Tasty food for a reasonable price.

Burger King now opens in Forum mall Kochi and they are providing lots of offers to customers. We tried their combo except the french fries, Everything was good. They are processing orders in a speedily manner, well experienced staff and quality foods too but they need to check their fries, fries aren't crispy. I recommend this place located on the third floor.

Newly opened burger King store at forum mall kochi. Tried the paneer royal wrap and the crispy veg meal both were kinda good except the fries that I received were soggy and not fried properly and the paneer royal wrap wasn't spicy but kinda ok with crispy paneer patty, I recommend trying their crispy veg meal.

Worst experience. Had ordered veg burger but received chicken burger instead. When I tried to contact them they didn't even bother to pick up. Horrible service. Wish I could give negative stars..

Staffs are absolutely irresponsible. Till now they haven't picked up my call wher i wanted to complain about a missing item and the other registered number is out of service. Food was great. But the amount lost is ours. So guys beware before you deliver food from this branch.

I was surprised to see the quantity for what I paid. Burger is surprisingly very small and I ordered cheesy french fries for Rs. 125 and what I got is peanut sized.

Pathetic service. The woman at the counter taking order shouldnt even be employed there as she has no idea about customer service. When I reached the counter to order, there were a group of women standing around the counter. First my thought was they were trying to make up their mind on what to order. The staff at the billing counter was so busy messaging someone that she didn't realise that they was quite few people in front of her. After a couple of mins when I asked the ladies if they had made up their mind, is when I realised that they were waiting for an order already made. They stepped aside and I asked the lady to take my order but she was so caught up in her personal messages to whoever that she did not even respond. After failing to catch her attention after a couple attempts, I walked over to KFC and placed my order. Wonder what kind of training staff are provided at Burger King. Learn from KFC, it easy they are just next door. The manager of this store too should be held responsible as he has no clue what's happening in his store.
