This was an amazing hotel to stay. The decor was just perfect. Although room was small, but the decor was impressive and had been designed thoughtfully. The food was good & bad mixed. The continental food we ordered was not done properly. But; the breakfast next day morning was really amazing. It was very tasty and had the right balance of flavours. Staff were very good, always came with a smile. Thank you for your service!

Located on the national highway, it's the best hotel to stay while traveling to Bengluru, Goa etc. Rooms are small but comfortable even with 2 kids. We booked the Suite as we prefer some space for the kids to move around. The mountain facing room was an eye catcher watching the windmills on the hill especially sunrise and sunset. Service was great and we were well taken care of. Had an amazing stay.

Stopped by to have Sunday Brunch. Total disaster and disappoint. The staff weren't even refilling the buffet dishes. Very reluctant service. All black coats were chilling behind the bar table. Finally had to rig Mr. Suraj to vet refill of food in the buffet dishes. Regret visiting! Average Taste, Terrible staff, Pathetic service, needs lots of training. Definitely not a Marriott!

The room was good. We had put in an extra mattress for our child. The service was absolutely amazing. Staff was super duper helpful and courteous. Food spread was good.. Starters, main food and desserts. Pool was good as well where you can spend quite some time.

I feel Fairfield should take a lead and start this trend of hotels on highways. I was tired while returning from Goa and stopped here. It’s roughly the same price I spent on hotel in Goa but more comfort and luxury.

A Pub to party is like a cherry on top... There is a gym to work out and also a swimming pool. They also offer meeting rooms and conference halls. Well the hotel is located in the outskirts of Belagavi. Rooms are clean and spacious. We took one suite and one guest room. Suite room was good in all aspects, however the twin bed guest room was very noisy and too much disturbance from the other room. Will not suggest twin bed guest room to anyone. Breakfast was good. Staffs are helpful.

Excellent location. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with great views. It has a world-class spa and overall polite staff. We just stayed at the property recently with family. Four rooms over three days. Pros: The staff contacted us before arrival and accommodated our request for an early check-in. They're all pleasant to interact with and have a great “can do” attitude. Special mention to Palash (Front Desk Manager). He was confident and proactive with all communication and requests. Cons: Shower flow and temperature are irregular and must be looked at. (Room 515). Minor inconveniences of room keys being deactivated a few times and in-room safe not working. The spa is very busy, and maybe some extra staff support is required. All the front-of-house staff also seem comparatively new and inexperienced. Some training & team building would help. Overall, it is an excellent value for money, and we look forward to returning. Stayed here last year. This property has best rooms, best hospitality by the staff, very good dining options as well. The staff does not hesitate to go over and beyond in bringing best customer experience. One thing that I can ask the management to do is to bring more local culture in terms of art work, food options to the offering. Kudos to the staff- keep up the great work!

buffet dinner was too expensive, less spread and worst desserts in the world, uncooked plain rice, no bowls, no staff, no varieties in food, staff werent helpful, sugarless watery kheer is new innovation by them, many things to write but will stop here, UK 27 is far better

Hotel infrastructure is very good but it's bit outskirts from the city centre. Rooms are clean and Hygienic. Excellent Venue for Spa which is Clean, Hygienic, Calm and with all the right infrastructure in place. This is complemented by therapist Christina with her Amazing Therapy. Christina seems to be very well trained and professional. Ultimately to say, Value for Money and overall Good Experience..

I had lunch here while my car was charging. A great place to charge your car as it is solar powered. Food is quite nice though very typical 5 star fair. Absolutely no local cuisine which is a big minus.

We had a delightful experience at this property. The location is very close to the highway, which makes it a right choice for a pit stop. Right from the check in till check out a truly five start experience. The rooms are decent, offer what they promise. View outside is relaxing. Food is delicious. Staff is very courteous, special mention to Gargi (Assamese girl) - she was really warm in her gesture and served us well with her charming smile and empathetic service. Overall a truly Marriott experience. Will surely come again.

Stay was good, we had asked for a single queen size bed but were given a twin bed room. Front desk stated it was an issue during booking through Agoda. The food was great, superb buffet spread. Location is awesome as it is on the highway, making it super easy and accessible to the highway.

I stayed with my family during our anniversary holiday while on a road trip from Hyderabad to Goa. Had a lovely stay!!! Staff - Amazingly courteous staff. Seamless experience from check-in (Thanks Anisha) till the end. She had already arranged for a cake in the room, with a cute decor. It was a lovely surprise for us & made it special. Food - Tried dinner & breakfast buffet. Loved the food spread & TASTE. Chef (i think Manoj) himself checked on the food quality and insisted to help & went ahead to nicely pack a few items for our travel ahead. The on-duty manager (thin gentlemen in a suit) was very courteousness and ensured all our needs were taken care of. Room - Room were medium size & had a nice view of the small hillocks on the horizon peppered with palm trees & wind turbines. We also tried the Jacuzzi & Swimming pool. No complaints. Overall - a nice stay - will come again.

We stayed here for 1 night during our road trip from Mumbai to Bangalore and I cannot recommend this place enough! I had no complaints, be it the amenities, room or the staff. I opted for the breakfast inclusive fee which was 300 extra from the normal rate and it was absolutely worth it. The quality and the variety of the breakfast spread was amazing.

This Resort is peacefully located near the highway, Had taken a Suite room. Was very clean with purely Luxurious. Front desk staff were good at check-in. Swimming pool was small but it's at a super breezy area, so was fun. Breakfast was Outstanding, Huge spread with fresh & tasty Dishes. Much better then other 5 star Resorts. The F&B Service staff was very polite & helpful. And it was a pleasure speaking to A junior Chef. Thanks to the entire Fairfield team for a comfortable stay.

The rooms are small in size, but the property is good and very conveniently located on the highway such that it will be our first choice always now food a night halt during our road journeys. Everything was very neat and clean, property was well maintained, the car parking is right in front of the hotel and so is safe. Like someone else also mentioned the breakfast menu is good, the weather was good so we could enjoy the breakfast in the outdoor seating and the tea from the aunty's live stream was superb

Stayed here for 4 days. The room was clean comfortable and cozy. The view from it's big window is straight towards the mountain range which is absolutely pretty.. However the location is a little inconvenient, the main entrance facing the highway is also closed. One has to take the next lane and travel over 1km to enter in.. Would not recommend if you are here without a vehicle and have to visit the Belgaum city. Also, the hotel doesn't have sufficient vehicle to arrange for pick/drop i almost missed my bus..

One of the best experiences I've had with Marriott would be this in Belagavi which is located on the highway. The rooms are small but well maintained and all the necessary amenities are adjusted properly in the room so one will never feel congested. Coming to the hygiene part it is undoubtedly the best in class with also all covid protocols being properly adhered. The view from the rooms is breathtaking especially the mountain view rooms. The food here is tasty and one can surely enjoy different cuisines. The buffet breakfast at kava is surely worth a try as there are multiple options in the spread with top notch quality. Also sitting in open space option is available for breakfast where one can surely have morning food with serenity of nature. Overall a great experience and thanks to the staff for welcoming and being so helpful.

Visited for breakfast buffet with 8 members of our family on 1st May 2022. The place was super crowded and almost all items on the buffet table were over and there was a mad rush by the hotel staff to keep up with the crowd. Just 2 non veg options of eggs of your choice and chicken sausage, but the chicken sausages were just served at the start, which got over and never surfaced again on the buffet table. Most of the items on the buffet were tasty, however the service was a big let down. Knowing very well it's a Sunday and you get more walking guest, the hotel should gear up to serve its customers without any commotion.

I have visited many "star" hotels. But this hotel continues to be one of the best. You just can't complain about anything here. The service is excellent. The staff is always smiling, always trying to deliver what you ask for. In many hotels, the staff may be good, but the hotel building is often neglected. Here all rooms, public areas and amenities look clean, look new, look poche and luxurious. The swimming pool, gym, lawn areas are USP of this hotel. There is a jacuzzi in this hotel, which is very good. The Kava restaurant is just outstanding. The breakfast spread is huge, and importantly, tasty. I had buffet dinner also, that was toooo outstanding. Dinner buffet spread was very very tasty. Mr Chinu, the operations manager, always made sure i am comfortable. Anisha from Goa, at front office also helped me a lot. Sagar from housekeeping was gem of a person, he also helped me a lot. Mr. Abani at kava restaurant is gem of a person, he always made me welcome. Ms. Bhavna at dinner buffet live counters, always prepared my dish as I liked, even in rush I recommend all customers to take dinner buffet. Each part of it, starters, main course, desserts are very good. Some feedback to hotel: 1 . Just one thing not followed in this hotel but in other star hotels is welcome drink. During the check-in, if some welcome drink would have been offered, it would be great. 2. In kava restaurant, there are high demand live counters. For breakfast, its egg counter, waffle pancake counter, during dinner buffet, its thai counter and pasta counter. These counters are always in demand, even more during weekends. But for some reason, the restaurant keeps a single person at live counter. That one person has to collect the cutlery and ingredients when they are finished, has to continuously cook, remember different guest's requirements and their table number while cooking, and many times serve the dish on table because no waiter is around. This should change. The restaurant must keep atleast 1 helper to live counter cook I am putting this point, not because I wasn't served properly by live counter. I was served well. I am putting this because i heard some impatient guest's roar at live counter staff, because his order was delayed. No one wants to hear guests angry at the restaurant of a star hotel. 3. There is wrong information in package information in make my trip, where there is room upgrade as per availability, but as per availability is not visible. Put correct information. 4. I may be wrong about this point. I think that since this hotel is 99 % good, the hotel hears with heart the feedback given by guests to improve on 1 % , but the feedback is not implemented quickly. Its just lost. Its like the hotel has reached the greatness ceiling. But believe me, this hotel has the potential of becoming rear, ideal perfect flawless hotel. I had a great experience at this hotel.

Had been for dinner. Should improve a lot considering locals visit this place often. Location is bit away from the city which means it's peaceful and relaxing. Just beside the hotel you can go to Irish pub and a speciality restaurant spice blends. Pool is great though you cannot dive but great for leisure and swimming. Gym is small but satisfying.

Well it's a Fairfield nothing much to say about the property services. It does perfect justice to the brand name. Great about this hotel is it's location right on the NH48. best place for a night halt during your long drive

Extremely happy with the stay. The staffs from security helper to the the chefs are real gems. Five stars for the hospitality. Food is also decent. The rooms could have been little more spacious though. Special thanks to the girls at front desk who helped with a bottle of milk for my toddler while checking out. And I would definitely visit again.
