I visited the showroom today to buy some gold for my daughter. And I can say that their behavior towards to customers was not pleasant. Staffs are not friendly. "If you want you buy" kind of behavior. That we do not expect from any business. There is no enough selection. We were asking for gold chain. And had to wait more time and still they couldn't able to provide the chain that we asked. I feel the money we spend to travel was waste.

Very less collection, like that, the behavior of the staff towards the customers is very bad, show more design, the staff are not interested in attracting the customers or making sale, like that, the staff are too shy to smile.

Valet parking available, good location, staff i was attended by was really good and straight to the point no unnecessary talking. He was very polite while he spoke as well and very welcoming. Became here for a sale and exchange and the staff was very very patient and transparent with us. They answered are questions first and then to the process seamlessly. Being the festival and New year time there is lot of crowd and the gold prices are really high. I am not here to compare this jewellery brand with the others however I felt one feedback that could be given here is for the staff to be a bit more active and needs much more encouragement. As the gold prices are high and sales and buy volumes are high I believe they buy only their own gold. This is another feedback probably requesting you to consider other quality gold brands as well.
