Fort Muziris was recommended to us by a friend who used to live in Fort Cochin. He would book his 'important' visitors to stay there. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed, so all restaurants had closed, but the owner brought us some fruit slices and freshly squeezed juice. The room and bathroom was very clean and comfortable, with a TV and AC. The complementary South Indian breakfast of idli and sambar was delicious. The location is excellent, surrounded by handicraft shops and seafood restaurants and a matter of metres to Chinese fishing nets. The owner and his family are very friendly and helpful, and the cost is very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Great price for a nice small hotel. Very clean breakfast was fresh and tasty. We had the top two rooms which also came with a kitchen and large living room as well as a balcony.

Great place, where we found a good offer on Agoda. We stayed here for one night and could pay half a night to keep the room until we had to leave next day in the evening. It is a 5 minutes walk until the famous Chinese fisher nets. The homestay is located in a very lovely street. Right across the street you can take cooking lessons with Maria. Do it! The backery next door I did not like so much. Better was "uncels restaurant" just 5 minutes away. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast rather basic and the internet connection very fast. Nice place to explore fort Cochin. To walk to the spice market it took us 20 minutes. Tuk tuk from train station till here was 350.

Hidden gem in Fort Kochi Great location right in the heart of Fort Kochi, easily accessible. One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in. Rooms comes with mosquito nets in windows, so very little mosquitoes in room. Breakfast was nice, and the balcony view of the restaurant was nice. Free wifi was useful. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Most of all, the manager Mr Gopan is very friendly and helpful and polite. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Nice place, cleanest bed I had in India, in the middle of Fort Kochi. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Nice public areas. The Internet connection is slow and not in all areas stable.
