Good amount of people visit this kfc 💜 located at first floor at Providence mall ! Later evening this place seems crowded. The food ordered is delivered very fast ⏩. The kfc quality is well maintained here!! Fast billing process. Paytm / upi accepted here .

We had a great experience here whenever we go to Providence mall we used to have in kfc. Our all time favourite place. Those who looks for best kfc chicken this branch has one of the best tasty fries. We have tried all their varities of chicken and tried thier new briyani box. Briyani we can try once but not tasty as like other items. Wings,mojito and popcorn chicken are my personal favourites. They have more crowd but they dint took more time to serve us. They are quite fast. Overall veryyy good place.

This kfc serves the best Chicken among all other kfcs in Pondicherry. The chicken here is very tasty and crispy. And the staff behaviour is also nice.

Good response ! Good ambience... The staffs are very kind next here comes about the major term "FOOD" as always it's same as all the KFC ! Even the theme was good for photo shoot when we hangout with friends 😜 !!!! I love the LARGER , actually it's worth for money and makes us complete . Meanwhile I don't prefer rice over here , I don't like the rice bowl !!!!! I prefer krushers than coke over here .. overall it's fine for snacking up ! Thanks for reading completely 😊

Very bad experience asusual. Not opening 2 billing counters Forcing people to go to self check out Delayed orders French fries were not ready Fries did not come to table till we finished our meal. Poor. Pathetic. 👍

Ambience is good and automatic kiosk for ordering seems well placed. Chive wise and add on service wise lacks other city KFC. could have been better in taste/ fillings

Worst meal ever had. The chicken longer burger was half done without lettuce & other toppings it was only onion with mayonnaise. Esp the meat inside was half cooked & it was so hard like a stone inside. I shud mention about the fries 🍟 this is the first time where that chef failed to fry the potatoes properly seems like an old one. All I ordered is chicken longer burger with fries & choco lava. I had only the choco lava & those 2 strips remaining into the dustbin🤮waste of money.

This shop already has a name created by it for long.They serve variety of burgers,fried chicken,smoked chicken,rice bowls,desserts and drinks.Their new launches - rolls and longers are nit that great.Sometimes,they keep special new launches which last for 3 month during which they serve dishes like doubledown burger, chizza, zinger pro etc.The place is quite crowded .Service is good and food is tasty

This kfc is loosing its actual kfc taste.. Uncooked., not flavoured.. Long waiting list.. Unclean area.. No workers to clean and make next customer to sit comfortably. Taste needs to be checked else.. Just. Because its in mall. People are. Going.. Slowly they will. Also stop.. Better not to go until they change

Try chicken roll ! The Taste i can't able to say it in words....wow ! Despite, the chicken roll is good. the popcorn chicken is not good as expected..& not crispy too......... .

really very dissapointed in KFC ... the quantity of food was very low for the price..here lava cake was very smaller than the other shops its 99rs but not worth coke and fries are combo pack 99rs that's also the same low quantity but high price... its not worth

KFC Puducherry is a nice restaurant with enough seating space and beaitiful ambience. The staff here is very polite, soft spoken with smiling face. Like other KFC around India or USA its self service here also but if you are seating here and miss your order no. staff patiently takes your order to your table. I ordered 2 piece smoky grilled, 2Chicken Longer, 1 Alphonso Burst, 1 Large Pepsi and Fries. I paid through paytm so got ₹43 cashback and 1 mini burst free. Order got ready in10 minutes. Smoky Grilled was perfectly grilled with fresh chicken leg pieces. Chicken Longer was also tasty with fresh bun and fried chicken pieces. Alphonso burst was yummy with mango flavour and ice crushed in it. Pepsi was cold and Fries were fresh. Free Mini burst was also tasty.

Great ambience nice place to hangout with friends and family. I personally like this place than kfc in MG Road.

Never expected such a worst food quality from KFC, ordered crispy chicken bucket from zomato at 1:30pm. received completely cold food, looks like they have prepared in the morning, I think they don't care about online customers...

KFC, simply soooooo goooood just like their tagline. The chicken is fresh and juicy and fried to it's best. All items are carefully tested and made. It's just too good. Everything is a must try there.

Food was served pretty quick but this particular KFC branch’s quantity was lesser compared to other KFC branches I’ve tried. Especially Popcorn Chicken Rice Bowl.

I ordered a zinger box meal ,Medium popcorn and two piece smoky grill.When i started eating popcorn it was good then i tried chicken wings which comes with zinger meal.It was the worst wings i ever had.I got a raw smell when I had the first bite.I continued to eat.I can see the raw blood inside the chicken.Both the wings is bad.I attached the pictures of wings with blood.Im afraid to eat the remaining food.Providence mall kfc pondicherry (27/01/2021)

Tasty food

Taste is different compared to what I eat at Hyderabad. Not sure if KFC tastes differ from state to state or it's just a bad chef job. Ordered chicken popcorn and French fries, they tasted more salty and less spicy.

Very very bad customer service in billing just one only billing counter working lot of people waiting lot of time not to maintenance
