Located near Angol-tilakwadi road... I got food delivered from here as I have heard of it alot... But I didn't find anything special about it. The taste was ok.... Food was not hygienic... In their chutney ... I found a hair.... Discarded it when I saw that.... I don't know how clean is their kitchen ... Personally I doubt that I'll go there or order again from there....

One of the most reputed and oldest South Indian Restaurants in Belgaum serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This restaurant is know for quality, service, taste and value for money. Their Idly, Dosa, Puri Bhaji and Kurma Puri are must try. At lunch my favourite is Pulav. For Lunch and Diner they also have thalis which is a heavy pack of well balanced meal.

The hotel service is very nice also atmosphere is specific. The most fascinating thing is the FOOD.

The dishes, roti and rice are very tasty, good in quantity and at good price. They serve both North and South Indian Food along with Chinese Food like Gobi Manchurian, Fried Rice etc. They also allow parcel food at 10-20 Rupees extra charge for packaging. They also have a option for digital payment for bills. It's a best recommendation if you are willing to visit Hotels in Hindwadi, Tilakwadi or Angol area...

This is one of the best hotel in Belgaum for breakfast here the taste which you get is really awesome and the quality standards of food they have mentioned here is also awesome just try udya bhavan for breakfast whever you visit Belgaum it's Little costly but it is worth it costs

I taken room on second floor, reception guy given ac room for 1440 but ac not switch on , if we ask breadbutter toast , they will bring break toast separate and bread jam separate that also charges double , Waste of money utterly dissapointed

Bakwas service..we found a long women hair in fulava dish..after complaining ..owner was like galati ho jata hai accept karlo n all faltu story telling ..instead warning the workers..I never go back..worst things .. .

Uday Bhuvan is known for the quality of food it has been serving over the years. I have been visiting this place for the last 18 years and whenever I visit Belagavi, Uday Bhuvan is a go to place for me to have food. A great place to have authentic South Indian breakfast as well as lunch ( a typical South Indian thali ) Always crowded and it's most crowded on weekends. The taste has been consistent over the years.

Best quality service, food is fresh, This is the only hotel where i can find mr. V d savarkar's photo on the entery as well as books at cash counter.

Don't eat Regular Veg Tali.. Because In Thali only puri , Raayata is good but other dishes is Waste..& Cost 100 so go near any Mess it will b Good....

Looks like the hotel is doing more business through the online platform rather than the guests in the restaurant. It took atleast 10 minutes after being seated for a service person to come to table to take order, after placing the order it took 20 minutes more to get the food to table, anyway the taste is maintained, but the charm of having inside restaurant is gone. One thing I noticed was there were Swiggy/Zomato Zombies in the restaurant, I mean the restaurant staff taking the parcels from kitchen to entrance desk dedicated to Online orders, they had to pass through the people seated on tables, they were like robots carrying the parcels on a tray and not looking either side, even if someone called them to give orders, they were not responsive at all. And while we were seated to have our breakfast, I saw around 5 people with Restaurant uniform, they did atleast 100 trips from kitchen to entrance desk in less than 40 minutes. That too without speaking to anyone and keeping their head down with tray in hand.

The best thing about this hotel is "taste remains same always" even after 10 years I enjoyed the same taste. My personal favourite is Puri bhaji and full meals

A legendary Restaurant serving good dishes since last 60+ years. Their Poori Bhaji is a must try. The Bhaji and chutney taste delicious. Their service person/ waiters are really humble. We went in a group of 14 people yet a single server handled us so efficiently. Also must try is their misal bread, Idli sambar and Tomato omelette. The only item which disappointed was Pav Bhaji, not good in taste and was watery. Rest of all the items served were delicious. Ambience: 3.5/5 Taste: 4.5/5 Cost: 4/5 Service: 5/5

Room was dirty when allocated. We asked to clean it first and has to wait for cleaning. Room's service was good but phone was not working so has to call from outside. Food was eatable but not best. No lift and bathroom are not very good.

The hotel is located in prime location and the rooms are really good but they are small in size. The restaurant is located in ground floor and rooms in first floor and above. The rooms seems renovated recently and wash rooms are clean there is hot water available full time during day. The hotel also provides free Wi-Fi . The only drawback is there is no lift service available. The food at the restaurant is good. Must try would be Poha with Sev. With respect to 4 wheeler parking is hard to find one as there is no parking lot of the hotel. One has to find parking in the adjacent roads. One of the best hotel for the price around Belgaum.

Awesome place for a quick breakfast, really love the poori bhaaji here. Mornings especially on weekends are pretty rushed so plan to come a bit early, and parkings a bit of a problem so preferably come by two wheeler. Overall really great value for money.

Here Waiters are in Very Hurry... Ok for quick day's / night's (or a few more, need based) rest while passing through Belgaum & onward to elsewhere. Can certainly can do better with brighter lighting in the common passages instead of dinghy lighting. Amazing south Indian food. For years we ordered food for our boutique Nnazaquat , from Uday Bhavan and we were never ever disappointed. Piping hot idlis with the tastiest of sambar and chutney, amazing crisp vada, upma, sheera... you name it and they were sure to satisfy your palate!

Good quality home cooked kind meals, but the service is a bit slow as it is a college canteen. Otherwise the nature of staff is great and great price for good food.

The food here is worth the money you spend. I am a tomato omelette enthusiast and the one served here is at par other places that boast of their excellence at it. Mosaru Vade is a drool worthy addition to your order and the only regret will be you paying the bill and not be able to have one more mosaru Vade! Have had their poori offerings on other occassions and thali hasn't changed in years which is what every 90s (not sure when it was established though- apni aankhein khuli woh saamne khade the) person will have in their memories with their parents having thali once in a while! But the biggest issue still haunting the visitors is parking. If you are car rider then may Ganesha bless you with a parking slot near to the restaurant. (One star down only because of it)

Good and hygenic food. You order anything it's good. We had idli, dosa, puri, upma all good taste.. They have some sweets on counter like the sweet that has Kalakan taste.

I ate the worst dosa in my life.. They called it benne dosa.. I asked waiter whats that benne dosa, he said it is the special one.. So i ordered that.. But it was the worst dosa in my life.. The sambhar and chutney also not good.. They just added extra butter on that.. Aaloo sabzi was not tasty.. Plzz maintain ur quality..

It is a restaurant and not hotel. Best for in town for great vegetarian food and service. Highly recommend उडीद wada, uttapam, pooribhaji and Kashaya tea.

Not worth the prices. We ordered Thali for lunch and the quantities were very less. Especially rice. At the same price we get better quality and quantity even at Bengaluru which is considered a costly place
