The most pathetic dish i had recently. They should rather change the name to some “ Old cold chicken fry Shop” instead of spoiling a very well known international brand KFC.. theres no worse way to serve low quality food than this..I wonder why cant they close this outlet ..

Good ambience, much space, good service. Not much waiting. I also ordered parcels, they give it to me while am on outside the shop too

Probably the only shop open in Gold Souq. Tried their chicken strips and classic chicken burger meal. The strips were good but the burger was below average. Service was good and they've got a nice parking space too.

Today I visited the KFC outlet by 4.30 pm for dine in for quite long distance when we reach there they said that only takeaway is available as maintenance is happening but there were no clues of the same everything was normal and maintenance board was also not there, however we were ready for takeaway then the problem was in our order 3pepsi was there as our house was far away from the outlet we asked for double glass protection or give us a bottle but they refused what is the point of carrying this paper glass Pepsi which is not even properly sealed.It will completely spill once we reach home .please make necessary arrangements for proper and convenient take aways so that we can take our food safely.It was huge disappointment for us as we came too far for having KFC atleast please update to only takeaway in the website if dine in is not available other wise it will be very difficult for regular customers of KFC.

Yesterday i had a meal at KFC, and I must say it was a truly disappointing experience. The quality of their chicken has deteriorated to a point where it's affecting the brand's reputation. From the moment I started eating the chicken, I was greeted with a horrible, unpleasant smell,It was clear that something was seriously wrong with the chicken.

An eerie place to be. This building doesn't have any other open shops except for a chicking outlet at the far end of the row. The whole place looks desolate and abandoned with power only at kfc and chicking. Basically doesn't feel safe...

Taking customers for a ride! They make big publicity that there is a 40% discount on Sundays. But on reaching the outlet they say that it is applicable only to one particular bulk order. Inferior marketing tactics by KFC.

I think in gold souk only KFC was open. Few people visit there mostly Zomato order their gold souk outlet.
