Good distribution of shops, restaurants and cafes .... but the parking lot is too small... u will park in the street and walk back to the mall .... by the way, it is not a mall as the exact definition of mall , it is like a large building with open and covered space here and there in front of the German Jordanian university

A complex with a variety of shops located in front of the German Jordanian University , contains alot of supporting services for the University students ( housing bank of Jordan , a stationary shop ) in addition to alot of restaurants and cafes ( buffalo wings and rings , saj , snack and shrank and alot more ).

It’s not a shopping center nor a mall, it’s more like a food court with a very small supermarket and a library for students. The restaurants are good quality but expensive, only one restaurant called ‘Snack & Shrack’ that has good prices.

A small shopping center currently with multiple restaurants and coffee shops open. Parking is available and location is good. Since it is opposite to a university, expect it to be busy during day time.

I didn't go inside but passed by the place which catched my attention. I appreciate having such a nice place close to the JGU far away from the city of Madaba. It's the good place for the students and tutors or visitors.
