Really really disappointed i never suggest to any one. No one is good not serve the starters live counter is not responsible no refill the deserts. No stone cold ice creams. My rating 0/100. Even 475rs is wasted not worth for the money in 50% offer also. They not even give the starter properly. Only a good thing is cake cutting. (Don't believe the YouTube review)

Theee worst place. Don't go foods are v bad and in startes,if you ask for chicken or panner they will take 10 mins to bring. Plates and spoons are not washed properly. Total waste of money.

This restaurant is on the 6th floor and its entrance is just behind the reliance super market. This restaurant has a valet parking option, but one must make sure the correct turn just after the signal is taken, else one has to take another 1km to the nearest roundabout and come back to the correct place. As far as I've noticed the restaurant is having 50% off on dine in on almost all the days except on Sundays. The cost for both veg and non veg is the same. Once we enter the restaurant we are offered a reserved seat followed by a welcome drink and Pani Puri plate. After this process we get the starters served to the table along with barbeques. Later we briefed about the main course which were mostly self serve type, and there was a live kitchen where there seemed to have only quite limited stuff like dosa, roti, pasta and a few more. Coming to the deserts part, there are close to 6-10 items placed and there is a counter where they prepare roll ice cream of our choice. There is also a mocktail counter which is additionally charged. There is a dedicated play area for the kids, and similarly for the adults they have VR experience (around 2-3 mins per person and more if it is not crowded). The taste of the food was okayyish but the quantity (unlimited) is worth the cost paid. Similarly one thing I noticed was the plates were not well cleaned, so one has to take a tissue and wipe it hard to make sure it looks clean. On a whole this restaurant can be tried once or for the ones who ever feel really hungry and are ready to eat anything/everything at low cost. This is a restaurant which will best suit the office parties, birthday parties and friends meetups (because they have a huge dine-in place which can occupy at least 100-150 people on the go.

Wonderful experience today, we gathered for my daughter birthday, food, service, finally cake cutting with birthday song and all staff cheers made our day so special and memorable

WORST PLACE !!! *Very unclean ,sticky plates and cutlery. *Uncooked paneer and mushrooms. *Chewy noodles and pasta. *Dirty baby chairs. *Tasteless and improperly cooked food. *Deserves negative points but giving zero as there is no minus stars. *Broken balls and broken floor in play area. *Smelly washrooms & handwash area. * Wash basins filled with vomit. After giving all these feedbacks, they offered a free drink.

Visited here on 17th Nov 2023 This is the best place available at this rate in madurai. If you want premium have to visit "Barbeque nation" Service: Service is average not that well organized and they are giving first priority to north indian touristers and foreigners and mannin mainthargal at last. Food : Better avoid welcome drink. Mutton was not served and requested them to serve since its mentioned in their list of menu and fortunately we were served after it was given to the first class customers for who i mentioned earlier. But the thing is it was too salty and same was informed to them no good response 😁. Birthday cake: We wanted to celebrate the birthday of the person who visited with us and same informed to the servers but unsurprisingly and as expected the birthday cake was served and celebrated only for the first class customers. Hats off to you guys 😀 Parking: Its complicated you cannot come through service road so have to go further and make u turn in the single way road. Dedicated parking available but looks like garbage area. Rest everything good.

I went there last Sunday and I had the worst experience there . Food quality is too poor Most chicken and mutton are very old and unhygienic. They were very hesitant to give ice cream and dosa from the live counter.waste of money. Don't go there. And the main disadvantage is communication with waiters because they all are North Indians and they didn't properly know tamil and English. It's very difficult to understand what they are saying.

We tried dinner on last month. Food like cheese potatoes,crispy corn & White sauce pasta was too good apart from this there was nothing good to taste. Chicken Dum briyani there is no chicken pieces, pizza (not look like pizza) Barbecue chicken, fish & prawn looks like half cooked and they didn't clean it properly. Most of the dishes which they mentioned in menu was missing when they serve and If we ask they didn't give proper answer. During the dinner time many people fight with the incharge of the restaurant and complaint about food & service. We didn't expected like this in this restaurant.

Great place in madurai to have a buffet ...Have been to their branches in Chennai .Had a wonderful experience as always .Unlike so called buffets in madurai...this is truly a gem for the people...Starting with their ambience ...as usual with their black theme ...it was great ...only thing to add on...can make their waiting area better by adding Fans or coolers ....Food not to mention is always a best in smoke hub barbeque...things which they can do better is the fish items....i personally felt it was not too good ..and their prawns....was vera level..their live counters ..best as always...and the desserts were a great ending for their fulfilling buffet...overall a great experience and will be something new for the people around madurai Piyush...the person who took care of our table...added more value to the buffet...continue to give the great experience and thanks for the food!!!!

Taste wise it is very average not up to the mark. Taste and service needs to be improved, starters available are not much attractive and taste is also average. Lots of Main course dishes available in both veg and non veg. There are separate stalls for ice creams desserts and beverages. There is a play zone available inside this place which attracts kids. Parking is not an issue, Overall it is fine but still needs improvement in taste and quality.

Barbeque dishes were delicious. They were served unique dishes like Chilli Fish, Honey Chicken, Rabbit fry, Duck Fry, Quil fry, Grill Fish, Momos, Pizza and lot more... They severed live grill, live south Indian dishes, ice creams, buffets and mocktails. All these packed with 650 per head with 25% offer for adult and 200 per head for kids. For women special offer as 50%.

Absolutely amazing! Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The BBQ food was fresh and awesome. The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food is delicious. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price. It’s definitely not like other expensive restaurants, we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people. I am definitely going back.

Baby friendly restaurant, huge varieties in both veg/non veg. Ample space we took our 8 month old and kid to the restaurant since we introduced baby led weaning we could get a baby high chair and fruits/veggies the baby enjoyed the meal and so we at peace, and kid had a great time with ball pool, kid friendly menu. Great service which is highly appreciated.

Fantastic place to have fabulous food. . Lots of varieties in food. Also they have some facilities for child as well. Great place to have lunch or dinner with family. Highly recommend for everyone.

Not worth for money, worst taste, they serve all the meat like uncooked if you see inside of fish its shown red meat colour, prawn also like raw prawn. They accept their mistakes but they are not eligible to provide food quality of food. Comparing to other bbq restaurant smoke hub is worst this is not like Chennai branch, no more varieties, quality, taste I am very very disappointed.

If you want to waste money prefer this location. intentionally server making limiting food and timings for starter. In single chop they kept only two pieces. Refer image worst experience..... don't get cheated...Scam area...
