One among the best Fitness club in Thodupuzha town. They have a lot of equipments but the fees can be affordable by everyone. Trainers are available. Its one of the best place to build for body. There are almost all the equipments available. Clean and tidy place.

A nice place to start your fitness journey with. Location- above central Bank of India , and Muthoot finance. It is a non a/c gym.Has most of the equipments for weight training. Less cardio equipments.Has a very good trainer- Shameer ikka.You get the best guidance about diet and exercise. There are many champs training there. People who go for competitions are Justin chettan, Hisham ikka etc. It is a quite friendly atmosphere A great ambience and vibe with music surround. It is a heaven on Earth for me.I train 2 to 3 hours a day.I love the vibe and place.Monthly fees Rs.700.
