Comparatively the value-addition (prices) are better than other jewellery shops as claimed. But the workmanship is very poor and there are not many varieties to choose from. No car parking facility is available hence we have to park our vehicle somewhere at the end of the Nehru Street and walk back. They should arrange for the valet parking facility for the customer convenience.

The service is very nice. Friendly staffs. Especially your staff named Prabavathi, she is very kind and nice person explained about different collections and showed more design. She has helped us a lot. Really a good service. Thanks to Prabavathi.

Product and designs are very good. Customer handling is very nice. We have buy the jewells routinely. The sales executive person uthayakumari handling customer is good.

We have been purchasing with Lalitha for quite some years now. The wastage for designs is nominal. So everytime we visit the shop, we look for this sales person called, Nirmala. She is completely humble and gives u all possible suggestions to choose the right design that we are looking for. She helped us pick the right savings scheme and also updates with the daily gold rates and new schemes. Completely satisfied with her service. P.
