We were asked to leave at 1 am, even though we were still finishing our food. This abrupt request significantly impacted our overall enjoyment of the evening. The staff's attitude towards us throughout our stay was consistently poor. Instances of rudeness and lack of professionalism were disappointing, to say the least. It's disheartening when the people representing a hotel fail to provide the basic courtesy expected from hospitality professionals Additionally, the fact that there were still many people present when we were asked to leave at 1 am further added to our disappointment and highlighted the inconsistency in the establishment's policies

Very bad service, worst palace to go with friends We orders beef mandi and we were served ghee rice and beef medium size curry mixed, when asked about this the staffs were very arrogant and mocked us. said can leave the place after making the payment. And we were asked to leave at 1, one of the staff charged inside and forcefully took shisha. Tough there were other client who just came in It was very disrespectful and not appropriate. If the owner of this restaurant is watching this - you better check service quality of your staff if you like to keep this please open. We have never experienced such bad and arrogant behavior from any where else

Had one of the worst experience recently. We visited this place earlier, last time we came here there were managers at the desk and everything was fine, food was also good Last week with some friends I came here and only staffs were there & behavior was unbearable There was no decency from there end and was very very rude to us Soiled our whole mood and night.

Me and my friends visited the CAFE QURESHI at night for dinner...ordered beef mandi and got beef curry mixed with pulav rice and when we asked for the extra rice they where disrespectful towards us. The food quantity was very low compared to all other restaurants across the Ernakulam, the service was worst here. i won't even recommed to any of my fellow frinds to go and have food here , at last we had shishe but they just told us to go after an hour even the closing time was not reached yet ,the funny thing was there was customers after we were forced to go. They totally spoiled our good mood for enjoying the night. Food: 3/5 | Service: 0/5 | Atmosphere: 4/5

We ordered beef Mandi and they served something else. And most importantly they asked us leave at 1am and when we are leaving some people having fun there.. really terrible service and bad staff behaviour

It is such a nice place where you can enjoy delicious Arabic food and seafood grills.. So Nice ambience.

Very good sheesha. Definitely gonna visit again for it. Decent ambience perfect for a group setting. Although would have been better with dim lights but its a different vibe. Overall a pretty decent place to vibe with friends.

The food was excellent! , and it was cooked perfectly.The service was excellent The ambiance was perfect.Overall, we had an incredible dining experience.
