it out and worse didn't care to give the bill. (The childish but quite ignorant and taking things for granted guy (no moustache guy)). Found cockroach in room, bad sheets which was changed on request. Paid a 4star rate for a 2star hotel! The security guys are fine, the ward guy was fine, but reception guy on 30th evening and early 31st morning was more than a jackass!

Went to dine in. The service was quick but the food was not at all tasty. The staff was careless. We ordered vegetarian course but we were served non vegetarian dish. The staff was not even remotely sorry for the mishap. The servers were not well trained. Overall it was a bad experience.

The place was booked for wedding it had open area and also small hall the management staff who were in catering was very much respectful and helpful found a nice connect and also located in main road itself

Hotel Sangam is good .Rooms are clean , hygiene and looking good..Sevice is also good .I have stayed one night there and I have enjoyed the chiken sukka the taste was good .The hotel is near to railway station it's about 3 kms .Finally the hotel was good one can choose this hotel to stay one night.

Plz dont refer this hotel to any one as the service is v.v.v.poor and to take order they come after 45 to 50 min ,dont u believe ,yes its true .We checked on at 21:40 Pm and now its 23.14 and yet to get the food .
