I
have
visited
many
"star"
hotels.
But
this
hotel
continues
to
be
one
of
the
best.
You
just
can't
complain
about
anything
here.
The
service
is
excellent.
The
staff
is
always
smiling,
always
trying
to
deliver
what
you
ask
for.
In
many
hotels,
the
staff
may
be
good,
but
the
hotel
building
is
often
neglected.
Here
all
rooms,
public
areas
and
amenities
look
clean,
look
new,
look
poche
and
luxurious.
The
swimming
pool,
gym,
lawn
areas
are
USP
of
this
hotel.
There
is
a
jacuzzi
in
this
hotel,
which
is
very
good.
The
Kava
restaurant
is
just
outstanding.
The
breakfast
spread
is
huge,
and
importantly,
tasty.
I
had
buffet
dinner
also,
that
was
toooo
outstanding.
Dinner
buffet
spread
was
very
very
tasty.
Mr
Chinu,
the
operations
manager,
always
made
sure
i
am
comfortable.
Anisha
from
Goa,
at
front
office
also
helped
me
a
lot.
Sagar
from
housekeeping
was
gem
of
a
person,
he
also
helped
me
a
lot.
Mr.
Abani
at
kava
restaurant
is
gem
of
a
person,
he
always
made
me
welcome.
Ms.
Bhavna
at
dinner
buffet
live
counters,
always
prepared
my
dish
as
I
liked,
even
in
rush
I
recommend
all
customers
to
take
dinner
buffet.
Each
part
of
it,
starters,
main
course,
desserts
are
very
good.
Some
feedback
to
hotel:

.
Just
one
thing
not
followed
in
this
hotel
but
in
other
star
hotels
is
welcome
drink.
During
the
check-in,
if
some
welcome
drink
would
have
been
offered,
it
would
be
great.

In
kava
restaurant,
there
are
high
demand
live
counters.
For
breakfast,
its
egg
counter,
waffle
pancake
counter,
during
dinner
buffet,
its
thai
counter
and
pasta
counter.
These
counters
are
always
in
demand,
even
more
during
weekends.
But
for
some
reason,
the
restaurant
keeps
a
single
person
at
live
counter.
That
one
person
has
to
collect
the
cutlery
and
ingredients
when
they
are
finished,
has
to
continuously
cook,
remember
different
guest's
requirements
and
their
table
number
while
cooking,
and
many
times
serve
the
dish
on
table
because
no
waiter
is
around.
This
should
change.
The
restaurant
must
keep
atleast
1
helper
to
live
counter
cook
I
am
putting
this
point,
not
because
I
wasn't
served
properly
by
live
counter.
I
was
served
well.
I
am
putting
this
because
i
heard
some
impatient
guest's
roar
at
live
counter
staff,
because
his
order
was
delayed.
No
one
wants
to
hear
guests
angry
at
the
restaurant
of
a
star
hotel.

There
is
wrong
information
in
package
information
in
make
my
trip,
where
there
is
room
upgrade
as
per
availability,
but
as
per
availability
is
not
visible.
Put
correct
information.

I
may
be
wrong
about
this
point.
I
think
that
since
this
hotel
is
99
%
good,
the
hotel
hears
with
heart
the
feedback
given
by
guests
to
improve
on
1
%
,
but
the
feedback
is
not
implemented
quickly.
Its
just
lost.
Its
like
the
hotel
has
reached
the
greatness
ceiling.
But
believe
me,
this
hotel
has
the
potential
of
becoming
rear,
ideal
perfect
flawless
hotel.
I
had
a
great
experience
at
this
hotel.
