Me and my friends went shopping today. I don't like the way the employees treat the customer. I bought two T-shirts and came out after the billing was done, the Bill checker at the exit said " Rendu t-shirt vaanguradhuku ithana pera? Osila AC kaathu vaanguradhuku vanthutinga". This is what the bill checking staff said which made me feel very bad. I regularly purchase t-shirts in dmart for the past 2 years but I face this issue for more than a time. Poor customer service especially in the billing area there are more than 10 counters but only 3 counters are available. I have waited there for more than 30 mins for billing.

Excellent place for shopping daily needs groceries toiletries snacks and what not.. Discounts are huge and grocery products are of very good quality…Plastic items kitchenware cutlery stationary are also available… Clothing section needs more items.

This one is a preety big Dmart on the way to Trichi from Dindigul. Has ample parking space. Not crowded at all. Products/ discounts are the same like any other Dmart.

Good place to buy groceries with affordable price and parking area also good only thing sales person are very less not able to ask the required things.

I feel happy about the things that are provided here in DMart One of the major worst problem (probably we face but mainly I face) is billing. It takes very less time to take needed things but takes longer period of time for Billing. I think I may have to bring one more person along with me to stand in billing counter as I continue collecting things.

The shopping space was larger than expected and had ample parking, but the products were somewhat overpriced and misleading. For instance, I came across a 500g packet of cane sugar priced higher than a 1kg packet available elsewhere, despite a buy one get one offer attached to it, which seemed like a clever way to deceive customers. Additionally, I noticed that while items were advertised as highly discounted, the discount was written in bigger and bolder letters compared to the actual price, leading to confusion. I almost picked up a packet of biscuits thinking it was priced at Rs. 25, only to realize that was the discounted price and the actual price was much higher. The store had a limited selection in the vegetable and frozen food sections, and there were fewer billing counters, resulting in crowded lines. The popcorn vending machine and ice cream parlor outside were also overcrowded, with long and chaotic lines. Interestingly, there was a separate line for women, and my wife joined it, only to be informed later by the vendor that there was only one queue for everyone. It would have been helpful if the vendor had clarified this earlier when he saw the line forming. As a result, we decided against buying popcorn, despite our disappointed 3-year-old. Overall, I found other traditional groceries and supermarkets in Dindigul to be more convenient and preferable compared to this one, especially considering its distant location from town.
