The WORST experience that one can get. The staff lack basic required etiquettes on how to talk to people. I went here with my wife. The staff at the reception asked for our ID proofs and we gave them our respective adhaar cards. The person at the reception by name Arjun asked for our marriage certificates instead. We did not have our registration certificate & hence he bluntly declared that we are unmarried & he denied room to us. Pathetic way to talk to guests. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. A zero star is what they deserve.

Terrible and arrogant service. Because we were a couple of hours early, he asked for 2500 rs extra for early check in for a single room. We mentioned that we are travelling a long distance with a baby and a person with surgery done on the leg to make some arrangements. They insisted that they cant give another extra minute outside the 24 hr check in check out period. They didn't mention about a common bathroom to freshen up untill the end to get us to check in early. Such a bad hospitality experience for a "top end" hotel.

This is the only available Hotel at this area. The Bridge restaurant at this Hotel is heavily understaffed. They take lot of time to serve your orders. It would be better if they have more staff inside the Kitchen for cooking and also for serving the food. Rooms are generally clean but the bathroom could have been better. The waterflow at the bathroom was very low. I feel that they definitely need more staffs to run the restaurant smoothly.

Good food. Nice ambience. Courteous staff. Good gender diversity in the team. Wondering why then there is not enough of footfall. Have been frequenting this place for quite some years now, but they were consistent.

This is my second stay at keshav Clark Inn for business trip ...the rooms are good now better than previous . They clean on regular basis ... I am comfortable with the stay....

Very bad mentained, for drivers they not having seprate washrooms and which they given those are attatched with bar so not clean, if we go and ask they will not response, totaly worst

The hotel are good from outside only. If you chk online the rates are change and when you are walk in and ask about charges the rates are different. And the rooms are horrible condition AC not working properly. When we asked 4-5 times about AC not working properly, after that we asked to changed the room. But, after change the room. The problem is same. We inform the manager about the issue. He is saying it our fault. But, the problem is same. They arrange a fan in AC room but they are charges for AC room. Please let me know what should I do?. I have pay a AC room but helpless. Please check once before you got the room if you are coming to this particular hotel. Keshav clark's INN. Thank you so much. We went for the backside restorent Service was not really great. I belive front Clarks inn might be good .please check this only for food and drinks. The service was not friendly one . Also they always says no to get anything you order

I was here with my family for dinner, taste is very poor ( chicken wasn’t fresh at all) and price is very high . Complained about the taste to manager. Let’s see if they take any action and make difference.

There food is not up to the standards. Service is good Update 2: 10-04-2023 We visited. Group of 20 people for their restaurant. This time surprisingl6the food was good infact I would rate 4star for the food. But the staff and manager is rude arrogant and not service oriented now. Obviously not everyone but we faced the issue with the person at the cash counter and one of the service guy. Rates have been increased so expensive 2.5 stars for pricing 1 star for service

Clean and well maintained rooms. The let down was the complimentary breakfast. The food was below average and the staff kept on asking our room number multiple times. Looks like were concerned about non-guests reading their food, which is understandable but each and every staff should not ask the same question before serving food.

Good rooms,with ample space to keep luggage,good food, service,clean beds. Ample space for car parking.On the Hubli Gadag high way...

I stayed in 108 . Breakfast was good. The locking system in my room was rather clumsy. More green vegetables be added to menu of lunch and dinner. A good place stay and visit ancient Jain and Hindu monuments.

This was a hidden gem in Gadag with neat, tidy rooms, had options to make ones one tea coffee. Hotel was on the main road with free parking. There were lot of options in breakfast menu from fruit juices, paratha & curry, vada, idly, upma, eggs on order, sabudana kheer etc. Service was super excellent & there were lot of lunch ,& dinner options. On the whole highly recommended if one wants to spend the day visiting Gadag temples, Lakkundi & Banashankari.

Very good hotel at gadag..a special mention about their restaurant which had very good veg food for breakfast and lunch..also would wish to mention the hospitality showered to us (like family) when we had food at their restaurant..

Hotel was class, but the service is poor. Most often its miscommunication or the staff does it purposeful. There are some who put in effort. Thanks to The GM, MR. RAMCHANDRA who was very kind and diligent in taking timely action helping me out to stick to my schedule for the day.

Excellent Stay with clean and comfort rooms. I stayed here for a night to explore some beautiful places in Gadag. I highly recommend you guys to check out this hotel. The food is very decent and worth the money. The quality of service is highly appreciable

It's a good hotel in gadag, but there are some technical issues daily and due to low waitres etc. They are unable to provide good services.

No doubt that hotel is good , but issue is about the management about their thinking , When me and my friends , 2 boys and 2 girls went to hotel , they denied to give room although we all are 21+ and we provided the id proofs still they said we didn’t allow couples together. No law in a country denies unmarried couples and friends to stay in hotel . They need work on their thinking,
