Cheating the people with incorrect billing. If you purchase items with long list, they add items which are not purchased or wrong item count, using this they collect about 300 to 500 rupees extra in each bill. When we found that in the bill, they are not accepting, not ready to refund. Either store owner knows about these things and doing it intentionally or there are chances that bill section worker doing this fruad and taking out the items which are billed in our name from the stock for his own use. If it is some technical mistake, they should accept it. Inspite of giving good quality products, this kind of problem and response makes customers unhappy.

Very clean maintenance... vegetables are good, fruits are fresh ...Cost wise not bad,service also good....plz enter expiry dates in groceries and give one carry bag to customers for free cost

The store is neat and maintained. The staff I personally observed was not professional ., however the services at the billing counter is good. Sodexo cards are accepted. A variety can be brought up in the snacks items.

In tiruchengode they give a huge variety of groceries, cosmetics, home kitchen products,stationaries and beverages. Well maintained. They have some dealerships also and supply it in the own town and nearby areas .

Good service. Good products. The coffee available outside the shop is excellent in taste. Sometimes I feel like visiting the shop for the coffee.

We can get all the grocery items. They accept food card. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Please print the expiry date for the items which are packed on your own. Some of the items missing the expiry date. Eg. Sugar , Dhal etc.,

One of the best department stores in tiruchengode. After 8.30, they will not be allowed to purchase products
