The only reason I stayed here was because Marriott prices were too high. Overall experience at Fern was average - rooms are really big; washroom as bath area separate, toilet separate and wash basin separate - so two people can simultaneously get ready! Also - not a good option for colleagues! Food was fine - buffet spread was good and breakfast spread was also fine. Staff had very helpfully given packed breakfast for an early excursion. Staff had warned us about DJ music on Saturday - however, they shifted us to another room - 3rd floor. The floor had a strong smell of cigarettes - as did the room. Unfortunately staff missed a couple of spots while cleaning - which was also not great. Otherwise good experience. Good location, cost is on the higher side - definitely not justified. However, if you want to stay at a more premium pace - you have very few options.

I have chosen this hotel for its convenient location. I was staying in the Marriott and i moved in here due to its location. Marriott was platinum standards in terms of hospitality. Stay with UK27 was great on all levels, except for the staff on front office, they lacked enthusiasm and didn't make me feel welcomed!! But otherwise truly exceptional.

It's really a good hotel to stay. The staff is cooperative. The best part is the breakfast and dinner. In dinner they start with Starters by repeating and prompting to eat. The food is really good. Whatever asked from the live counter they serve it hot and live so that the freshness is not missed. The rooms are also good and upto the expectations. The location is slightly tough to find if you are new or else it is easy for local guys to know where the hotel is. Rest all is worth.

An excellent hotel to stay for business and leisure travel for solo and family. The rooms are spacious, well maintained with good views. Food is fabulous and very cooperative staff. The location is well connected from the airport and railway station. Additionally, the street food and nearby restaurants and shopping plazas add an extra advantage to the property.

Did a last minute booking at Fern in the middle of a road trip to Goa. We were pleasantly surprised. Brilliant hotel, great hospitality, and very high value for money. Overall experience was better than some of the 5 stars we've stayed at. Breakfast spread could be better. Overall, highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Good clean rooms. Servicing is quite good. But they have a tier system of rooms. They take good money for their rooms. But if you book through sites which give discounts, they put you in the rooms with the worst views with a dirty tower in the middle of your window. Then they put you right below the Dance floor and DJ sets, so that you are bothered for the evening. The sound proofing is very weak at this hotel. Edit- They did offer to change my room despite a full house at the hotel. That is appreciated. However, that room too, had slight vibrations despite being 5 floors away from the DJ.

A proper 5 star like property with exclusive rooms and services. The stay was comfortable with varied course of food menu and also additional bed was provided for extra person. Properly located in the heart of town belagavi. The market is walking distance. The services have been superb with cordial behaviour. Would definitely come back again if happen to be in the city.

They have pretty nice rooms for the price. Although the service could be upped a little. They could get more premium like giving bathroom slippers in the room. Room had a few plumbing issues which was sorted out effectively by the staff. The view is said to be a city view but it isn't that great. Was pretty unlucky to get an old electric tower out of my window.

Living upto to it's general rating of being 5 star, this hotel has it all. Great and very helpful staff. Delicious food and a variety of options. A rooftop pool with a great view from the terrace. It could use a little maintenance is all. Overall I would rate my stay a full 10 out of 10.

I loved this hotel. There is a very beautiful view. Good staff with their excellent service I liked their behaviour, respect and overall work. But I got disappointed about food for looking and overall it was good but taste wasn't there. And there was cleanness everywhere with good arrangements but during an event we got some mosquitoes. Hope so I'll enjoy more when I'll visit next time.

The hotel is very conveniently located, right in the heart of the city. It has 3 restaurants. We tried only on and that was amazing. The rooms are good, the toilets are a bit inconvenient if more than 1 in staying in room.

Great location and excellent value hotel. Room sizes a very big with a great shower and comfortable bed, breakfast buffet is amazing and fresh with a good variety, and gym is well equipped for both strength and cardio. No crib available for babies which is the only improvement suggestion

Room are good location is perfect , service and food is also good . Food is bit costly you can enjoy buffet cocktails here . Rooftop restaurant is awesome you can enjoy city view from there. Basement parking is very smelly management to focus on cleaning

We had a small party recently 15-20 guests .Arrangements done well on the lawn. Small speaker helped to play music . Buffet was nice spread . We couldn’t take good pictures due to less light. Wasps moving around the light . Do give this a thought while booking. Mr Kamal , made sure we were comfortable. Service needs improvement, quick response to the need of guests . Starters were regular once - hope to have your own specialty next time . Pocket friendly 💝

Room was having all amenities required. Good Facility for Price paid. Few Improvements expected : Foul odour from Toilet space. Not had great sleep due to few Mosquitoes. AC Cooling was not as desired. Buffet Breakfast and Dinner at the Restaurent was of average taste and quality.

Already reviewed this best & most luxurious place to stay & dine. Even I miss today all my dinners which I had during my stay. Only one thing is on Backfoot is gym which is not as per hotel chain. But these things are not well noted except guys like me who paying visit on every day. But really place is not average but it is awesome. Looking towards my next stay soon.

The hotel was beautiful. Staff gave great recommendations for restaurants and bars. The breakfast downstairs was good value. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The hotel is close to everything. Would highly recommend❤️

The washroom and wash area had ridiculous design. You CANNOT have a wash basin next to the bed with just a 4ft divider in between. The glass doors (that too without any latch) are an invasion on one's privacy. Even married couples retain certain privacy. The trashbin having dry n wet segregation, was rt under the TV. Plz address these issues and you will have your guests returning back very happy

This is one of the best hotels at this price.. the lobby is little small.. but the rooms are very luxurious, cozy and well maintained.. room has all the necessary facilities.. it was superbly decorated.. little things like good quality lights, variety of lamps, nice seating area with luxury chairs, work desk, even live plant placed near wash basin.. all these things makes the stay very worth it.. in room dining service need to be improved.. eg. we ordered soup which was cold when brought in room.. Internet service was was not stable.. otherwise rest experience was awesome.

Amazing place, Geet food and The best views in the entire city. The balcony tables have a mind blowing view of the city and if the sky is lit up it’s way better. Food was really great and tasty. Staff was super friendly and highly efficient in their service. Bar is properly stocked with a all different kinds of liquor. Music was great as well with a good playlist. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cool place to chill with great food and liquor. They even have rooms for stay with some good views of the city!!

Nice and clean hotel, large rooms, superb view (from rooms and rooftop restaurant). Room layout is first-rate !!! More than Value for Money 👍🏼 Nice feature is the segregation of Shower area and WC - and open Washbasin area. However, privacy could be better (no latches in shower / WC !!) as sometimes non-couples may also stay here !!! Light Switches are confusing and non-intuitive.

This hotel is located on main road which is very easily accessible. The services was really good. They provide a very tasty breakfast with variety of menu. But when it comes to food it's kind of bland and not liking by people like us who prefer spicy food. Workers are cooperative. They provide daily room cleaning as well and laundry. At the top floor there is a gym, swimming pool and pub which was relly amazing. Nice breakfast area with open garden, anathor space for lunch and dinner and well 1 conference hall. I personally Loved the place.

Good place for partying... Dance floor is little bit small. There is no spring board for dancing. But located in city center for transport facility. DJ is nice.

Great hotel. Nice and clean and the staff is really friendly and service is good. Good place to stop the night if you are travelling with family and are Enroute to Goa as you can continue from here to Goa easily and the hotel is close to the highway.

Our go to hotel every time we stay in Belgavi. Lovely rooms.. hospitable staff. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast which always has a good spread with delicious food.

The food is definitely well made , and is flavourful. The sunday brunch buffet is especially a treat with a variety of foods and cocktails in unlimited quantity.thers live music so even better . Just that the food goes a bit cold and they could definitely.itely do with lower volume of music . The song selection is Greta though, did enjoy the experience.

Best hotel amidst the city. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with all the necessities. Very comfortable stay. The only suggestion is that they should have single mattress for double bed.Their buffet breakfast is satisfactory.

The hotel is located within the city making it more accessible and other locations accessible to it. The hotel is posh with really good rooms and hygiene. The bed was really comfortable. The bathroom supplies were are also of good quality. The breakfast spread is really good with options of South Indian, North Indian and English Breakfast with good spread of desserts. The service is fast and good. The wifi is fast and with good range. All in all, a very very good option for staying at Belgaum.

Absolutely wonderful stay, impeccably clean rooms and restaurants. In room dining was good and so was UK lounge. Breakfast was lovely. The staff is smiling, welcoming and prompt. A good spread of delicious items on Sunday buffeť brunch, accompanied by live music performance by young and enthusiastic musicians. Ambience of the hotel is perfect and location is central at Belgaum. Ample reason to hang out at weekends with family/ good company.

World's worst hospitality, hotel refused to serve breakfast to me, my wife and my 10 year old son. I stayed here 10th Dec, 2022 to 11th Dec, 2022. We were on time for breakfast and the staff didn't even serve drinking water. I had booked Fern Club premium studio room, even than the service was extremely bad and staff extremely rude. When asked to serve, one staff stared at me and said I will let you know. Never experienced such a service in any hotel till date. Be cautious before booking this hotel.

Beautiful rooms, and so spacious! The best part? They have a seperate washroom and bathroom in each room! Although I wasn't really satisfied by the buffet in the morning the dinner we ordered was really delicious!

Value for money choice. Very clean and hygienic, food is good and service is quick. Reception staff is exceptionally warm and polite. They make sure you have a comfortable stay.

I visited the multi cuisine restaurant at the Hotel. Did not get a chance to stay or see the rooms. But the lobby and overall 2 restaurants were very sophisticated and clean. Excellent service and ample car parking including lots of green lawn space for Kids.

If you have work in city best location. On the main busy happening road. If you have a night halt enroute to another destination then maybe slight disadvantage but the rooms makes up for that. Excellent people greeting, meeting, giving great service. Will stop here again in next trip.

Very good room especially the suit. In addition to that, the hotel is located in the hub of belgaum so you can shop and part all at on place. The breakfast also has a lot of choice and tastes amazing. Definitely recommending this stay

My experience with this property was not good. There were two issues. 1. There was some high profile meeting at the property on the day I was to check-in.. The roads leading to the property were blocked. The hotel knew of the inconvenience but did not inform me either through phone or email. I had to wait outside for almost 3 hours before I could check-in. 2. The room they gave me initially had roach infestation. (photos attached). Some credit is due as they moved me to another room after I complained. I did not see any initiative from the hotel to compensate me for the inconvenience they caused.
