This
is
going
to
be
a
long
one…checked
in
early,
everything
was
good
,
it
was
clean,
no
smell,
house
keeping
was
available
to
make
any
changes
with
sheets
if
we
wanted.
On
returning
later
that
evening
there
wasn’t
light
in
Kumba,
behold
the
hotel
didn’t
have
electricity
as
well.
C’mon
this
is
one
of
the
main
reasons
for
coming
to
a
hotel
,
the
comfort
and
24/7
electricity.
They
Didn’t
turn
on
the
generator
not
because
they
don’t
have
but
they
were
trying
to
be
economical
leaving
their
guest
in
the
dark
and
heat.
The
following
morning,
my
mom
went
to
the
reception
complained
bitterly
before
they
could
turn
on
the
generator
,
it
was
then
they
told
us
there’s
even
an
Elevator.
Apparently
normal
electricity
voltage
can’t
work
with
it
so
when
we
checked
in
they
didn’t
mention
making
us
climb
3
stories
up
with
bags.
Making
up
for
all
this,
they
offered
free
breakfast
for
one
person
cause
it’s
usually
breakfast
just
for
one.
In
conclusion,
they
have
good
customer
service
but
are
just
been
economical.
