For this clinic, they won the Brand Ambassador award. The doctor's SOP is lacking, if you have to be a specialist from the start, why not say so from the 1/2 meeting? This is the third meeting and I have been told that I have to go to a specialist. I felt like I was being used as an experiment by doctors who were not yet qualified. Time, funds, energy are wasted, dental treatment is not completed. I give 2 stars because the CS service is good, the clinic is clean. Hopefully the management will see this and take it into consideration to improve themselves.

Facilities are ok, place is clean, service is friendly. Snacks and mineral water are provided. We can also see the condition of our teeth on the screen during a check-up with a doctor. However, when booking previously via WhatsApp, you have to fill in complete data (KTP No., TTL, everything) and then when you arrive at the clinic you have to fill in the data again (?) even though you have previously filled it in via WhatsApp. Initially I was a bit concerned that when booking I had to fill in such complete data, which was different from usually booking at a regular clinic. Until there you have to sign on a lot of paper hahaha, the administration is not practical.

I went there for scaling on Oct 25th 2023. Such a nice experience. Facilities are great and clean (There's a small playground). Interior is on point. The staffs are kind and helpful. The doctor is so patient, detailed, skillful and informative. They even use intraoral camera and we are allowed to see it too. Plus, I love their snacks section!
