    夜中、8ヶ月の娘が大量に嘔吐をした為連絡をしたところ「嘔吐もコロナの症状の一種なので当院では対応できません」と断られてしまいました。熱は無いことを伝えても、助言を求めても、他の病院を探してくれの一点張り。 その後、出産でお世話になった病院に連絡をし、適切なアドバイスをいただき事なき終えました。 いざという時の為にこちらの病院の「24時間365日救急診療」のマグネットを冷蔵庫に貼って備えていましたが、即効で叩き捨てました。 友達の娘もずっとこちらの病院で夏風邪だと診断され続け、セカンドオピニオンで他院を受診したところ肺炎になっており、即入院になりました。 不信感しかありません。

    受付はもちろん,看護師の態度が最低。番号,名前を呼ばれて返事を何度もしているのに,繰り返し呼ばれる。血液検査の際、いろいろ物を落とすのに消毒なしでそのまま使う(怖)などなど、主治医は良い人なのに、通院するたび不快な思いをしています。 通院続けていますが、本日の血液検査の看護師は、針を刺したあとの処置の手伝いを、患者にさせてしまう方でした。もう,笑っちゃいます。そして針を刺した部分に貼る小さいガーゼがズレていてやり直し,そのためまた出血。その後の圧をかけるための絆創膏みたいなやつもズレていました。もうめんどくさいので自分で直しました。自分は我慢できますが,家族は連れて行きたくありません。

    本日、2023.6.26 娘がぐったりしていて40度以上の熱を出しました。 熊谷消防に電話してこちらの病院を案内してもらいました。 電話で診察を拒否されました。 「今日受診されても薬が出されるだけですよ。明日他を受診されたらどうですか?兎に角みれません。」と嫌な感じで言われたのでついつい私が怒ってしまい他の方に対応を変わってもらいました。他の方は丁寧に症状をきいてくださり良かったのですが、何の為の救急外来ですか?子供を心配している親をバカにするような言い方でした!他の方が書かれてる通りです。熊谷総合病院の方が全然良かった。 担当してくれた医師はすごく良い先生でした。次の日別の病院行ったら熱中症でした。熱中症は命に関わります。自分の子供だったら?と考えて発言してください。

    【発熱外来】 行田クリニック裏の駐車場を回りドライブスルー方式です。 1万円が保証金になりますので必ず用意して行って下さい。 8時30分受付開始~9時から検査問診開始。 しかし8時15分に着くと受付はしてくれました。 受付で渡された番号をフロントガラスに貼ります。 自分は受付開始の15分前に行ったので2番目でした。 月曜日と混む日では在りますが受診は午前を9時を若干遅れスタート。 PCR検査とインフルエンザ検査両方希望なら受けられます。 検査が終えると誘導員の方に案内されて駐車場で待機。 私の場合2番目でしたが、検査結果が出るまで1時間20分程車の中で待たされました。 トイレも仮説のプレハブ小屋に有り自由に使えます。 結果は問診票に書いた電話にかかって来て、検査した裏側に案内されます。 (中学生以下は小児医療として別の場所に案内されます。) ドライブスルーですが診察と検査結果は車を降りて室内で医師に伝えられます。 診察が終わると再度車で待機して5~10分待ち処方箋を看護師さんに貰い←この時に保証金の1万円を渡します。 受診から一週間後以降にお金は帰って来ますが再度行田クリニックに行き返金してもらいます。 【行田クリニック】 何度か行きましたが行田クリニックの受付は人により対応が違います。 呼吸器内科を受診しようと思った所一時間半待たされて先生が午前は予約で一杯で受診出来ない、午後来ても早く来ないと予約が多いので受診は待つのが長い”と言われて事実上の受診を受けれませんでした。 体調悪いのに行ってるのに受付が医師の予定も知らず医師が来たら確認って有り得ないです! 結局喘息の発作が有ったので別の病院に行きました。 内科の受診は検査無ければ1時間も有れば終わります。

    発熱外来に対する怒り。 私も病院の対応に怒り狂った1人です。 色々調べまくったので怒り狂った人はコチラもお読みください。理由を理解して怒りが鎮れば幸いです。 まず、発熱外来の意義は院内感染を防止するためです。 もう少し詳しく書きます。 我々、人類はコロナという恐ろしい病気により地球規模でたくさんの大切な人を亡くしました。 厚労省はそうした過ちを2度と犯さないためにまず感染防止のトリアージとして、発熱外来を設けるよう指標をだした。そこで院内に入れるものと入れないものを区別する仕組みを設けた。 そこで対応を誤ると、人から人へと爆発的に感染し、恐れていた院内感染がおき、医師・看護師・その家族も感染。(医療崩壊)体力のない入院患者も下手すれば亡くなってしまうリスクさえある。 こういう説明を政府はきちんとCMなどで周知すればいいものを省くから各医療機関に不平不満が寄せられる。 発熱外来は、仮に熱が無くても咳・痰・頭痛など風邪の症状があれば全て発熱外来に該当するので要注意です。 発熱外来で陽性(熱あり)と判定された場合は、残念ながら触診とかの診察はほぼせずに(命に関わる症状の場合は別)薬のみ処方というところが大半です。 ようは、人と人との接触すらもリスクと捉えるからです。目に見えないウィルスですから当然ですよね。 前にも書きましたが医師が感染すれば看護婦、患者に感染が進むのは時間の問題だからです。 ただし、病院によってはコロナでもないインフルでもない陰性だったとしても院内に入れるのはNGとしている病院もあるので注意が必要です。 よって、院内に入れるのは風邪症状がない人しか入れないのが実情です。(怪我とか脚が痛いとかね) 辛い時、人間は自分だけのことや家族のことしか見えなくなってしまうのも理解できるが、医療機関を支える人外も命懸けだということを念頭において受診してください。 ※おまけ※発熱外来は1人診察すると約13000円の補助が国から医療機関に支払われます。短時間で効率よく回せばかなーり儲かりますなぁー。

    小児科、発熱外来でお世話になりました。子供が入院が必要となった際は早急に入院先を手配してくださいました。小児科の先生や看護師はいつも優しく丁寧に対応してくださいます。私が発熱外来を受診した際も手際よく対応していただけました。支払いは後日なので当日は預り金として1万円があれば良いみたいです。コロナの検査から診察まで親切に行っていただけました。

    発熱と数日間で全身に広がった発疹で、辛くなり、救急搬送されました。 コロナが陰性だったので、入院出来ました。救急担当のドクターはまあまあでしたが、翌日主治医となった内科のドクターは当たりでした。救急外来で出ていた転院の話も帳消しにして、この病院で最後まで診てくれる方針になったので手間もなく済みました。皮膚科のドクターを呼んで下さり、薬疹との診断でした。 看護師さんも大部分が親切な人ばかり。たまに、何この人?という人がいても、大部分の良さがカバーしています。 事務の職員さん、薬剤師さん、親切な方ばかり。 重箱の隅をつつけば色々あれど、命を預けられる病院だと思いました。

    初診の際、受付から診察、会計までの流れをもう少し丁寧に説明してくれるとありがたいのですが。会計に自動支払機を使うのであれば、診察後にわざわざ会計受付をする必要のないシステムにすべきではなかったのかと思っていました。さらに、患者が指定する薬局に処方箋をWebで送れるともっと便利な気がしました。 職員の方の対応はとても親切でした。

I can't breathe due to rhinitis and asthma-like symptoms, so I called the doctor to see if they were open even on Sundays, and there was a risk of infection, but the woman who answered the phone was wonderful. First, they don't just ask you about your symptoms, they ask you things like what month, day, and time you had your fever. It's no good in the evening. A precise time is required to determine whether the patient can be examined. Is a flu test necessary? When asked, if you answer either way, they will answer that it will be the doctor's decision. of course. Why did you ask? Then, the subject returns to the question and I am asked again what month, day, and time I had my fever. Oh, is this a loop? Are you a doctor? Was this a telephone consultation? At this point, you can tell from the phone that the woman answering the phone is irritated. What is this guy? Why are you doing this job? Of course, it is painful to have symptoms, and there are probably very few households that measure and record the temperature and symptoms every hour when the person has symptoms.     The worst hospital not only in Saitama but all over Japan. My 7-year-old daughter was sick, and I had to wait for almost 5 hours at the parking lot area. Afterwards, they told me that the doctor could or i say WANT to communicate in Japanese only. The nurses insist that the Dr. doesn’t want a translator or anything I asked them if it’s okay that I use the translator because my Nihongo is not perfect. She told me No and if I want just go back tomorrow because they are running out of time. The staff was dismissive and didn't seem to care about the patients' well-being. The waiting area was crowded and uncomfortable, some patients waiting inside their car. The facilities were outdated, adding to the overall unpleasant experience. The worst part was the lack of communication and transparency from the hospital staff, leaving me and my sick child feeling neglected and frustrated. It's disappointing when healthcare institutions fail to provide timely assistance and communication that meets patients' needs. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone needing medical care in Saitama especially for foreigners. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. It's essential for medical professionals to provide equal and quality care to every patient, regardless of their background. Zero stars for me, but I have no choice. I need to rate this hospital as 1 star instead of zero.
