Customer service could be improved. I had lunch from the restaurant and ordered juice with it. I ordered biriyani and it was average. The juice which they brought was having a bad taste so I just had 2 sips. Informed the staff and the reaction was it was very fresh and there is no chance. They are not giving importance to customer feedback or customer satisfaction. The price of the juice was not refunded. One thing worth a mention is during the entire time, the behaviour of staff was courteous.

Very good and wonderfull place it has two restaurants with all styles food like chicken soop, porotta, chicken curry, egg curry, matton curry, shavarma, shavayi etc, and different types of juices including lime(food which i love). And there is a hotel too for living and the price of a room is so cheap and wonderfull facilities. And has a very big parking area and the interior of hotel is cooled with air conditioning. Every staff is comfort for evryone and the area is cleaned. It is very very beautiful place and has garden. Everyone should come here for a day in this residency for a day eat and for living. Dont worry about price And all things is so cheap price.you will see the residency like a dream. I loved this 'saugandhika residency'

I loved it to core because I never expected anything like this in Haripad itself. The foremost thing is the hut shaped patio setting which will make the experience far more exciting.
