Stayed there for a night on my way to Dakshin Kannada from Pune. My experience for this short stay is positive. The property is right on a busy road, so parking may be a problem. Food is excellent and service is prompt. Breakfast have scope for improvement. Rooms were clean and spacious with all modern amenities. We faced a problem where our access card to the room was not working and we had to make repeated rounds to the reception to get it sorted. Bit of inconvenience but ultimately resolved. Would definitely recommend this property if anyone choosing to stay in Belagavi.

Absolutely disgraceful. Booked for outstation guests , who had shown impeccable hospitality. The staff here, at the reception was a disgrace. I don’t remember his name, but despite booking 5 days in advance and verbally guaranteeing a room, I was offered a different room on a different floor and denied of any commitment. They are a disgrace to Belgaum. I only booked here because it was close to Tilakwadi and home. I had paid the full amount in advance, but still they asked my guest for the payment. When my guest questioned they gave in. As I was travelling I couldn’t intervene, else would have launched a police complaint. They are a disgrace to Belgaum. Please book your esteemed guests with utmost care at this place. Highly unprofessional staff compared to even tier three cities.

A weird location for a hotel sandwiched between a railway track, a railway gate, a main road, under construction bridge and a back alley that is made for tractors. The rooms are large and acceptable cleanliness levels. Parking is available, but not for all cars/drivers. Service is above average and generally prompt. Breakfast spread is awesome, but taste is not very good. Overall will call it average for the offering. A big plus is that it is located near the industrial area and will help if one is visiting for business.

All good, I was at native hotel in 1st week of February, for 8 days. Suddenly one evening I developed high fever, which did not go down during the night. Around 3am, we called staff on duty for arranging doctor or hospital. They immediately rushed me to a nearby hospital in their own vehicle and were there, till all emergency treatment was given. I am very thankful to the front desk staff Mr. Anil kumar and Mr. Raees for their timely help. Otherwise, the food , service and the room was great. Looking forward for staying again in your hotel. Furthermore, all the staff are courteous and helpful . Thanks once again.

Native Hotel wowed me with their exceptional food. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and artistry. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance added to the experience. If you appreciate great food, this is a must-visit!"

I stayed in this Hotel between 6-8 October 2023. Two Nights. The Hygiene is good, the room is spacious, neat and tidy. The Breakfast spread was good. Though the hotel was good, there are several flip sides which are mainly with the concerned manpower. The focus has changed and I can find lot of distraction and lack of co-ordination from the management to be a good hotel though the facilities, investments and intentions are good. Flip Sides: 1. Drinking water is provided in a jug and that too only once a day. Mineral Water is not available even on payment. I requested several times, hotel said it is chargeable which was accepted. The Mineral Water (or) even Normal Water was not given. 2 Poor Room Service. There are no manpower who could be contacted. The reception, room service does not respond calls. They assure to send person, however no one turns up. There seems to be room boys wandering here and there and no one appears to attend guests. 3. There is no fan in the room. The AC operates at a set temperature which becomes colder and insufficient when temperature is increased. The temperature is uneven as the room is large without a fan which is power wastage for the hotel. 4. The flush in closet is electronic and does not operate properly. We had to push both the buttons to operate the flush and it takes time. If one button is pressed, insufficient water is flowing and there is no way to stop it. 5. All the switches are electronic and shabbily arranged. It is so painful to switch-off lights. To switch on, I had to go to every switch to find out the apt switch. To make the room look modern, electronic switches were installed and it became a havoc. 6. There is no window and as such there is no chance of fresh air entering the room. 7. The breakfast had excessive salt in all the items for the two days. There is no one to check food for salt and taste. 8. The Vegetables served in the breakfast were of excessive oil and was dripping. Here also, there is no one to control the process quality and presentation. 9. The presentation of breakfast items were poor. The arrangement was not proper and had to search for things. 10. The live counter took so much time to make omelette. The dosa was average. 11. Salt everywhere, in Chutney, Sambhar, Bhaji, Gravy and this becomes a priority to control immediately. 12. Overall taste is bad and needs lot of improvement.

First and foremost, the food at your restaurant was nothing short of outstanding. Every dish I had the pleasure of trying was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavors, and made from the freshest ingredients. The attention to detail in each plate was evident, and the skill of your culinary team truly shone through. I was thoroughly impressed with food spread in breakfast the quality and taste of every dish I loved the test. I am so impressed by services by Miss Janhavi and team in restaurant. Special thanks to Giridhar& Santil. Had warm welcomed by Rohit at front desk.Prompt check inn was really appreciable. Now we have approved this Native hotel for our belgaum frequent business visit.

Had lunch at the hotel restaurant. We were given absolutely fantastic personalised service by Ms. Sufiyan right from the start by warmly welcoming us on our arrival and carried it through with her personal attention till we left the place. The food was served quickly and was of top quality both in terms of taste and its tarrif.

The location is very good and convenient. Staff are very courteous. Parking is reasonably spacious. The ambiance of rooms is good, but I did not have a great experience. The room allocated was quite smelly (alcohol and cigarette smell), though both are not allowed. After reporting, they sprayed room freshener, but that became equally suffocating and had to go out of the room for almost an hour. Though they offered to change the room, it was too much of a hassle for one night, so somehow managed to stay! Restaurant has great ambiance and food taste is also very good. Except for the inconvenience of the smelly room, the overall experience was good.

We had a family function at ivory hall about 50ppl and had arranged a dinner at this location. Quite good service and food was a well good. They have parking space available and the location is quite easy to spot considering it is located on the main roads

Good hotel at reasonable price. Good and humble staff. Room is nice and well kept. Arrangement for hot water can be made better so that one need not run it done for 5-10 mins until hot water flow starts. Good spead of varieties for breakfast, which is included in the price unlike a few other good hotels.

Best value for money hotel in Belgaum for an overnight stay. It’s quite reasonably priced, and well maintained rooms, and good service. I would rate it higher than Fairfield and UK24-Fern, for overnight transit stay and when you are unlikely to use hotel amenities. Just for that purpose, those two hotels are quite overpriced, and their service quality have dropped. So go for Native!

Rooms and food was good. However many things to improving considering Chancery brand. Makeshift restaurant due to ongoing construction was dampener. Also buffet breakfast food items should be served/kept Hot. Front desk communication has to be improved. Many times external calls are not answered. In toilets- additional towel set has to be provided. Hot water was not working due to temporary issue. The provided Hot water in buckets to room I will go with 3.5 rating. My expectation considering the price were higher

Really good located at a right distance from the city - away from the city hustle & bustle yet close enough to make quick trips to. The rooms was spacious and the amenities were standard, some even thoughtful. P.S. If you want the spacious room, opt for the executive one.

A good hotel with comfortable rooms and delicious food with good quantity. The breakfast was also good. The rooms are excellent, plenty of cupboards, fridge and toiletries kept in the washroom. The staff is active, polite and pleasant. Overall a great experience to stay here. Incredible service provided by front Dask Executive.

The Room size and cleanliness is decent. However you have to be careful while booking room with kids. We booked 2 rooms with 2 adults and 2 kids each. They gave us rooms with 2 seperate small beds due to nonavailability of rooms with queens bed. At night when we asked for mattress for kids, they offered it with extra charges of 1200 per mattress. I mean when you give the you room, you have to mention the charges beforehand. The charges are at par with Marriot when you add kids mattress charges. This hotel is industrial part hence dont have swimming pool and other amenities. Never eat at their restaurant as it charges exorbitant for all the items considering the quality and service you get. The item rates are more than Mumbai and Bangalore and quality is sub. On top of it they charge you with service charges. They can give you 10% discount if you write good reviews on site like TripAdvisor. The catch is you have to write reviews before they give you bill. Overall the the hotel is managed by crooks. Final verdict- Not value for money.

Property is same as described. Good, clean and nice. Staffs are average. The real issue is here: 1. Toiletries were provided for one guest even after paying the money for 3 guests. 2. At bathroom the water was clogging after the use, upon asking for help, it did work for sometime and later issue persists. 3. When comes to the billing, the receptionist took extra money without providing the proper bills, due to the time crunch and had to rush back to home, couldn't have a clear look at the receipts, later I get a call from the desk saying that they have made a mistake while printing the receipt and will refund the difference amount. So far, there is no reply from the hotel or no amount reflected in the account. This concludes the irresponsibility of hotel staff and not recommended from my experience.

Very average hotel. Looks swanky on the outside but dirty AC vents and somewhat dirty toilets. The service provided was very average too. The staff took forever to get cutlery and in the end we asked them not to get the cutlery. Breakfast was average, only good thing was poha and omelette. Chutney was cold and coffee was horrible. Needs improvement. The hotel also provided only two 500 ml bottles per day and the rest was chargeable.

it's a good place to dine, but if you are looking for a buffet as per my knowledge they do not offer buffet. they do serve " ala karte " the taste can be rated from 2 🌟 to 3.7 🌟 . good ambiance. polite staff it's attached to a very busy road so that may be a cause to not visit this hotel.

Pathetic Service, indisciplined management. There is absolutely no coordination between the staff & the management. The TV doesn't work, there is no ventilation, the room has a strange foul odour, there are no toiletries. Had a very unpleasant experience. Not at all worth the money they charge. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Courteous staff, caring attitude, raising to the level that you and I want is the hallmark of the entity called Native. One may experience "feel good"factor in a visit but to feel genuine hospitality in a day long function speaks volumes. Well done chef Umesh and his team.

It place is really spacious. Staff is helpful they change bed sheets, towels on daily basis.. breakfast is classy provides hell lot of verity… but it is repeated every day same menu… but I was not able to test all the items in 2 days…. items mainly include dosa, upma, corn, halwa, juices & chocks with milk, tea coffee, appes, fruits.. etc.. rooms dont have hair driers but you can ask for them any time…. key card has to be refreshed every 24 hrs that is a big problems again had to call receptionist and ask for help… need some open windows to the rooms… feels like suffocating… nice stay btw…

A great stopover option towards the Goa, Khanapur highway within Belgaum. A very short drive from camp will get you there. Rooms are spacious and has all amenities required. Staff are courteous and prompt. Buffet breakfast can do a lot lot better. It is likely that it's not catered to a better level due to ongoing renovations to their main all veg. Restaurant on the ground floor. The direct access road to their basement was dug up during the visit, do parking was accessible by a small circuitous way or valet. Overall a good budget option in Belgaum.

The rooms are excellent, plenty of cupboards, fridge and toiletries kept in the washroom. The staff is active, polite and pleasant at the same time. Overall a great experience to stay here. Incredible service provided by front office department, special thanks to Lawrance lobo and the team.
