Worst experience!!. Kindly be advised, either family or individual Stay, refrain booking any rooms from this hotel. Rooms were dirty and bugs all over our beds. We just thought of changing and vacating, even that we cannot do because it's dust and bugs everywhere. When complained regarding this, the receptionist or any personnel were not even tried to hear anything we say. At last after for 45 minutes of misery, we left and found an alternative.

I had no big choice left since I reached early morning, so I rented the room for a days stay. Akward room, Western Closet flush not working, Geyser working but no hot water output. TV available in room but will not display picture. Poor room service. Online payment mode not available. Only Cash paid. Paytm available but we should not pay using it. Rs. 950 / day is worthless. Very old Lift but works luckily. 😋

This hotel was booked by online for all of us for just one night for a wedding. Trust me this is worst ever hotel I have been to and the luxurious pictures they have put up here is completely fake. Their maintenance quality is so poor that words cannot probably describe the experience of my stay. As soon as I stepped into my room, the floor itself was so dirty that it forced me to think a hundred times whether to enter the room or not? We had to let the reception know that room is extremely untidy and request someone to come and clean the room. Finally one attendant comes with a bucket and a mop and a broomstick which would make you think that they cleaning process is going to be good. But to my utter surprise the only think he does is hurriedly sweeps the room for less than 5 mins and leaves even without mopping it. So from this you can understand what type of cleanliness would be done by that attendant. I couldn't step down without my slippers on and on the day of wedding, me and my wife had to climb up on the bed to wear our respective outfits because you can't think of letting those really costly robes touch this filthy floor. Luckily we did not carry any jewellery, I had forgotten about them completely and was feeling bad throughout my journey but upon seeing this room I was relieved of my disappointment. The mirror they have in the room doesn't give you any details of your reflection at all. Forget about getting dressed up and applying make - up. The restroom cannot be described at all. You would think probably a million times before using it and the water that comes in the tap smells like drainage water.(also drainage water came out from bathroom) We had to get packed water bottles to even wash our face. Bedspreads and pillow covers were torn . Luckily I had carried my bed sheets to spread them over their bedspreads. We were disgusted to see the condition of this place and so annoyed at their maintenance that we are all trying to get out of the hotel and go anywhere possible to avoid coming back to our rooms. This is the Hell on Earth.I Even wont recommend this Hotel to my great enemies.. Please have a look my pictures. Very very poor bed pillow curtain floor washroom everything. Guys If u look for 300 rupees to save then u may loose ur health. Disgusting place thats all.

Budget friendly...suitable for family...they give us room with 3+2 bed just rs1500/-.very friendly especialy the lady in receptoin. Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻

Price is reasonable. But rooms not even sweeped properly - full of dust.Bathroom flush is not working and not cleaned properly. Lift is the old model and not in the working condition. We were locked inside it and we got tensed a lot and it's delayed to reach the railway station. At last receptionist and helpers helped us to come out from the lift. I never recommend this room to anyone - becoz it's not cleaned up and it will create the chances of spreading diseases.Tv will not work in rooms. I got to know abt this after paying money only.

Very worst hotel to stay I will never prefer to anyone. We had worst experience. 1. Don't look the website pictures and I was opposite to reality 2. No room service, if we call also they won't come 3. TV is there but no cable connection 4. Horrible toilet 5. Toilet doors are damaged 6. Bed cover pillow are dirty 7. Fan is there but not working properly even power cut problem 8. Dirty water to bath 9. No floor mate & floor also dirty 10. Rats problem 1. Don't think to save money to book this hotel and it was foolishness and your health also will spoil

The hotel has ample parking space. The lobby is good. Rooms are just okay. But appliances like telephone or air conditioning may not work. Customer needs to check everything before settling down. The linen needs a through make over. and it's good. Room service is available but there's no restaurant attached. Proximity to bus stand is an advantage.

As the hotel is near to bus stand people prefer to book this hotel but for family is not suitable as they have shops n the same complex. Inside the rooms its worst u wont find the flash in toliet only one bucket and one cup will be ther u need to use same for both toliet and bath. Bed will be ridiculous to sleep for small snap also n bedsheet looks like new one but it has been washed one month back. Near by there many hotel dont think 200rs or 300rs more their many good hotel around the bus stand. Many visit this place to holy trip around the Kumbakonam. So chose wise habmve happy n safe stay.
