Finally found a refreshing place I was looking for! Hotel Ceasars palace. We have just entered the Cleopatra launch, it was a sight to behold and is quite appealing. The staff treated us very well. We have acquired some refreshing beverages along with fish fingers. The side dish comprising of salads and peanut fry was delectable. The interior was enhanced with a variety of colors and the seating provides an magnifying view. This hotel is an ideal place for refreshment for all types of genres. I strongly recommend it to all of them.

Have been staying here for so many days now for my work and I have to say.. Such a gorgeous neat and tidy hotel in Thodupuzha truly felt like a blessing since I had to be here for a long time. Very pleasant and well behaved staffs. Stay is amazing. Special appreciation for the neatness they maintain. I wish I could give them 5 stars but the only drawback I found was there isn’t a 24*7 room service facility at least for basic needs like tea and coffee or some quick bites like sandwich. I had to leave for my work everyday at 6:30 am and there was no option to at least get a tea or some milk for my kid In the morning coz the room service starts only by 7:30 am. If they could avail room service 24*7 with A very basic menu then that would be great for people like me when we visit next time. 😊

It is good place to hangout with families and your loved ones... They will love it... Great ambiance and peaceful effect.. Good services... Rooms will give you a luxurious feeling

We stayed 2 days in the Hotel. From day one am trying to reach the house keeping and room service but vein. I made the requirement done through contacting reception. But not getting the room service and housekeeping on call is not good for a star rated hotel group. And the second day of stay the hotel suppose to replace all the amenities like towels, complimentary tea/ coffee making units, bathroom utilities like tooth brush, soap and related package. In short have to be like a new Room for the second day. That’s what I see the places which I stay before. But unfortunately that not happened. I asked them to clear but they made only to show we did something. So as a frequent Traveller I suggest you to keep eye on that as the formal customers will notice this things. Staffs are friendly. Food is very good Enough parking space No extra activities like spa, health club, pool not available. But overall one of the best option in Thodupuzha

Room was neat and clean. Food was a bit pricey but hygienic. Service was good. Not so kid friendly as there are some sharp edges in the room. Complimentary breakfast had only two options, either dosa or poori. Further, breakfast was served only by 8am. Could have been served a little earlier, as normally hotels start serving by around 7:30am.

Very Good experiences we have had during our stay there. Wish the hotel provided a few more vegetarian options. The staff is overworked. They r very hardworking people So give them time to freshen up & Do their Duties in a more relaxed manner. U could add a few more staff members... otherwise those who r now working so diligently Will suffer Fatigue. Be Kinder to All the staff...Pay them well.. make them a little more happy. Happy people work better & make The Ambience & Atmosphere of the Hotel more lively. It would be nice to see happy faces . Makes the guests happy too...

Review regarding the dinner we had recently. General ambience is great chairs are cozy and the restaurant staff are helpful but the food is really horrendous. Hot and sour chicken soup was extremely salty. Biriyani and fried rice didn't had any flavor. Chilly beef I had the other day was rubbery and undercooked too. I was that the price has increased slightly but the hike is 25%+ ( biriyani in menu is rs 190 real price is 250 ).You can get away with these kind of food in cheap roadside hotels but when you are charging 250+ for each one of the dishes at least try to serve palatable food.

Good hotel to stay with family nice staffs and. Good location and parking place I recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

Our two day stay was elevated by the service of the quick staff. Their breakfast had very limited but delicious options. Located in the middle of town with access to amenities close.

The restaurant needs some finishing work done to the walls. Food is really great and amazing. They should take care of the maintenance work inside the restaurant. I prefer if family restaurant can be isolated from the bar area.

Open restaurant is a failure!! Ordered chicken tikka. Received a bunch of over cooked chicken with charcoal taste. Informed the waiter the same . But he said the chef informed him that this is the taste!!! Very poor 😪 Disappointed

Myself, my mother, one of my friends and his mother together went there, to have a look at the jewellery display conducted there ,in the first floor, by Sunny Diamonds.The staff at the reception desk of the hotel was kind, and patient and attend to our queries about the display and showed us in.The Sunny diamonds staff were delighted to show us the newest collection of diamond jewellery.Our mother did the shopping as we friends, walked about at the first floor chit-chatting and sightseeing. The first floor had nice scenic view. It was very relaxing afternoon .Unfortunately, we didn't get to taste the food, enjoy the rooms and service.Overall , a satisfactory experience.

One of the 4 star hotels in Thodupuzha. A big enough hotel. Have enough parking space and the surroundings are clean and neat. Humble and polite staffs and management. They are always at your service and does their job quickly on demand. Indoors are also well arranged. Resturant food is also good and tasty, but is definitely pricey. The restaurant restrooms are also clean, but it doesn't seem to be ventilated properly, such that there's some odour in the wash area. I recently attended a wedding reception here. The hall, which is in the 1st floor has a seating capacity of hundred people. If there is less people than that then you may arrange the food inside the hall itself, else they will shift it to the restaurant based on the necessity. Conducting such a program here doesn't felt that costly, they only charge you for the food per person and not any for the hall. But I felt the food not to be that good when ordered in bulk quantity.

It's probably the best place I've ever been Good vibe, great atmosphere , you have plenty of space for parking Indoor and outdoor are provided Well at the time I'm there I got poor service maybe it's my timing but still it's their obligation to serve us but they failed in that while I'm there it took them 5min to get me a glass of water ... Nice place, very good service. Ebin, the guy who served us was really professional and helpful. We came in as a group of 5 guys, we all are very happy with the service, food and beverages.

Good and neat rooms. Good room service. They immediately arranged a mechanic to repair my car when I locked the key inside my car accidentally. There is a evening food court outside with fresh food. There is also a Bar.

Best location with all the facilities around you. The staff at the hotel make you feel at home and take good care of you at all the time. Delicious food with a great chief who prepares the dish individually based on your taste. Major thanks to Mr. Dass who’s in charge and made our stay even more convenient.

We went there for a family gettogether. so the review is basically on the restaurant . Nice location, easily accessible. the restaurant is well arranged and great ambience. The food was really good especially chilly chicken as starter. The pork roast was exceptional and they serve good biriyani too. the service is really good and overall nice experience.
