Honestly, i dont know where to start as there are so many good things about this clinic. This is actually my first ever dental treatment. So at first i had no idea which is the best dental clinic in Shillong, so before coming to Floss i had already visited three or four dental clinics but my heart didnt felt like getting my treatment in those clinics 😄 so i googled and came to know about Floss and after reading the many reviews about Floss and also about Dr. Phin i finally visited Floss and Dr Phin and it was my best decision. It was my two years treatment in Floss and every single time i visit Floss i just dont regret my decision. Dr. Phin is really sweet, friendly and patient. I had to visit her many times since i had many doubts and questions regarding to regarding my treatment 😬 but she has always been really nice and was always ready to explain again the procedure involved and help me in making the right decision.She describes every thing in detail and gives you only the best which is needed.The staffs are also really really sweet and friendly and honestly now in these two years every time i meet them i feel like i'm meeting my friends 😁 The ambience is also great . I highly highly recommend Floss. You surely won't regret it .

Well, first off let me tell you about the cleanliness of the clinic, the professionalism of the work staff there and the cool and calm atmosphere surrounding a rather daunting experience for some who have a dentistry phobia Or a fear of doctors all together. This clinic was recommended to me by my brother, I was skeptical at first though but after experiencing it myself first hand, I am happy. My mother was next to follow suit, she loves the same as has been mentioned above and apart from that, she loves the decor, the soft spoken demeanour of the Doctor attending herher (Dr. Chyne) her professionalism and most importantly how prompt she was when it came to time! I cannot stress how much I appreciate the value of time that the Doctor has!Appointments were always on the dot. The Doctor there is highly recommended, so much so, that she has become the Doctor to my whole "khandan". I highly recommend this clinic and the Doctor there!
